The MRI technologist bruised my arm so bad. I'm on day 4 post MRI at envision, and I've still got to use a bandaid or long sleeve shirts. I do understand that these things happen however even though to told the tech that my veins tend to roll he spent zero time looking for any other points of entry than the one HE prefers. It hurt. I have had 2 MRIs from 2 different facilities: Baylor Scott and White, and Envision Bedford. 2 completely different experiences, and 2 very different approaches to MRIs. Envision seemed very much like I was in a cattle drive whereas Baylor I felt welcomed and treated with the upmost response and dignity from the moment I checked in to guest services. read more

My son needed a chest X-Ray... this was the place his pediatrician sent us. We were probably only there for 20 min total. Everyone was sweet, the young lady who did his x-ray was extremely sweet and good with kids! She even gave him a little Halloween treat at the end. They have chairs turned around in the waiting room to encourage social distancing and glass windows up at the counter. One thing they do that I greatly appreciate was a pen jar for clean pens and used pens. read more

My doctor referred me to envision imaging in Bedford. The bill was $587. My insurance paid $279. These M*****F***ers told me that I could pay the bill in monthly payments. I have been making my monthly payments. I owe a little over $100 now. Today I received a letter from a collection agency saying they want the full $587!! All I can say is F*** YOU ENVISION IMAGING, YOU ALL KNOW WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR MOTHERS!!! I'm not paying you S*** now!!!! I will NEVER go there again nor will I ever recommend them. I've come to this location in the past for Chest X-Rays & other imaging services. Very clean facility. Friendly reception staff. Very busy imaging location. Not so easy to come in as a walk-in. I came in the previous day and the wait time for a Chest-X-ray was going to be a 1 hour wait. The receptionist said if I didn't feel like waiting, they had a 1:30pm appointment available for the next day. I decided to come in the next day, but went ahead and did my paperwork. The next day, I arrived 5 minutes after my appointment time (my fault). It took 13 minutes after my appointment time to get called. The tech took me back and was very polite. It was quick doing my X-ray and then I was out the door. Of you're pressed on time, I would suggest having your doctors imaging order faxed in and just call to setup an appointment. read more

The day after I posted my review I got a call from a manager of Envision Imaging in Bedford. In fact, while we were speaking, another call from them was coming in from someone else in management. The woman I spoke to was extremely gracious and apologetic. They told me that the tech performing the scan should have immediately taken me out of the machine when I asked him to do so, and they intended to speak with him about this. The tech who had assisted with my scan the past several times (and is wonderful) checked me in for this test, but had left the room during the scan; I had never seen the tech before who was running the test. She asked what they could do to rectify the situation. She apologized several times and said that they were not happy that I was not happy. I really appreciated that the company noticed the review and quickly responded to me with an apology. read more

My overall experience was excellent. The staff member with whom I made my appointment was pleasant and helpful. At the office the women behind the desk simultaneously called out their greetings as I walked through the door- making me feel like a welcome and valued customer. The person who checked me in was very friendly. The conversation that I overheard among the office staff during the brief wait to get my X-ray was cheerful- giving me the impression that the employees enjoy working here. The young gentleman who took the X-ray of my foot was very nice as well. I definitely recommend this location and will visit again if I need an X-ray or something. read more

I'm not sure what is leading to low reviews. I've used this imaging center for several years and have always had a good experience. My scheduled appts have been on time. The front desk folks are attentive and helpful. They have good phone skills when I call in as well. The x-ray and MRI techs are pleasant and helpful when I need assistance. The imagery is reviewed quickly and sent over to the appropriate dr office. The 12-hour day office hours are great. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. read more

Everyone was very Nice and wanted to help in any way they could. the office was very clean and they had Covid-19 protection in place with clean pins and a place to put them after use to be cleaned same with the clip boards. the chairs in waiting room were placed so you had a lot of space between people. everyone had a mask and all the patients had to have one too. read more

Not a fan of this place. My urologist made an appointment for me early Friday to be at this place today (Monday) at 11:30. First of all, this place never called me to tell me what to do, what to expect, how much, or to even to confirm the appointment. Since I thought this was a CT Scan with contrast I decided to fast starting at midnight last night, since my X-ray with contrast required it a few weeks ago. I got into this place 20 minutes early and checked in. I asked the receptionist how much this was as nobody called to talk to me about what we were doing today. She seemed surprised, but did not apologize, told me the cost and handed me paperwork to fill out. I filled everything out and went back for the Scan a little after my appointment time. I asked the Tech if I was supposed to fast while he started my IV and he said it's a good idea and that I should have. I told him nobody had told me otherwise, but I thought it would be a good idea so I did and he was glad I was prepared. After the Scan, the Tech said it wouldn't take too long to get the images for me, so I could wait in the lobby. Got done with the Scan at 12:12. I waited for an hour, then went to the front desk and told the same lady, unfortunately, that the Tech said I could wait for a bit to get the images and it has been an hour and I haven't eaten all day. She asked, "an hour?" I said, "yes, an hour" and she asked what I was supposed to be getting back, a CD or film. I told her he didn't tell me. She went back, then came back with my films. She again did not apologize and that was it. Pretty unhappy and still in pain. Finally eating. If I have the choice, I will not come back to this place. read more

