I have had several scans with ViaScan. Dr. Duncan is the best and really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen ... and advise. Everyone of age should get a scan and then follow up if needed. read more

Probably saved my life. After my scan I was told to see a cardiologist. I had an angiogram soon after with two stents placed. I'm glad this happened before I had a heart attack. The owner is sincerely interested in his clients. read more

Life saving information! So glad we went. rey thorough consultation after the scan Highly recommend. read more

This was my 5th Via-Scan. Dr. Duncan gives a very detailed analysis of a person's body, with special attention to the heart function and arteries. A very accurate assessment of plaque in the heart can be made from the scan. A check of body organs is also diagnosed, looking for cancer and other abnormalities. Scan results are also evaluated by a Radiologist. Mark Fort Worth TX read more

We paid just under 1,500 for my wife and myself full body scan Not one person introduced themselves to us just called us back told us to step on scales then set her and they will call us in to do scanning.. bathroom is straight a head if you need scan was done okay you are done it will be emailed to you in few days. We walked out, the PHD owner did call level voice message saying if you want to talk about your scam, call my cell phone so we did two days ago never had a return call. We thought we are going to have a consultation after our scan and a copy of our scan plus the report the receipt via email. We made the request for these items when we was there,,, but this has been almost two weeks ago. Sad we hoped for a better service experience for our 1400+++ $$$$$ My suggestion if you know how to determine your report go if you want to see your scan talk to someone about it or like the professionals to induce themselves by name then DON'T GO HERE. I felt like I was just another pain in their butt, not an appreciated costumer. Personally I feel used read more

As my wife and i are getting older, we felt it a good time to have wellness scans. The process was quick and relatively easy, and the testing itself was quick, professional and relatively comfortable. The staff was helpful. A few minutes after the scans, the results were explained in lay terms and findings provided in as much detail as we wanted. The only drawback we saw was there was not a lot of contact from the company beforehand to remind us of the appointment and the preparations, so if we had not adequately marked down the date and time, we might have had some difficulties as the payment is nonrefundable. We went in not entirely sure what to expect. We left with the comfort of knowing where our health is and with suggestions as to how to maintain and improve it. Very nice. read more

After the death of a friend from clogged carotid arteries, I decided to have a complete body scan including the carotid artery scan. The office staff was very nice, and the wait time was minimal. The medical assistant who performed the scan was very kind and informative. The entire process only took about 45 minutes. I'm happy to say that I don't have any problems as a relates to blockages in my arteries. I'll be back in a few years to repeat the process, and recommend this to anybody who wants a little bit of peace of mind. read more

I just call a few minutes ago. The lady told me: Full Payment is due at the time you schedule an appointment and that it's Non-Refundable. I have never hear of such crap. Makes me question if I can even trust them. I asked the lady if she knew of another scan place. She did not. read more

Very professional and quick. This is truly the future of healthcare and provides insight on your overall internal health that you would never find out without a serious medical event or numerous and expensive tests. Dr. Duncan truly cares about the health and longevity of his patients and it's obvious by the time he spends. I feel much better as does my wife to be able rule out many major medical conditions. Instead we can focus on the controllable issues and have a baseline to compare for years to come. read more

Early prevention is the name of the game and Via Scan does it best. Outstanding service and very professional guidance on how to maintain a better lifestyle in the future. I am a firefighter and Cancer is becoming one of our leading causes of death in the fire service. Knowing that I have a clean bill of health at my stage in my career is great peace of mind.... Thanks Via Scan! read more

These people were very efficient and professional about what they do. They do provide screening for medical conditions. I would use them again in a few years when it's time again. read more

I have recently had a scan in March 2019 and the process was easy and completed in the allotted timeframe. I am a repeat customer over past 10 years and appreciate the professionalism and the technology utilized. They seem to really care about people and improving their health. read more

The process is simple and non intrusive. The staff is professional and friendly. If you have them email the documents to you that must be filled out, you will save time when you fax or email it back to them. The programs they offer present issues that one should be made aware of as the human body can have issues that you may not be aware of. You may feel fantastic but this system may warn you of issues that will benefit you if there are hidden issues. The packages they offer will benefit you and your wallet. I highly recommend this process as it will only take a short period of time. read more

