Since I couldn't go inside with her, I trusted that the front desk staff would help her check in. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My mother, who is in her 60s and is not very tech-savvy, asked for assistance with the check-in process. Instead of being treated with patience and kindness, she was met with rudeness and spoken to in a condescending manner. She was made to feel embarrassed, belittled, and as though she was stupid simply because she needed help. Spanish is her primary language, and although the employee assisting her was also Hispanic and spoke Spanish, my mother still left feeling ridiculed and ashamed for not fully understanding everything that was being explained. She became so upset by the interaction that she walked out of the facility and called me in tears. No patient should ever be made to feel worthless or humiliated for asking for help, especially when assisting patients with the check-in process is part of the front desk's responsibility. I understand that healthcare workers can be busy, but kindness, compassion, and respect should never be optional. Older adults and patients with language barriers deserve patience and dignity. I sincerely hope this facility addresses how patients are treated so that no one else has to leave feeling the way my mother did.

My doctor called in the morning and after checking with my insurance, I heard from front office by 11 and was scheduled for about 4pm. Terry was quick and efficient with the CT scan and he was very nice. The actual scan took about 2 minutes and then I was on my way. Once I got there and filled out all the paperwork, I only waited about 8 minutes before being called back and I could see there were 2 people ahead of me. The office was clean and it was a good experience here.
