Very clean, very quick, the nurses were lovely. They took the blood sample incredibly quickly. They did an excellent job.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Labcorp location in Cedar Hill, TX. The employee who assisted me, Mimi, was unprofessional and did not provide the level of customer service I expect in a healthcare setting. During my visit, she left her coworker to handle three or more patients alone, creating unnecessary delays and placing an unfair burden on the other employee. The remaining staff member remained professional despite being overwhelmed. In addition, I felt that Mimi was dismissive and disrespectful during our interaction. Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, especially when they are already dealing with medical concerns. I hope Labcorp management reviews this incident and takes steps to improve accountability and customer service at this location. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. read more

Zero stars... been waiting for an hour my client is 84... how long does she need to wait for a urine sample?

expect to wait a long time. front desk...what front desk? Drop off should be easy and quick, yet they don't communicate.

Long wait times even with an appointment. The staff could not care less or move any slower. They avoid helping anyone who steps up to counter and will happily tell you they have no idea how long you will have to wait. If I could give zero stars I would as am sure the entire waiting room full of customers would as well! read more

Went in for a couple of test my doctor ordered. It's important to know I was traveling in Missouri and my doctor is in Illinois. The service was prompt and professional. The registration process simple. The facility clean. This was so convenient. I didn't have to cut my trip short to get back to Illinois for the testing. read more

Called over 5 times and still no answer, staff was not present when I went. I do not recommend this Lab

I normally have a really hard time getting my blood drawn because I've been told I don't have good veins for it, and that they are deep. The lady here only had to poke me once and it was the easiest blood draw I've had in years. The office was clean and people were moving through the waiting room quickly. All the staff were friendly. Will make you wait forever even if you have an appointment. The staff are impolite and kept me standing and waiting at the front desk for over 10 minutes despite the fact they KNEW I was there. The staff kept walking in and out and past, completely pretending I didn't exist despite the fact that I locked eye with them! I needed up walking out TWICE because of how slow they were. Listen... I am extremely needle-phobic despite having to do labs frequently. My phobia was borne from having small, rolling veins that require multiple sticks, leaving bruises. LabCorp never misses. One stick and I'm done. I don't even do labs in the Dr's office anymore. I request they send them to LabCorp for me to complete there as I know my needle-anxiety will be at rest. read more

I was impressed with my Phlebotomist. She was amazing, personality and the stick. I was so nervous because I always feel a sting. I did not feel a thing. Just a hot flash due to nerves. lol read more

I think this place is great. My doctor ordered blood work today and i didn't want to drive too far. They were located just 5 minutes from my home. They're very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. Patients were taken in a timely manner with no hassle or fuss. LaToya was my phlebotomist today. She's super fast and gentle, I barely felt the needle. Most of the time I'll go by reviews but there was only one review and that one review looks like it makes up for the one star on this lab. They're really not bad. read more

This morning I came in to do a 3 hour glucose tolerance test. I was not aware that my 24 hour urine collection had to be turned in at the same time as the blood was drawn because it was all in one order. I figured I could bring that in later. The ladies in the back were very polite and explained that since it was all in one order, per the doctor, it had to be done all together. I completely understood. When I walked out of the testing area and back to the front, I thought of a couple questions to ask. I patiently waited at the window for the lady working to return. When she came back, I asked her if I could go home, start the urine test (I hadn't used the restroom but once today) and start the urine test and return for the 3 hour test in the morning. In a very rude but yet passive way, she told me,"thats not how that test works. Have you not read the instructions on the side of your container?" I was stunned. I had never been spoken to in that way before. I told her I had not read the instructions and TRIED telling her that I figured that as long as it was all started in the morning and I hadn't used the bathroom but once then it should be fine (I've had to collect my urine before two other times so I have an idea as to how it works). But she interrupted me and said,"Did the ladies in the back not provide you with the information you needed?" I told her,"they told me about having to do all the blood work at once but they didn't given me instructions on the urine test. She then said,"Ma'am I have other people that have checked in that are waiting. If you have any more questions, you will need to sign back in again. I cannot continue this conversation." I then asked,"what about the money I paid this morning? Can that be applied towards my next visit?" She rudely responded and said,"You are not in the system anymore!" So then I asked,"does that mean the payment didn't go through?" I honestly don't know how any of this works. I do NOT work for Labcorp and I figured that if I gave them my credit card and signed a credit card receipt that it all went through. She got very defensive with me and again told me that I would need to sign in again if I had any more questions. I told her I wasn't trying to keep her from what she needed to do. I just had some questions and I was sorry. Yes...I apologized to her. When I turned around to walk out, people in the waiting area were looking at me and they looked just as stunned as I did. I was so embarrassed and shocked by the whole experience. I left in tears. The lab technicians at the Labcorp are terrific. However, the African American woman working the front desk with red highlights in her hair was extremely rude. I am almost 7 months pregnant and left in tears, and 45 minutes after this encounter, I am STILL in tears. No one should EVER talk to someone in that way, If you don't mind someone making you feel like a complete and total idiot then come to this location. I've come to this Labcorp SEVERAL times but will not be returning. I don't think I can emotionally handle being treated so poorly again. read more

Our phlebotomist, Lanel, was fantastic with my 16 year old daughter. One stick and a hug after and we were all set. My daughter said anytime she needs bloodwork again she's coming to see Lanel. Front desk was very kind as well. read more

No complaints! I went shortly after they opened and it was not busy at all. You check-in at the kiosk and then wait for your name to be called. The phlebotomists also work the front desk. I'm not sure if it's always this way, but I could see it possibly being a problem if they were busier. Both women there were nice, friendly, and professional. They wiped the draw seating area down after the previous client. I received my results the next day. There is an abundance of parking their, especially if you don't mind parking at the edge of the lot (this is my preference). I would not hesitate to use this lab again. read more

First time here and I must say, I get very very anxious when it comes to bloodwork because I have small rolling veins. LaToya got me checked in quickly AND she got my veins on the FIRST stick!! She was polite and very calming. She made this experience easy. I hope my doctor never sends me anywhere else. read more

This location has been the BEST experience for a stand alone lab. The front desk lady Toya was very personable and helpful. The lab tech oh my Lanel, was AWESOME! I immediately told her I was a hard stick, rolling veins etc. When I finished my spill, she had stuck me and blood flowing without stopping. When I say this location was the most professional and courteous that I've visited in a long time. They had my orders, check in was pleasant, Toya came into the lobby to assist a client who was checking in on computer. Both ladies showed they wanted to help and be of assistance to clients. As you can read I was thoroughly impressed and please with my service! Did I mention within 10mins of my home...hint hint gas prices. These two ladies get the Grammy for all around great customer service and professionalism. Lanel as a tech had to graduate at the very top of her class. Well done ladies. read more

First time here! Don't let outside appearance fool you, I thought it was closed at first. I had some technical difficulties getting my lab orders but the staff were great and very helpful! Toya was especially helpful and patient in getting my labs orders. Shout out to Lanel for drawing my labs on the first attempt with very little pain involved. I went in the get labs draw close to closing time. The lab tech was very abrupt and rude. I asked what was the date when I was signing papers and she rudely said come on get with it. She was in a hurry to leave and she never spoke another word to me accept for instructions. I will never use labcorp again. read more

Super fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. And all 3 ladies I saw there were great. The woman at the front desk was really friendly (didn't catch her name), and Miss Ellie, who did my lab work, she really made my day. Just a warm, glowing person who made my day better just by interacting with her. And we both found out we share the same birthday to boot!! This is my only Labcorp experience and it really couldn't have gone better and smoother. This location left an excellent impression on me. read more