We are trying to get appts in for. their 19 year anniversary - will be our third time in. I think our first one was in 2013 - well worth the cost! Both of us had doctor who prescribed statins for cholesterol that wasn't much of the 200 "limit". This scan allowed us to tell said doctor that we have NO build up in heart and very small amount in abdominal aorta. Also found reason for some pains - not emergency - just explanation. read more

Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before I was taken in. When I complained I was told that they only had 1 machine to which I replied that they should have done a better job scheduling. They know how long the scan takes and if there is only 1 machine they should be able to schedule appropriately. They also said the test would take about 2 hours but that was because most of the time was spent waiting. My scan took over 20 minutes but my husband's only took about 5 minutes. I was told that the data had to download first before they could go to the next scan and shew was having trouble getting the data to download. I wonder if the technician was purposely making me wait because I complained! Sorry I did it. read more

I was somewhat suspect both before and after making my appointment -- my fears were totally unfounded. Both my wife and I had the test run this morning -- we both came away impressed and pleased. The staff was very professional, the tech running the machine was amazingly considerate and proficient, finally seeing Dr. Duncan and getting the results was a great experience. Dr. Duncan seemed to really care -- he was able to explain everything so that we could understand and make the suggested lifestyle changes. We heard at least two personal testimonials in the waiting room from folks that had friends whose lives were save and one individual who personally was told he was at risk for a heart attack, his cardiologist told him he was fine, a week later he had a heart attack. Definitely recommend. read more

I got a scan today and was exceptionally pleased with how well the entire process went. I have a family history of heart disease, strokes and cancer. At 56 years old I decided I needed to see how I was doing regarding cardiovascular health as well as to make sure I was cancer free. I expected a very long time to lay on a table for the scan--but that didn't happen. The carotid artery, cancer, and cardiovascular scan process took less than 5 minutes!!! About 15 minutes after the scan I met with a PhD researcher that went over my cardiovascular results. I commented on how quick the scan was & he told me their $2 million device is the fastest scanner in the world--and it uses 90% less radiation than other scanners. The detail of the findings was unbelievable!!! A Board Certified Radiologist will be reading my scans and send me a written report in the next week or so. I HIGHLY recommend this scan. My wife will be getting her screen next week. read more

I had my first scan at Viascan. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The office was very clean and efficient. When I was finished, I had a quick summary by Dr. Duncan, who was a researcher at Cooper Clinic, not a physician but very knowledgeable . I was told I would receive my radiologist report in 3 days, but I didn't receive until 7 business day. The report seemed to be very thorough. I think it is great preventive care. read more

So glad my husband made us do this! Never would have known I had an issue that required immediate surgery! I had no clue that anything was wrong. Very grateful for the time and explanations of our scans. Definitely recommend once a year from now on. read more

This process is so simple, everyone needs to be scanned annually. The peace of mind that these scans produce are priceless. They send a copy of the scans to your doctor for his/her review and files. It is always good to be proactive than to reactive. I will see you again next year. read more

This was my first time at Via Scan. It was a great experience! Not only was this valuable information to obtain, but the entire experience was easy and stress free. I did not have to wait long, everything was explained to me thoroughly and I was made comfortable the entire time. Very friendly, professional and efficient. I received my emailed results in a few days. I will come here if I need these services again.

