It took me nearly 3 weeks to get my first appointment with them. A year later I had to get something else checked out and they were booked for 2 weeks. I get its not their fault but it would be nice to have more appointments available. All 3 - ish ( I lost track) times that I been they have been fully staffed at the front desk, I been greated and welcomed in. The front staff has answered all my questions and were professional in handling my paperwork. The techs that had help me were very caring and showed empathy towards me. The facility inside was clean and organized. Whenever I go in they are always patient with me when I ask a ton of questions. These last few months have been a new experience for me. Friendly and knowledgeable people working here made my visits easier. First time I came here it was hard to find the front door haha. Pull into the parking lot and you will see the big double doors with sings to all the offices they have there. Dont go by the numbers on the smaller doors on the side of the building haha. I usually always get morning appointments so I get there when it is not crowded. The parking lot can get a little busy but there is parking there trust me.

I did have one vein that tried to fight from being fixed, but it lost. It wasn't bad, it did hurt some at the moment, not after. But everything else was really pretty easy and fast. These are some good hard-working folks here and they really care about us the patients. If you ever needed help with your varicose veins, go see them. HOWEVER, I give a ONE star rating to the HOME OFFICE who sends out 6-8 texts, plus automated phone calls to remind you of an appointment you have had on the books for a year. WHAT AN ANNOYANCE. I understand no shows. BUT, If I have NEVER done a NO SHOW at your office, then I do not need more than 2 reminders the week of my appointment. If you want to send one more a month ahead of time...I can work with that. But every single day?? NO! If this happens next year, I will change my servicing company (before next year's appointment!)
