Since my appt. was before 10, I had to wait in a long line to check in only to find out that since my appt. was BEFORE 10 I would have to wait until the afternoon to be seen which I can't wait THAT long without food or water as I have to fast. The website didn't state they were opening late. I signed up for emails and texts and never received either one explaining my appt. was cancelled. Now I have to wait another week to get a morning appt. I don't even think they can reasonably say it was because of the storm. The lady at Aldi Grocery lives in Weatherford and she opened the store before 9 am today which I found out when I shopped there to kill time before Quest decided to open. This is the SECOND time this has happened where they are incapable of sending a text, email or putting on their own website the updated office hours. 90% of my visits to this site has been met with "I don't have your bloodwork orders" even though ALL my different doctors sent them. After a previous visit where they didn't have my orders I went to LabCorp. No problem. They always seem to get my Doctors orders OK. If I didn't live so close to this office I would definitely change labs. I can't say anything wrong about the staff as they are always cordial but the management leaves a lot to be desired. When the nurse that took the first patient back came out she should have made it known right then that all appointments BEFORE 10 would have to reschedule. WASTE OF MY TIME!!!

This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

During my visit, she left her coworker to handle three or more patients alone, creating unnecessary delays and placing an unfair burden on the other employee. The remaining staff member remained professional despite being overwhelmed. In addition, I felt that Mimi was dismissive and disrespectful during our interaction. Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, especially when they are already dealing with medical concerns. I hope Labcorp management reviews this incident and takes steps to improve accountability and customer service at this location. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.
