04/22/2026 really bad service. I needed a bone density and mammogram. I called Touchstone to make sure they would accept my Humana medical insurance and I was told "YES." Went to the Dr. asked for them to send the request to them. the same afternoon I received a call from Touchstone to call the premises in Hurst TX to make an appointment. This morning 04/23/26 I called Touchstone to make the appointment and I was told that they do not accept Humana insurance. also it is impossible to talk to manager with this company. Today I was supposed to have a mammogram at Touchstone Imaging in Hurst. They called me to schedule the appointment (blew up my phone almost daily) So today I show up for the appointment they scheduled and am told they won't do it because they need my old images from Solis first. The receptionist literally said "the radiologist won't do it until he has your old images". She then told me it would take weeks to get the images from Solis. SMH. So many reasons this is ridiculous. This location will harass you w text messages and phone calls pretend like you owe them more money than you do. (Make sure you check with your insurance company before you believe them). They will not admit fault but follow up with you to remind you that they were right, they waste your time And have shady billing practices. This place will do a good faith estimate that is no where near what your final cost will be they tried to charge me 1254 and I said no way up front even though my insurance co tells me not to pay upfront they MAKE u put half so gave them 607 but when EOB was all settle my total cost was 437.60 and they ain't even try to make sure it's right one lady told me I had not met a family deductible which does not apply to my benefits please watch your pockets people cause they money hungry. I went with my girlfriend to get an ultrasound for a stomach problem she was having. I won't disclose her name but the woman we worked with was not caring at all. My gf disclosed that she was having extreme pain in that region yet she disregarded that and continued to apply pressure and make her uncomfortable. If you need any kind of Imaging services; i.e. MRI, IVP X-Ray, etc., Touchstone is the place to go. They are so helpful, professional and friendly, you just know you are in good hands. From making appointments to having an IV hooked up, the entire process is very well managed and virtually painless... even the IV stick. My IVP X-ray Nurse was the best, Courtney went to great lengths to be sure I was comfortable and understood what was going to happen; which was great because I was getting a lot more than just an xray. So next time your Doctor says you need some imaging done, ask for Touchstone Imaging, they have locations all over the metroplex. You won't be disappointed! read more

I never expected such warm and welcoming staff. I left wishing they were my regular Dr's office. The receptionist (I'm kicking myself for not remembering her name...Amanda? Stephanie?Ughhh) was so kind and helpful. She was great setting the appointment for me and she was great when I came in. I owed a large sum of money because I had not met my deductible yet and she walked me through the process of making payments. She was friendly and upbeat and just all over great. I had only been sitting in the waiting room for maybe 3 minutes when I got called back. I was seen by Erica who did a sonogram for me. Because of my condition, the imaging was extremely painful and Erica was so kind and professional. I felt bad for crying so much and she was just wonderful about it, very comforting. On my way out, I was offered a fresh baked cookie!!! WHAT? Yes! They bake cookies every morning for their patients :) I can't recommend this company/location enough. read more

My appointment was scheduled for this particular location on Monday 6/14/21 at 3pm; the purpose was to have both an MRI and X-rays done on my spine . On Friday 6/11/21 I spoke with a girl named Arlene Perez regarding emailing a picture copy of the card identifying the medical device that I have inside of my chest from a surgery performed 2 years ago. I sent an email to Arlene at 12pm on Friday 6/11/21 and I never heard a response back from anyone. So I arrived at my appointment and proceeded to fill out the paperwork given to me by the front desk staff. Then an X-ray Tech named Dan walked in and asked for me. He asked me if the medical device in my chest was off, and I told him that it was. He then said, "it needs to be off" to which I said again that it was off. He then went on to say, "if it's not off we can't do the MRI" to which I said, "I already told you twice that it's off." Dan then turned and walked out through the same lobby door that he entered through and I continued with filling out my paperwork. Not long after that, Dan came back in and said, "stop writing, we can't do the MRI." I asked him why and he said that with the device in my chest it wouldn't be possible to do the MRI. I then said to Dan that I sent copies of the card identifying my device to Arlene on Friday the 11th to which Dan replied "there you go." I then replied saying that this information should have been relayed to me before I blocked out my day and wasted my time coming into this particular facility and that the staff here was at fault. After hearing that, Dan walked out the front door without saying anything. I found Dan to not only be unprofessional, but extremely rude and condescending as well. To me that spoke volumes about a place that employs someone like him. I then went to the front desk to inquire about the $140 co-pay which I paid as soon as I arrived. I told the guy at the front desk about what happened, and he issued me my refund. As he was issuing my refund, I told him that I sent a copy of my device card the previous friday, and that this should've been taken care of before my scheduled appointment today. Neither he nor the two girls working at the front desk replied to my statement, they simply ignored it. Later on that same day (6/14/21) just before 5pm I spoke with a woman on the phone named Robbie from Dr. John Sazy's office, he's the Doctor that referred me to Touchstone Imaging. Robbie mentioned that the staff at Touchstone Imaging said to me that I could've had the X-rays done, but I didn't want to. Let me say that that statement is a complete and total lie. Never once did any of the staff tell me that I could still have my X-rays completed, nor did I say that I didn't want to have the X-rays done either. If your Doctor ever decides to have work for you done here, save yourself the headache by telling your doctor that you do not want anything to do with this place. The people that work here are extremely Rude, Incompetent and they're liars as well. read more

No woman ever actually wants to go get her annual mammogram, but these people, from receptionist to technician to radiologist, make the experience as pleasant as possible. I actually had to go in this office twice in two weeks because I needed a repeat mammogram for more clarity after the first one. So, add fear to the normal dread! Everyone was in a good humor, kind, patient, and very good at explaining the process. Most important, after the repeat mammogram, the radiologist actually came to my dressing room to deliver the good news and explain why the repeat was necessary. That gave me a chance to ask a few questions and get answers that put my mind at ease. Thank you! read more
