Seems to be a great place to get rehabilitation for your recovery to return to your regular daily routine.

Deandra, their super capable receptionist, assisted in getting all the paperwork sorted out the first week, and therapists Andrew and Becca have been hands on with their guidance as we find the right exercises to continue my improvements. I've been a patient now for almost 2 months and have improved tenfold thanks to their tutelage and couldn't be more pleased. This is an excellent facility if you are also in need of physical rehab and they will assist you in finding the optimum exercises to do at home between your visits - I am looking forward to actually seeing my orthopedic surgeon for re-evaluation next week, since he will tell me no need for surgery as I continue to improve, hurray!

I reached out to Lee and Isis (owners of EnduraLab) and was responded to quickly. I began working out four times per week in the morning and cannot imagine my life any other way at this point. Coaching - Lee is not typical (in a good way). He listened to my goals, set realistic expectations, and has designed workouts based on my abilities. Tailor Made! We discuss nutrition, he makes sure I'm doing the exercise the correct way and we tweak what needs to be tweaked. He is focused on getting the most out of every movement. We didn't change everything about my lifestyle at once, we made small gradual changes. No burnout. It's all completely manageable. Classes - While I have not participated in these myself, I have made friends who have. The run classes are designed with the runner's overall health in mind, it's not just "run Forest run". Most of the time I see them stretching, doing recovery exercises and such. If I had any desire to run a marathon, I would want to be a part of those. The strength and conditioning classes are intense, yet you feel totally triumphant after completing one. Journey - EnduraLab is not just a gym. It's a place for life change. It's a place to change your journey. My new journey includes a new family, nutritional coaching, encouragement during my workouts, and a clear vision for the future. Go ALL IN. See you at the lab.

I've been working with Kristie for only about 6 weeks…read more I'm a singer (for fun) and also I use my speaking voice a lot for my work. 6 weeks ago I was experiencing considerable vocal fatigue that has been ongoing for some time. I would have to cancel appointments with coaches or clients because my voice would get tired and I'd have to rest it -- the issue was improper vocal use that was draining me. It seemed to take so much effort to speak. I also had some issues swallowing -- choking on food from time to time. After only 6 weeks of working with Kristie, I'm happy to report that I haven't had any kind of vocal fatigue in weeks. I haven't canceled any appointments and I have very little tension when I talk. It's hard to believe I was suffering so much just 6 weeks ago. Kristie is a wonder worker and her exercises are so effective. I really can't believe tension when speaking had been eliminated and something that has plagued me for years is simply not an issue anymore. Now that I've accomplished this goal, I'm working on the next slightly more ambitious one -- I want to sing like Pavarotti. Kristie had been not only helpful with the scientific aspect of things but also psychological, how to approach things, taking breaks and letting your body rest. I'm not very patient when it comes to reaching goals. I want results -- NOW! Kristie had been an amazing coach on helping me balance my approach to singing, my vocal progress and life in general. She is an amazing singer herself and when she tells me she believes in me and teaches me not only exercises but also to let myself rest from time to time and approach things with balance. It's really encouraging and means a lot to me. So I'd recommend Kristie to anyone wanting to improve their speaking voice, singing voice or swallowing function. Will post another update after I get that Pavarotti sound -- hopefully not more than another 6 weeks!! =) Best of luck everyone! Yak shemash. High five!!!! (Borat voice)
