I'm a nurse at Harris and have recommended it to so many coworkers - staff is warm, friendly, and everyone we've interacted with has incredible bedside manner. Doctors have all been very relaxed, knowledgeable and compassionate, and the front desk lady makes you feel like an old friend. Pricing is super reasonable and straightforward, it's been cheaper and MUCH better quality than Breeze down the street. We are always out in 20-30 minutes from when we walk in the door, and we've left feeling taken care of and listened to. AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!…read more This place is out of control. They tried to charge me for SEVERAL different things that never happened. I went in for an annual physical--all preventative, no pressing health issues or concerns. When I got my bill, there were 4 additional line item "screenings" added to my basic doctor visit invoice ($241) that never took place. There was a 5th line item (for $246) called "Advanced Care Plan 30 minutes," which is apparently where you bring someone to represent you on your behalf, helping you make medical decisions, because you are either a minor or not of sound mind. What?! I was alone on this visit!! The doctor told me at the end of my first visit that I had to have my blood drawn and needed to schedule a second visit to go over the results (this was before I got the bill), and sure enough--another line item added to my second visit ($350) that NEVER HAPPENED! After several different phone calls to their billing department and office manager over the last 4 months, they are finally agreeing to remove the "mistaken" unnecessary charges totalling $837 (fingers crossed). Clearly my trust is long gone. The staff seemed nice enough, probably because they thought I had good insurance...I guess they didn't plan on my reading my bill. I can't comment on the physician, as she really didn't do anything (I'm overall healthy...I just needed an annual physical...it's not like I needed emergency surgery or anything). AVOID!!! AVOID!!!
