I've had good experiences the times I've been here. They have been efficient and friendly. Make sure they send your paperwork electronically instead of by fax. One time, my doctor's office faxed them the paperwork instead and it was a real pain for them to have to print the fax and manually enter all the information in. Make an appointment ahead of time if you can but they also take walk-ins. read more

If i were you I would either show up a half hour early or see you can check in online. This outfit is way too eager to cancel appointments even if you're on time. I would have made this appointment anywhere else but because I was nine minutes early they canceled so now I am in limbo. Also, make sure they have a copy of requested tests because they won't call the doctor if you forget read more

Very sufficient and kind. I did not have an appointment but I was happy to get in that day

1. Not told by healthcare provider appointments required. 2. Advertising explains will take walk-ins but will have to wait for appointments first which is understandable but then will tell you they won't take walk-ins at all and hand you a brochure. 3. The brochure has a telephone to make an appointment but only goes to a third party vendor to sell medical stuff. Never connects to make an appointment. This is "bait and switch". 4. Staff is rude. 5. Medical providers who use them are either uninformed, oblivious or don't care due to cheap prices, no doubt. 6. Even need an appointment to drop off physician ordered and approved urine sample. No draw or production required. 7. No humans available in office to help or explain any of this. read more

Cristy was amazing! I get very nervous when I have to get blood done and she gave me an amazing talk before about how he gets her nervous too but she will be very gentle and when she took my blood I did not even feel a thing. I've gotten my blood work done before and I have never had such an amazing experience read more

I paid nearly $400, did not let me schedule an appointment. Waited an hour while others had an appointment and then they lost my test results... 5 vials of blood... missing?! Idk what I regret more coming here or the sec I had that made me come here. Either or I'm staying celibate for the rest of my life all after all of this stress. read more

These people sure don't give a damn about "their" customer. I waited and waited and even knocked on the door, some girl came out and said a minute . She never came back. How do you run a business like this. read more

Never again! This was my second awful experience at quest. Only needed to pick up a fecal test kit to take home. After asking three people then waiting two hours was told they could not tell me how much longer I had to wait... to pick up a freak'n plastic bag. Bye Bye! The first time was for a glucose test. Waited over a hour to drink sugar then have glucose retested after another hour. But second test was 3 hours later so results were invalid. They didn't care. This place is absolutely terrible!!!!!! Never again! read more

Our 25yo son (on the spectrum) does so well at Quest. They are so patient with him and Denise at the Arbook location is a rock star!

Went and had labs drawn. Alandreia was my lab tech and she was fantastic. Quick, friendly and painless. The ladies there were all pleasant, but glad I had Alandreia draw my lab. Definitely positive customer service. read more

Went in to drop off a stool sample for my son. The employees were extremely rude and aggressive. Not only did they have an attitude with me, but with another patient who had difficulty speaking. Employee ended up taking both our stool samples no other instructions, simply stating "You can leave now". read more

Attitude was disgustingly bad she would talk about this being her last patient of the job she kept talking about her not knowing anything about Texas as we were telling her a address she snatched the card out of my hand. Horrible experience. get people that like their jobs! read more

Please, for the love of god, do not use any Quest Diagnostics for samples, especially the Grand Prairie location. My son has to do samples pretty regularly for his condition. They are the absolute WORST! They won't take your sample without an appointment and if you do make an appointment they give you grief then too! They just want to make a fast $55 for their sample pick up service that isn't covered by insurance. And there is NOBODY to talk to on the phone and in person, the staff is rude and unhelpful. Quest is the most frustrating and opportunistic medical service which I will never use again, personally. read more

Absolute incompetent rude employees at this location. I should've read the reviews before I even decided to come over here. First off I watched one of the employees be so rude to another patient who was elderly and couldn't hear when their name was called. After waiting over 20 minutes after my initial appointment, I was called back and they tech asked me did I have my lab order? Why would I have it, it was sent over to them. I've never had to provide any other quest location with the order from the doctor, those are things that are sent over. She then asked for my name, dob, & provider's name in which I provided only for her to say she can't find it and I would need to come back. Don't bother coming to this location. The location in Grand Prairie in the Tom Thumb is much better. read more