Shelita checked me in and was very friendly. I was called back for the procedure just before my actual appointment time. The tech was helpful and I was in and out quickly. I saw my pain doctor yesterday and part he put me on some more medicine to see if it helps with my sciatica. He also wanted me to get a new MRI. I went to Envision Imaging in Bedford off 183 and Central. When I scheduled the appointment yesterday the lady said the titanium staples are fine from my surgery. Well, when I got called back by the radiology tech he immediately started asking me about the surgery and saying I should wait for safety. He was prepping the MRI machine I started freaking out and he started looking up on the internet if he should do the scan. I told him I wanted to call my surgeon and he said, "who do you trust, a radiologist or a doctor?" I told him my doctor cause he wasn't a radiologist, he was a tech. What the hell? He starts looking more stuff up on the internet and having me read it. He called a radiologist and he said it was no big deal but at this point I was completely freaked out. I decided I was going to do it and even got in the machine, but he told me "if you feel anything moving in your stomach let me know." At that point I had visions of the MRI going and my stomach flying out of my body. I immediately called it off. He wrote in the notes that I refused the scan due to claustrophobia. Worst part is I called my doctor and he said it was fine but this was after I left and was such a nervous wreck there was no way I could do it. This would also have not cost anything today as I met my out of pocket but it turns over tomorrow, so next time I schedule I'll have to pay a buttload. This tech made me uncomfortable and scared to death but kept saying, "it's your decision." I kept agreeing with him cause he scared me to the point where I was scared of him, like he was mad telling me do it, don't do it, do it, don't do it. I'm pissed and think Envision should do a scan for free since I had to put up with all this. He got me so worked up I'm still shaking I'm so scared. read more

I guess this place hasn't received a review in awhile. I was referred to get an X-ray here by my chiropractor. Karen was friendly & incredibly helpful. My insurance came back as a smaller payment than what I originally signed off on, while I was having my X-ray done. She made sure to pull me aside and let me know and had me sign a new document reflecting lower payment. The X-ray tech was incredibly friendly, as well. I have no complaints! read more

I was referred there for a scan. I advised that I had a high-deductible policy and wanted to know the charge. They checked my insurance and told me it would be $473.30, which I paid on the spot. Later I received a bill for an additional $181.70. I called them in December, explained that I paid the price I was quoted and would have gone elsewhere if they had told me I would be charged another $182, and they told me to ignore the invoice and they would escalate for review. I received another invoice in January, uncorrected. I called and they told me the first person must have entered the issue incorrectly, ignore the invoice and they would get it fixed. In February I have a received an uncorrected invoice marked "pay in 10 days or we will refer it to a collection agency." They know I don't owe the money, but they hope to wear me down and extort me for the extra. Terrible business practices. Imagine if Macy's or a restaurant operated that way! read more

this was the worst experience of my life going to this office. first of all, i had a terrible time finally getting an appointment. my doctor kept saying she had sent over the request. they kept saying they had never received it. all the time, i was in pain. then, when they finally did get it and i could make the appointment, i arrived early as indicated. the individual who attended me, i do not know her name, treated me in a very callous and unfriendly way. the other two individuals who were there were very friendly and allowed people who walked in without a mask to be attended. finally, as i sat, they called people who had come in after me. two people went in and i was 30 minutes past my appointment time. i complained and was told they hadnt put anyone in front of me, which was a lie! finally, i was attended by a nice technician named ricky and my other test was administered by a nice individual named tara. but, to me, the administrator of this office should have come and apologized for the terrible treatment. i will not come back to this office again and will file a complaint with my doctor and with humana. read more

As a positive, the place was clean, they were able to do an appointment the next day after they called me, they had water bottles available, and the receptionist was pleasant. But the negatives far outweighed those.. First, they did not call to tell me they had run my insurance and what my payment would be. The other imaging centers I have been to have all done that. Is that a huge deal? Not really, but I can imagine it might be in some situations. The thing that was REALLY annoying to me was that I arrived 10 minutes early for my 7:00 p.m. appointment. I checked in and was given the paperwork and told to take my time filling it out because they were running "just a little bit behind". There were two other people in the waiting room. The running a little bit behind ultimately meant that I got called back at 8:40 for my 7:00 appointment. Seriously? You couldn't call and say that you are running behind and to come in later??? Like I didn't have other things I could be doing at home rather than sitting up there waiting. The tech told me that they were behind when he got there at noon and he was never able to catch up, so this obviously was something they did to people ALL DAY. Absolutely inexcusable to leave people waiting like that when you know that you are that far behind. I won't be going there again. read more

Visited this office on 4/27/2016. All went well until I got my x-rays home and discovered they gave me the wrong disk with another persons x-rays. So I have to go back there to get the correct disk. On 4/29/2016 I go by and pick up the report on my x-rays. I get home and discover they only gave me a report for one x-ray. I called them back and the lady that answered the phone wasn't apologetic at all for screwing up. She said she can mail it to me and I can come back and get it. She said they stayed open until 7 pm. I show up at 6:45 and they have already closed. NOT HAPPY. read more

We got here well over an hour and a half ago. We are still waiting. Additionally the billing person got my bill wrong. I would suggest anyone pick another place. There service is marginal, the wait times are horrible and the billing insurance person doesn't know how to correctly file claims. The only thing they have is the coffee which is pretty good. Whoever is managing this place needs to have additional training and if no improvement occurs needs to be terminated. Very bad experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more
