It took me nearly 3 weeks to get my first appointment with them. A year later I had to get something else checked out and they were booked for 2 weeks. I get its not their fault but it would be nice to have more appointments available. All 3 - ish ( I lost track) times that I been they have been fully staffed at the front desk, I been greated and welcomed in. The front staff has answered all my questions and were professional in handling my paperwork. The techs that had help me were very caring and showed empathy towards me. The facility inside was clean and organized. Whenever I go in they are always patient with me when I ask a ton of questions. These last few months have been a new experience for me. Friendly and knowledgeable people working here made my visits easier. First time I came here it was hard to find the front door haha. Pull into the parking lot and you will see the big double doors with sings to all the offices they have there. Dont go by the numbers on the smaller doors on the side of the building haha. I usually always get morning appointments so I get there when it is not crowded. The parking lot can get a little busy but there is parking there trust me.

I have been coming here for years, i've been getting my mammogram here for the last 10 years. And…read morerecently I've been getting MRIs for my brain. And they try to be very courteous and friendly and they really are... But they are getting more and more busy and overcrowded and so when you come for 15 or 30 minute service you'll be there three hours... That's kind of annoying. But they do do an excellent job, the facilities is very clean and the quality of service really helps a lot.

My doctor called in the morning and after checking with my insurance, I heard from front office by 11 and was scheduled for about 4pm. Terry was quick and efficient with the CT scan and he was very nice. The actual scan took about 2 minutes and then I was on my way. Once I got there and filled out all the paperwork, I only waited about 8 minutes before being called back and I could see there were 2 people ahead of me. The office was clean and it was a good experience here.

My friend was in so much back pain & couldn't sit comfortably in waiting room. They were rude when we asked. Then some other times we've gone, things were smooth. Again, hit & miss.

This office is GREAT and will treat you well. HOWEVER, I give a ONE star rating to the HOME OFFICE who sends out 6-8 texts, plus automated phone calls to remind you of an appointment you have had on the books for a year. WHAT AN ANNOYANCE. I understand no shows. BUT, If I have NEVER done a NO SHOW at your office, then I do not need more than 2 reminders the week of my appointment. If you want to send one more a month ahead of time...I can work with that. But every single day?? NO! If this happens next year, I will change my servicing company (before next year's appointment!)

They are truly helpful, kind and wanting to get you in. Today is my second time here this month getting scanned. I came back because of the staff at this location. That should speak volumes.
