I was terrified, had never seen a doctor, and did not know what to expect. I was an anxious, confused mess. That all I changed when I arrived at my appointment. Makeba has this calming aura around her and she genuinely cares about people, there's no question. The moment she placed the probe on my belly and my baby appeared on that giant screen, I fell in love. I kept asking stupid questions "Are they okay? Are they happy?" while choking back tears and she patiently reassured me of my fluid levels, taking measurements, etc. She didn't need to go above and beyond, but she did because of her caring nature. I went for my second visit at 26w with my SO. We legit drove all the way from Waxahachie, passing MANY ultrasound clinics we could have went to just to go to this one. The machines are far better than other places, and for the lowest price you can find. Seriously, these machines are like the Teslas of ultrasounds. Makeba was incredibly kind and wonderful, that's no surprise. She is seriously talented with that probe. She showed me baby's feet and said "oh look she's kicking!" and I immediately felt kicks. Later that day, I got a notification to my phone and there was a 26 photo album of 4d photos, along with a video of my baby smiling and opening her mouth/eyes. I paid for 4 photos in b&w, you did not need to do all that Makeba you are too kind! I watch that video every single day and smile. My father had heart surgery the day before, and he said that sweet video almost had them wheeling him back in the operating room! lol I'd vote for Makeba for president, just saying.

They called 3 or 4 people ahead of me, that arrived after me. Finally, I went up to the desk and asked them was my appointment wrong? That I had waited over an hour, and then they rushed me to the back. I went straight to the room where they do the mammogram X-rays and was told to take my shirt and bra off there!! Not a dressing room (very very weird.) then the technician comes in and says which breast and I said both and she said, are you sure you want both of them? I'm like,well, that was what my doctor ordered. She seemed really short at first maybe because she was stressed out because she was so busy. But then, she got a little friendlier. The wildest thing is I had to put my shirt and bra in my purse and go into a closet with a locker and a bench and wait in there. My husband told me he did not work 30 years to get excellent insurance to for me to go to a John Peter Smith- like facility. In all honesty, I would never recommend this place. And I never want to go back. Maybe it is only in comparison to what I have experienced before. Maybe some people never know the difference. Our insurance had changed in January and my new doctor recommended this place. So now she knows - not again, thank you.

They have two imaging centers on Hunters Row - 710 is first one you see and the Women's imaging is two buildings down at 714. I was first appointment of the day. Zero wait. Only improvement I could see is I was asked to arrive at 715 and doors didn't open u til after 720 (hoping this was a one off). In and out within 30 minutes. Helpful friendly staff. Place appeared clean and was nicely decorated. They say my Dr will have results within 2 business days. As long as a good quality exam gets through to my Dr in stated timeframe, I'll give this a 10/10 experience! (I do trust Envision imaging as we have used their services at other locations for years).

She was rude to me when I mentioned I was just there for a hand XRay. The XRay itself took 5 minutes. Another time when I took my friend for her appointment, we waited over an hour & the front desk didn't communicate it with us. My friend was in so much back pain & couldn't sit comfortably in waiting room. They were rude when we asked. Then some other times we've gone, things were smooth. Again, hit & miss.

I went to Mansfield where the tech ultrasounded and kept asking Does this hurt? I never saw or spoke to the radiologist on duty. I just got a message from the cloaks lady. Radiologist said you're fine, come back in 12 months. And a letter saying the same thing. Ten months later I found the lump, had a mastectomy and chemo and require radiation. My Oncologist in Fort Worth said - I've seen the ultrasound, you should have been biopsied IMMEDIATELY. Why did they send you home? At the very least they should have had you back in a month. God intervened to save me!

The brochure has a telephone to make an appointment but only goes to a third party vendor to sell medical stuff. Never connects to make an appointment. This is "bait and switch". 4. Staff is rude. 5. Medical providers who use them are either uninformed, oblivious or don't care due to cheap prices, no doubt. 6. Even need an appointment to drop off physician ordered and approved urine sample. No draw or production required. 7. No humans available in office to help or explain any of this.