My husband and myself both had scans done today, the staff was very friendly and pretty prompt. I'm very glad that we had these done

Very professional and didn't take long at all. My husband and I each had a scan. I was relieved to discover I had nothing to worry about, and he was relieved to discover he was doing well, but should make some lifestyle changes to ensure his best health moving forward. I would recommend this test to anyone who cares about their health! read more

This is our 2nd visit to ViaScan. I can't explain how relieved we are to do this procedure and have the opportunity to take care of any health issues before a crisis could occur. We are so grateful to the professional staff for their great work. They are so thorough, they explain everything in detail and offer helpful preventive solutions to any issues or concerns. This is a must do for everyone! Thank you for the valuable service you offer...we will be back to check things out again in the future! Bless you and thank you, again! read more

Viascan is a must for anyone over 50. My wife and I both had the Complete body scan. Thankfully everything was great. But now we have peace of mind. A friend of mine also had the total body scan and they found a dangerous plaque build up that lead to a immediate visit with his cardiologist. He had a stint procedure and is now on a healthy diet to avoid future concerns. Without viascan and dr Duncan's diagnosis he might. Or of been so lucky. Well worth the small investment! read more

Great experience!! Quick and fast results. Dr. was very personable!!!

Great prices to have freedom of mind. The process was only 10 minutes via scan and then the doctor goes over your initial results in about 16 minutes after the scan. The scan is confirmed by a radiologist in about three days. read more

The scan was quick and easy. The only negative thing that I can comment on is the size of the waiting area. Limited amount of seats.

What a wonderful visit. The office was run smooth and efficient. We were actually called back a few minutes early. We met with Dr. Duncan who discussed the findings in easy to understand terms. How wonderful to have easy, painless technology that can give you a report card on how you can improve your health. read more

Their machine was broke (I guess they only have one) & they were waiting for an IT Guy to show up sometime today (8/4/17). I drove an hour to get there for a 930am appointment. When I got there, I was told that they had no idea when the machine would be fixed. They offered me a refund which I accepted. Why not call at 8am to reschedule or did they turn the machine at 930? read more

I went to ViaScan and was in and out in about an hour (I had my paperwork completed previously and brought it with me). The staff was friendly. The only thing I would recommend is that the staff go over the body fat percentage that is measured on the weight scale; that would be very helpful. Otherwise, this place is very professional and I would highly recommend them. read more

I received this little card via a friend of mine (who I think picked it up at her Mom's Cardio Doctor - Dr. Schussler). That card sat on my desk for a year. It's time for my annual exams and I had a feeling my doctor was going to tell me I need to either work on my cholesterol or worse. So I decided to screen myself in prep for what I thought was to come. I called in and set up the appointment - very simple - everything online. Paid cash and will see if I can get BCBSTX to let me use the cost towards my deductible. Maybe yes, maybe no but it was worth it either way because I'm in the clear. No blockage, zero. So for 5 years I can stay clean if I do the work he suggested. Need to lose weight, but he tells you in a simple way. Just puts in a simple thought form - "Think Healthy". Some of the guys in there didn't come out with such good news. Some went directly to Doctor to schedule a stint. Interesting what you learn in waiting rooms that can scare the hell out of you. So there it is. Good news for me and even better news when I "Think Healthy". DO IT! read more

John was very courteous and helpful with his consultation. I was very satisfied with all the staff. The only negative thus the 4-star instead of 5-star is that first time visitors must go through the torturous maze in order to find their location and parking. I had to call 3 times in order to find the place. My GPS dropped me off two blocks away and after finding the parking lot I was not sure where the office was located. The city is doing much road work and it is a mess. That being said, I am super satisfied and it definitely worth the cost having peace of mind. read more

This is my second visit to ViaScan. Dr. Duncan and staff are always friendly and helpful. Now that I have 2 scans and results for comparison purposes, I can properly evaluate how adopting his suggestions concerning lifestyle have affected my health. Unfortunately, I didn't take proper care of myself until age 40 and have conditions that can never be reversed but, by following suggestions of the good doctor, in one year I: lost weight, increased my basal metabolic rate, decreased my BMI, decreased my fat percentage, decreased my blood pressure and increased my lean muscle. Did I mention I'm nearing 70 years of age? It's never too late to take proper care of yourself! I'm looking forward to next year to see how many other positive changes I can make to my health. Periodically, ViaScan does run specials so that, if a specific date is not needed, you can save sometimes hundreds of dollars off the normal cost. I am particularly sold on the reduced radiation of his scanner ( one tenth of a normal CT scanner ). That was a huge selling point for me. I heartily recommend this to anyone who wants to be proactive about their health. read more
