I had a great experience this morning at the Hulen location of Envision Imaging. Scheduling my…read moreprocedure on the phone was a pleasure with Erin. She was so polite and pleasant. I really enjoyed speaking with her. When I arrived at the office this morning, the two young ladies at the desk were polite. I was taken back almost immediately by my radiology tech, Chelsea who was wonderful to work with. She was informative, pleasant, gentle, understanding and patient. I really enjoyed my visit today from start to finish, which is very atypical for me when having to deal with medical procedures. Thank you to the Hulen location of Envision Imaging for making this experience pleasant because I was really dreading it.

***Customers Beware**** aaron ramsay and his staff are running a Skam. This Skam is possibly…read morehappening at all his 30 locations across DFW. First, aaron ramsay's staff at (MANSFIELD) does not wear visible badges where you can identify them including the tech who performs the CT scan. Secondly, his girls working the register at check-in are running a Skam of telling patients you can pay less by making a one time payment ($450) versus using your insurance card like Blue Cross. She charged my credit card ($450). Before the CT scan I stood up and asked to have my Blue Cross insurance billed. The unamed radiologist left the scan room and went back to the front desk. The radiologist returned and said she is refusing to refund yoyr credit card and bill your Blue Cross insurance. The receptionist told me she would email me all the papers I signed and never gave me a receipt or a copy of papers I signed... Thank you aaron ramsay for making a bad situation worse. I will be sure to tell all of my network on Linked In and other social medias of your Skam. I am also filing a claim with the texas medical board! I would recommend to Texans to use a reputable company like Touchstone, Gateway, Ultraview Imaging or Anyone more ethical than aaron ramsay's Skammers.

They taught me how to remove it and let me practice getting it off. Once I knew I could take it off myself, the panicky feeling subsided. They also sent me a very easy to read report of my results. Their scheduling was horrific. Excellent tone and tenor.....but incompetent…read more First off, the earliest date they could get me in was in 2 weeks. With the ortho follow up a full week later, it would be 3 weeks until I could learn if I needed surgery. All the while burning sick leave and vacation at work. So I called scheduling and tried to find an earlier date. The scheduler said they had a spot in Ft Worth today at 2:15. It was now 9:30 am, that office is at least a 2 hour drive, I said heck yeah sign me up! The scheduler said they would send me a text with the address and confirmation. I left just before noon....not wanting to be late and waste their time. BUT, i had not received the text. So I called the number while I was on my way 817-289-2002. Spoke to another very nice person. I let her know I had not received the confirmation text like they said I would, so I wanted to call and confirm the appointment and location....after all it was a 2 hour drive...... The scheduler was perplexed why I did not get the text but... joyously confirmed my appointment was good to go! She also let me know my part to pay was also $222. I said ok and kept driving. I arrived at 2:00 for the 2:15 appointment. Again, not wanting to waste anyone's time. I go into the office and let the clerk know Im there for my 2:15 appointment. I could tell she wasn't finding anything, so I added, its really at 2:30 but I came in early for the paperwork. The clerk said 'sir your appointment isn't for today because we have nobody here who can do it .' You had an appointment for the 27th and then the 21st, but it is not today. They know we don't have anyone here on Fridays to do the GAD.... She then says 'Are you sure you called the right place?' I showed her the number I called, and she looked perplexed....and said well thats our scheduling number.. I call the scheduler while Im standing there at the window. She once again confirms my appointment is for today..... but needs to check on things and puts me on hold. The phone rings right inside the window to the girls I was talking to...... Lots of Umhmmm, Umhmm....Uhmmm. Then girl number 2 says Did you call our scheduler.....I said yes Im on hold with here now......She then says OH she just called and asked us to reschedule you....... Can you come back monday????? What in the shit show is going on at this place? Talk about amateur hour. Nevermind I will have been driving 4-5 hours (Friday afternoon traffic leaving ft worth yay) I'm going elsewhere.......You guys can have it.

Dr. Bryan Carroll is an amazing doctor - very friendly, very compassionate and supportive and also has a light candor and sense of humor that make him a perfect doctor to have to see. I highly recommend this place. My only regret is that they are not a general practitioner. I could get used to this place more often.
