Terry was quick and efficient with the CT scan and he was very nice. The actual scan took about 2 minutes and then I was on my way. Once I got there and filled out all the paperwork, I only waited about 8 minutes before being called back and I could see there were 2 people ahead of me. First, don't even bother looking for parking on the street, but the parking garage is right across a walkway from Solis. Easy peasy. The receptionist off to the side was super sweet and the registration process is quick and efficient. They use iPads. Next, you go into a waiting room to wait with other ladies. They have small dressing rooms to swap your top with a gown, then to a locker. The waiting area is quiet and clean. Lastly, they take you back for the pics. The technician was super sweet, which made the process not as bad. Overall, if you're getting your mammogram, this is a really good place to get it. I came 20 minutes early and made it out from beginning to end in about an hour. Whew!

I just found out that I still have an open invoice with them. I received 2, which were paid by auto insurance, but they never sent me the third invoice. So it wasn't paid. They offered to turn me over to collections immediately, but a supervisor did extend for 30 days, and if insurance doesn't pay (What insurance company pays in 30 days?) I will be turned over for collections. My perfect credit will be ruined because of these jerks. I'll let you know what happens.

She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed before my surgery even began. She thoughtfully offered me a heated blanket, adjusted my pillows, and continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable. More importantly, she brought such a calming and uplifting presence. She made both my aunt and me laugh, and before I knew it, my nerves had completely disappeared. Her sweet compliments, genuine kindness, and willingness to answer every question I had made such a difference during a stressful time. Grace's compassion, professionalism, and ability to make her patients feel truly cared for are remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she provided and for helping turn what could have been an anxious experience into one filled with comfort and reassurance. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we walked in. The waiting room was dark and uninviting. Although the facility appeared clean, the atmosphere felt cold and uncomfortable. What bothered me most was the complete lack of compassion and professionalism from the staff we encountered. The gentleman who checked my wife in was incredibly rude and dismissive. The woman who took her temperature was equally unpleasant, speaking in a monotone voice and showing absolutely no empathy or concern. We just left and went to a Neighbourhood hospital where we got treated 1 million times better. When someone brings a sick loved one to the emergency room, they're already worried and stressed. The very least they should expect is kindness, compassion, and basic customer service. A little empathy goes a long way, especially in healthcare. Unfortunately, that was completely missing from our experience. Overall, a very disappointing experience with terrible customer service. We will not be returning to this emergency room.

Have already referred her to so many of my other pregnant friends for other ultrasound needs. She was able to see things my provider wasn't able to see and was able to give me advice my provider didn't give me. She was so hospitable and caring and so was her front desk staff. They have so many extra amenities in the office that make your visit just that much more special. Can't wait to go back to her for our follow up ultrasounds.
