I just want to thank the staff and Dr Lee for their professionalism and for the pain relief they have given me today. I have been suffering for over six weeks with a herniated disc from a fall. It's been a nightmare. But thankfully, after an MRI, they got me in quick, gave me a cervical cortisone injection and so far tonight I am pretty much pain free. The procedure was painless, everything was explained to me in detail...no surprises. I didn't even have anesthesia and I went to lunch with a friend after. I can't ask for more. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If you suffer from spinal issues, don't wait, give them a call...you have nothing to lose but your pain. This place is super friendly when you first come in. Once they've got your money they do not care. They also do not disclose the full price of your procedure until you are there. The receptionist called me and told me it would be $315 for my steroid epidural. When I got there, they told me there's another $300 charge on top of that. I mentioned that the lady didn't ever tell me that and she said oh I'm sorry she should have. read more

Went for a medical procedure and would highly recommend. For all my appointments everything was on time, which isn't normal it seems for doctors offices anymore. My doctor Krishna was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and put me at ease. He explained all the options and listened to what I wanted and my concerns. I would definitely come here again (though hopefully I won't need to). read more

I have been going to Dr. Lee for about 2 yrs or more. He explains things well. He really wants to get to the bottom of the pain issues before any procedures. I have had a great experience overall on betting my cervical to feel better. I go in every 6 months to a year when pain is no longer controlled by Aleve. My last injection lasted close to a year. He also helped my Dad with his sciatica and he is close to 1 yr now pain free. Highly recommend. read more

A few years ago, I went to Dr. Lee with pain in my back. He told me I had to go 6 times for injections with follow up visits in between each injection. He said it was done that way for insurance purposes. He said the 6th injection was supposed to help me. I was in extreme pain and none of the shots helped. Certainly not the 6th shot. I found out he lied about telling me to go to another specialist. He did not. I never returned to see him again. When I called to tell him the 6th shot didn't help, he just wanted me go go back in. Fast forward to 2024, I am still having chronic pain. He has good reviews and that is what prompted me to see him. I do not appreciate being in extreme pain and nothing being done about it and him not telling the truth. He may be good for minor pain but not chronic pain. But the lies..... I was told he got paid for those shots just to get me in. I would strongly advise if you are in deep pain, think long and hard before seeing Dr. Lee. I wish I had. read more

First visit to this clinic. Met with Dr. Lee and felt he did a good job reviewing my condition, answering my questions and discussing the several options available to me, one of which would require physical therapy. Dr. Lee and I selected a physical therapy clinic with the understanding i could call back and change providers if I found one I felt would be more compatible to my work and home. Contacted his office two days later to have a referral forwarded to a different physical therapist, my request was acknowledged but his office never followed through. Tried several times the next week to contact his office but could never get an actual person on the phone. My wife eventually contacted Painnovations and again asked that Dr. Lee's referral be forwarded to the desired provider. Referral was never sent as requested. Really disappointed with my experience considering the many positive reviews I have found regarding his practice. read more

He did make sure that my co-pay was refunded before I left the office. While, he could not help me, I do have respect for him since he was straightforward and honest. I do wish they would be more upfront about their practice's inability to prescribe controlled pain medication so that others know ahead of time.

I can't tell you how impressed and pleased I was with Dr. Skulpoonkitti. I had a bad experience with my previous doctor. The previous doctor was interested in money, not me as a patient. Dr. S. was completely the opposite! He genuinely cared about a solution for my back pain. He recommended physical therapy as a starting point. It worked! He probably could of made more money if he had recommended a different solution and skipping trying this less invasive alternative. I have been to many doctors and I live in Austin, no doubt I would travel wherever they would be to get my treatment. Even with my younng age and very fustrating condition, they are able to quickly guide me in the right direction for treatment and make me feel more confident that I will get better. I have never felt so at ease and trusting with doctors, they make me feel like family, like a friend, and never once have I felt like just another number/patient. They are worth my time and travels! The staff and physicians at Painovations are tremendous, kind, professional, and last but not least, they get the job done. After several major back surgeries with complications, I was referred to Dr. Lee for help with unbearable pain. This Dr. And his staff have worked and successfully relieved my pain so that I can get back to my ministry. Dr Lee is a listener and explains why and what is causing your pain. I like talking to Dr Lee. He is very concerned with pain issues and wants to resolve pain with his experience.
