The 2 PTs were both wonderful except it seems they forgot that I have a torn knee also and yet they started me every time on a cycle despite the knee. We got to the point to try Deep tissue laser therapy. They told me it was $50 per treatment. For both sessions I was put in a room with a whole list of prices and there on the list was a package price for 4 laser sessions. When I brought payment after the second session I told the lady I was going to buy the 4 pack. She had no idea what I was talking about. She was going to research and let me know the next time. The list price was NOT honored, manager said that list was supposed to be for another area that they ended up not opening but she still would not honor the price even tho it was posted in 2 different treatmen rooms. I told her I would expect them to honor it and she kept saying it was wrong and never would agree to the package price THAT THEY HAVE POSTED IN TREATMENT ROOMS. It was their mistake and it should have been honored. I cancelled the rest of my PT sessions and left. A few days later I asked my chiropractor about the same therapy and he said he had the same thing in his office. Sure we could do it! His cost? $15 per session compared to Ratner's $50 per session and no package price. So basically they are there to rip people off and have zero integrity when faced with their mistakes. Front Desk Staff keeps to themselves. There is a self check in that's very convenient to use. Rudy, the Occupational Therapy Tech was punctal about taking me back to the therapy room. Also, the Restrooms are clean. I believe, I saw Christian Decor and they have a toilet paper dispenser that dispenses just enough toilet paper to wipe. Sydney my Occupational Therapist was professional, enthusiastic and personable. She seemed to really like her job and care about me. She was patient with all my questions. The other staff members are nice and supportive too. I was able to participate in neat little activities that help support my grip with my hand. The other patients were friendly too. I was assigned to Mr. Patrick Kimball, Certified Hand Therapist, who proceeded to make a custom cast that I can remove when I shower. I cannot provide enough superlatives to describe Mr. Kimball's process and end product. He was understanding, efficient, and extremely professional. It took Mr. Kimball less than an hour to create my cast and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend FWPT and Mr. Kimball for all of your hand needs.

I'd never had PT for anything before in my life so therefore had no real expectations. To try to make a long story short, I was amazed at the improvement I made with the guidance of Tori Lopez, the clinic manager. His bedside manner is decent, pretty…read morethorough, a bit serious, but hey, as long as the doctor is thorough and knowledgeable, that's what matters. He ordered an MRI since I'm a competitive athlete and needed to know the extent of the injury. Then his assistant called me with "results" that were very vague; I had questions she couldn't answer, and they don't do "follow-ups" to go over results. What? I had to request the follow-up by complaining, then they finally got me in. During the follow-up, he explained the extent of the injury and what it meant (how long I would have to offload, physical therapy, etc.). He stated his team would get back to me immediately to refer me to a physical therapy/rehab place he recommended. Well, that call never came. It's been 2 months, and they never followed through, not even to see how I was doing- nothing. I moved from out of state, and the doctors I had in high school and college always followed through with PT and checked in to see how the injured patient/athlete was doing. Zilch. Needless to say, we switched providers to a completely different group in Fort Worth. What a difference! I would never come back here again; so disappointing. I was in so much pain; I expected such a large office that bills so much to insurance to do their job. Maybe they are not very passionate about their careers, but it all comes down to the staff/people you hire and how they are trained. Dr. Blueitt is equally responsible for not following through. Oh, and he lied to us and said he had tried to call our phone numbers- total lie. We answer our phone all the time and had no missed calls after the MRI, which is when we complained that no one called to go over the results, since it was indeed a stress fracture. Avoid this place like the plague if you want thorough, professional care.
