For 3 weeks, they failed to submit a…read moresimple preauthorization request while repeatedly pressuring me to pay almost $500 out of pocket. My appointment was canceled twice and delayed, forcing me to repeatedly reschedule my doctor's visits despite severe pain. When I contacted my insurance, they confirmed no request had ever been sent. Only after I refused to pay did they submit it. This caused unnecessary delays in care.Due to this lack of professionalism, and failure to follow basic insurance procedures, I ultimately had to seek care at another facility to avoid further delays in medically necessary treatment. This experience reflects a serious disregard for patient care and ethical standards. I would strongly caution others before trusting this facility with their healthcare needs. I would not recommend this facility.

They had the wrong orders. I should have know when no one called me to schedule. I had to call them. All this to have the lady at the front desk tell me they don't do this kind of MRI on Fridays! Do you wanna reschedule? If I hadn't noticed I was suppose to have contrast, they would never had told me. Don't waste your time like I did:(

On the positive side, the care we received from the technicians, Kelly and Claire, was exceptional. From the moment they recognized my wife Kim's situation, they immediately adapted and welcomed my presence to support her. Their empathy, professionalism, and kindness stood out. They were thoughtful, careful, and generous in how they guided us through the process, making what can be a stressful experience feel manageable and dignified. Truly 5+ star care from both of them. They also went above and beyond by helping us complete a bone density test during the same visit, saving us an additional trip later in the month. The reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 comes down to the broader process. Despite having patient notes indicating the need for caregiver accommodation, the standard intake procedures didn't initially reflect that awareness. There was a gap between the documented needs and the execution of the process. I'm grateful that Kelly and Claire stepped in and made it right in the moment, but I hope the organization can better align its processes with patient notes moving forward. If that happens consistently, this would easily be a 5-star experience across the board. This rating doesn't reflect any billing related experiences at this point.

TERRIBLE billing service and customer service! I received two large bills and called several times…read more I didn't get anywhere so I went in person and the office manager said she would email her billing department and copy me because they didn't handle billing. It was probably coded incorrectly with my insurance. She did not Copy me and probably didn't even email them. I followed up with a phone call to her and an email and no response! I will find somewhere else to go and I just saw a post that several people are Dealing with the same issue! I'm done! update on 2/9/26 - I have paid off my balances several months ago and today I get a call saying I have another balance. I have never received a bill for that and I am continually unhappy with Solis! I will NEVER go back to any of their facilities. I was told again today to disregard the message and wait until I receive a bill. I have NO confidence in anything they say. PLEASE go to Touchstone Imaging or Envision for your mammograms.

Wonderful place! Dr.Khan and her staff are caring and assertive. My requesting physician originally…read moreasked me to schedule with Touchstone but after finding out Medx offered the same service for way less ($355 compared to $90!) I decided to go to Medx. My doctors office refused to send them a new order because they were not affiliated with my physician...total BS. Argued with them over the phone, drove to their office to obtain a physical copy of the order only to realize they gave me a blank form! Nothing filled out, no signature. Dr. Khan at Medx urged me to call this doctors office and demand the order be sent over. She told me I have rights as a patient to go wherever I please for imagery regardless if the requesting doctor benefits financially. Finally got the order confirmed after taking her advice and being firm with my doctors office. I've never had a doctor deny my right to choose where I go for treatment and I'm so thankful that Dr.Khan was honest and suggested I speak up to prove that every patient has that right. It seemed to me that Medx has this issue often which is frustrating for everyone involved. Make sure you have everything in order before you go in; don't let your requesting doctor boss you around just so they can make some extra $$$ from your images! Other than that, beautiful office and atmosphere, nice staff and awesome prices.

I have been a patient for years, but I will NOT be going back. Dr. Khan has her husband working the…read morefront desk now and he has awful manners. When scheduling I told the girl that I was having right side pain. I got scheduled for a mammogram. Then when I got there they ran my insurance and gave me the standard paperwork where you put your complaints exactly for the tech to read. I went back there and got my mammogram after receiving a call it was ready. I picked up my mammogram report today and it is noted I had "no complaints or concerns" and needed a UT follow up due to dense tissue. I called to find out why I wasn't told I needed to schedule a follow up and why it says no complaints and the man proceeds to tell me "you weren't told about the ultrasound because you aren't in network with us. So we will not schedule you. Also you didn't tell the tech you had any pain so you got the wrong mammogram. " I told him that I was told everything checked out fine at the front desk he dismissed me and said it was my fault even though I did disclose the pain. Ridiculous. I do not recommend until she gets someone competent and kind working the front desk. Even if I wasn't in network, it sure as hell isn't my fault I got the wrong mammogram. I was exposed to all that radiation and pain for no reason.
