Friendly staff with plenty of seating. It can confusing trying to get to the suite but there's people there to guide you. Parking isn't free but $2 is nothing compared to other garage parking in the city. The Dr. was gentle & explained everything thoroughly; I will be back for my yearly check up. I initially went for melasma. I was seen by Laura White. She gave me two options, creams or a $1,500 treatment. I of course opted for the least expensive. I paid $330 for two creams and the visit. A couple of days later the medical assistant called and left a vm. She said Ms. White had consulted with the doctor and the doctor had recommended neither treatment, but something else. An appointment was made with the aesthetician for the treatment the doctor recommended. I also spoke with the office manager as I didn't see how it was right to have me spend over $300 for a treatment the doctor disagreed with and I requested a refund. I was told by the office manager she would speak with the doctor about that. After about a month of waiting for the appointment with the aesthetician, I got a call from the office manager the day before my appointment. The doctor had referred me to a different doctor, Dr. Steven Camp, for yet again, a totally different procedure. I also received an email with an $81 credit. Sounds like they don't have a clue what they're doing, mainly the doctors, which is really scary. I guess the doctor thinks refunding me $81 and shoving me to a different doctor will make up for their lack of professionalism and knowledge. I'm sorry, but I paid $333 not $81. And half of that was for a cream I had to buy at her office. The doctor had the audacity to keep my money for bad recommendations, absolutely no shame! The only good thing that came out of that visit is that I really like Dr. Camp. The difference in patient care is unbelievable. That was one expensive referral though! read more

I went in to have her look at a spot I was concerned about. She provided me a lot of good information and put my mind at ease. I am very disappointed with my results from Trinity Vista. My reason for going was acne. I never saw an actual dr, just nurse practitioner. I asked about accutane and told me flat out "no" without an explanation. They put me on a birth control and said it should take 3 months to take effect. It is now 4 months later and my acne is WORSE then when I started. This was the only option they gave me for treatment. Both visits cost an arm and a leg. I saw the aesthetician, Kim, she did a great job at performing my micro needling on my face. However, she did not give me any pre-or post-care instructions. I had to ask twice at the first appointment. I had to book my appointment several months out since they were so booked. Not because I was asking for a specific time, she is literally that booked. They need to look into getting another aesthetician if her next literal appointment is 4 months out. The front desk is money-hungry. I booked 6 months out to get the appointment times I wanted. When I completed my first treatment and went to pay they had a price increase and did not mark my account with the old pricing. What was I supposed to do since I had the treatment? Give it back? They did not inform me of a price increase and tried to just see if I'd pay it without asking. A price increase of $300 is too much. I explained the long wait time and getting the treatment, THEN giving the price increase would not work. She made it seem they would do me a favor honoring the old price. On my third appointment, I tried calling 20 mins before to let them know I would be 15 mins late if I could keep appt. They finally called me back at the appointment time and said unless I was there no later than 10 mins after I could be seen. Then they proceeded to say I would get charged a $50 no-show fee. I relayed I was always early for my appointments and this was the first offense. Again they did me a favor and waived it. (sarcasm) The office is clean, treatment was well performed. However, the administrative side of the office lacks human touch and comes across with shady dealings. The treatment side was good except for the lack of communication. I will be looking elsewhere for future services. read more

I was in and out super fast, even as a new patient. Dr was lovely, knowledgeable and efficient. Gave clear information, explanations and instructions. Staff were professional and quick. They also made recommendations/options on how to get the Rx filled for cheap. I'm back in my car less than a half hour after my appointment time. I'm impressed and glad I came. read more

I went in with a variety of skin problems/cosmetic issues that I wanted to correct and Dr. Harrell helped me out with that. Among being very nice she is very knowledgeable. We sat down and she gave me a plan for my skin that so far is working. I even got my medicine delivered to my door. She said if my insurance didn't cover it, do not order it and call her office back. I hoped to see Dr Readinger when I called last year but she was booked. I saw her several years earlier at another office. I was booked with an associate but was sadly disappointed with her patient awareness. She's no longer there. I've since seen Jayme, Dr Readinger's PA and I am completely satisfied. The patience and care I received from Jayme were excellent. She has such a genuine heart to serve her patients well. She's very thorough, explains everything clearly, and takes the time to listen. I unfortunately did not have a good experience at this office. I originally went in to establish with a new derm and have a skin check, but days before my appointment I developed some bumps I was concerned about and a family member who is an internal medicine MD said it might be a staph infection and to have dr. Harrell look at it. When I asked her about this, she flat out told me that "young healthy people don't get staph" which is a really inaccurate foolish statement to make. I've worked in medicine myself and lots of patients get staph infections. She really didn't look too well at these bumps and brushed off my concerns. Two days later this infection became worse, so my pcp swabbed me and guess what? Staph. I knew when she made that statement that people like me don't get staph and I shouldn't be concerned I wasn't coming back to see her again. She did not listen to my concerns and did not culture my infection. Staph can be dangerous and progress fast, so if not for my insistence with another doctor to check this, the outcome could have been bad. read more
