When I was told my appt time was 30 mins over due I was told there were still two patients ahead of me. I sat down and waited another 15 mins, I then went and told the desk clerk to annotate my chart as not seen due to doctor availability. They didn't even offer to reschedule my appt. In fact they didn't even care that I would be seen. I am now without a prescription, PT referral and still in pain. Don't think I'll be returning.

They both said that their goal was to get me feeling better in as few appointments as possible, and that was totally achieved. I went for three appointments and I'm almost completely back to normal. This was a borderline miracle, Yelp homies. For reference, after an injury a few years ago, my last chiropractor wanted me to go in three times a week for a month, then twice a week for a month, etc.... and I would only see them literally for five minutes and then they would be working on the next person. And I can say that if your doctor sends you here, you'll be well cared for and looked after by a team of people who are wonderful at their job. I'm the kind of person who needs to understand things. It helps me remain dedicated to the task. So when I say how much I've enjoyed working with these folks on improving my health, that is a big part of it. They don't just sit you up on a table with a manual and tell you to do the stretches, the explain why. Explain which muscle group the set will focus on building. Why we are trying to build strength here, what benefits will come from this workout, and on and on down the line. It's great, and I always leave feeling like I've been helped. My primary PT here is named Breeanna. I feel very fortunate to have her helping me. She is professional, she answers all my questions, and I can just tell that she is dedicated to helping others, which I'd say is as noble a goal as anyone could ever hope for. The rest of the team is also wonderful. At one point or another, I think I've spoken with every person who works here and they are all very helpful. I feel like my time at ATI is going to end with me being far better off than when I began. And this isn't my first round of PT. Places in the past had left a much less favorable opinion in my mind, so it's very nice to work with people who are so eager to help others in need.
