I have visited your Desoto TX office several times and have been impressed with your "Employee…read moreOwners" ability to show respect to me and other patient/customers. On my visit to Desoto Office in Dallas TX on 9/16/2026 for a Cervical X-ray ordered by my doctor I was addressed in a manner by the technician that required me to express my preferred method of communication with her was to address me as Mr. Babers or Mr. Stevie so when I asked her how old she was?, she replied in a ugly disrespectable manner that "I'm old enough". I'm 74 years old and I am also old enough to choose the manner that someone as young as she was would understand the age difference and regardless all patient/customers should be addressed as Mr., Mrs. Ms. Sir or Mam. She does not represent the best image of an "Employee Owner" and that has put my otherwise enjoyable experience's at your office at risk due to a lack of Medical Ethics Professionalism. I'm only one person and it may not make a difference but that's how it starts. Thank You! in Advance Mr. Stevie W. Babers Sr.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had to drop my mother off for her appointment…read morebecause I was on call for work and received a patient call that required my immediate attention. Since I couldn't go inside with her, I trusted that the front desk staff would help her check in. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My mother, who is in her 60s and is not very tech-savvy, asked for assistance with the check-in process. Instead of being treated with patience and kindness, she was met with rudeness and spoken to in a condescending manner. She was made to feel embarrassed, belittled, and as though she was stupid simply because she needed help. Spanish is her primary language, and although the employee assisting her was also Hispanic and spoke Spanish, my mother still left feeling ridiculed and ashamed for not fully understanding everything that was being explained. She became so upset by the interaction that she walked out of the facility and called me in tears. No patient should ever be made to feel worthless or humiliated for asking for help, especially when assisting patients with the check-in process is part of the front desk's responsibility. I understand that healthcare workers can be busy, but kindness, compassion, and respect should never be optional. Older adults and patients with language barriers deserve patience and dignity. I sincerely hope this facility addresses how patients are treated so that no one else has to leave feeling the way my mother did.
