After I was seated and waiting to check in, I approached the window to inform them of my appointment. The receptionist directed me to check in at the station, which I did promptly. Subsequently, I had a billing-related question, but the reception staff refused to listen to my concerns about the billing on the kiosk. she to,d me to sit down. when i tried to ask a question, not only were their responses unhelpful, but they were also dismissive and disrespectful. I was left feeling frustrated, and other patients in the waiting area also expressed their dissatisfaction, remarking that they, too, had never experienced such poor professionalism. When it was time for my appointment and my name was called, I went to the door, expecting to be takback. The receptionist called me to the front desk, but I did not immediately understand that's what she meant. Once I approached, I shared my concern about the rude and unprofessional treatment I had received. I informed them that I would be reaching out to someone about the incident, at which point the receptionists told me that they would not allow me to have my blood drawn. Feeling disrespected, I left the facility without receiving the services I had scheduled. I trust you will take this matter seriously, as it is crucial that all patients are treated with respect and professionalism. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this situation and take appropriate action regarding the behavior of the staff at this location.

Since my appt. was before 10, I had to wait in a long line to check in only to find out that since my appt. was BEFORE 10 I would have to wait until the afternoon to be seen which I can't wait THAT long without food or water as I have to fast. The website didn't state they were opening late. I signed up for emails and texts and never received either one explaining my appt. was cancelled. Now I have to wait another week to get a morning appt. I don't even think they can reasonably say it was because of the storm. The lady at Aldi Grocery lives in Weatherford and she opened the store before 9 am today which I found out when I shopped there to kill time before Quest decided to open. This is the SECOND time this has happened where they are incapable of sending a text, email or putting on their own website the updated office hours. 90% of my visits to this site has been met with "I don't have your bloodwork orders" even though ALL my different doctors sent them. After a previous visit where they didn't have my orders I went to LabCorp. No problem. They always seem to get my Doctors orders OK. If I didn't live so close to this office I would definitely change labs. I can't say anything wrong about the staff as they are always cordial but the management leaves a lot to be desired. When the nurse that took the first patient back came out she should have made it known right then that all appointments BEFORE 10 would have to reschedule. WASTE OF MY TIME!!!

A quick quick, two paper form upfront and a cheap fee later and I was sat in the lab chair. The lady who did my lab draw did an excellent job. It did not hurt at all. However, it did bother me a bit it was dirty inside. The whole front room is just junky boxes everywhere and even the room that the labs are done was not organized. Considering I'm getting poked, you want a clean space for labs. A little time spent on cleaning up would be good!
