Terry was quick and efficient with the CT scan and he was very nice. The actual scan took about 2 minutes and then I was on my way. Once I got there and filled out all the paperwork, I only waited about 8 minutes before being called back and I could see there were 2 people ahead of me. The office was clean and it was a good experience here.

She didn't tell me it was an additional cost... The NP seemed like he just googled my symptoms and said "oh it's possibly these things." Didn't bother to listen to my breathing or heart rate nor check my ears nose throat like normal checkups. The visit before that, another NP just listened to my differential diagnosis and went along with that and Rx'd me antibiotics rather than actually do appropriate testing. It's been a month since I visited and now they're billing me another $6. They've retroactively charged other family members that have went to this urgent care too. Definitely never going back.

And they try to be very courteous and friendly and they really are... But they are getting more and more busy and overcrowded and so when you come for 15 or 30 minute service you'll be there three hours... That's kind of annoying.