Quest Diagnostics - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Arlington, Texas

This one of the worst laboratory businesses I've ever been to. The website is not informative for drug screens what so ever! They are open until 5 but drug screens stop at 4pm. There's no compromise in it either. I went to another location they stopped at 330! Moral of the story if you want to get drug screen by all means ask the company requesting drug screen to go somewhere else!! read more

Made appointment on line and called in 20 minutes late. I was called in and told to go into room 2. I say for a while and heard one of the techs call my name out in the waiting room. I got up and said I was in room 2. She said no go into room 1. All the techs appear to not be happy, in a rush, no smiles and act like we are bothering them. They do not deserve my business. I will only go to LC as always. read more

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've been twice now and have frequented LabCorb labs too, this place is better than all the other LabCorb labs I've been too. Both times I went to have blood drawn, I had no appt and walked in a little after 7am. Both times my wait was 4 mins and I walked out 5 mins later. As someone who has a fear of needles and procrastinates blood work- knowing the staff is friendly, efficient and the place appears tidy and clean - has helped me get this hassle done a lot sooner. I mean I still procrastinate butttt not as long. This place is the best lab I've gone to in all the years I've lived in arlington. read more

I got my blood drawn by Dr.Dionne , she was really sweet and fast. the hospitals and other places usually have trouble finding my veins and poke me many times, she found a vein fast and got me on the first poke. I was REALLY impressed. I also did a walk in and the wait time wasn't bad at all. their was about 20 people ahead of me and I got out in an hour. read more

I would not recommend this place at all. The personnel does not have etiquete and they do not care how long the patients have to wait today I went to Quest with my son for some blood tests on an empty stomach where he missed school completely because we were waiting for 4 hours just to get attended to. I asked an assistant twice if we were able to get attended to and was ignored and even had the door to the lab shut in my face. This service is unacceptable and I will not be returning . read more

This place was A-OK. I was taken back within 10 minutes of my appointment time. You check in on a iPad type device and the tv screen displays the current wait time for everyone checked in. My technician was a bit short with me, very robotic but did make some small talk with me. The blood draw was pretty painless, and the I got the results the next day, via email. Scheduling an appointment online through my healthcare provider was easy and there was an array of times available on short notice. I was surprised at how busy the location was. read more

Do NOT go here for infant blood draws! They seriously need to review procedure on infant blood draw. This woman demanded I pin down my child BEFORE she was done talking to me and BEFORE she got her equipment ready. So my child is getting increasingly upset and she's just trying to talk over him. When I told her to hurry, she told me I needed to go to Cook's. When I asked if she was refusing to draw his blood, she said no and drew his blood soon after. My son was more upset than necessary because the phlebotomist was not efficient in her procedure. He was pinned down for several minutes more than necessary. Do NOT bring a baby here! read more

They have a tablet where you check in from and it has the option to text you when they're ready for you so you can wait outside. I prefer waiting in my car, but it may take a little longer since they call for you in the room prior or simultaneously to texting you. When you come back in, you just have to wait a min or 2 and they come out and call you again. Went around 12:50 pm, waited only 12 minutes for a drug test, process was very quick as well. The lady who helped me was very kind so it's unfortunate to see that this place has a bad score. I would definitely come back again for the convenience, ease, and speed of the process I experienced from my last visit. read more

Reading all the recent reviews I was a bit on guard coming to this facility, however, my experience was significantly better than what I anticipated. The person who performed my blood draw was polite, quick, efficient and cordial. She wasn't rude but also didn't waste time. Isn't that what we want when getting some sort of testing done? read more

I was a walk-in and got there before the lunch crowd. When I signed in I saw my name pop up on the screen with a 1 minute wait time. Then five minutes later my name disappeared off the screen and my name was never called. Then after 20 minutes I had to resign in because apparently someone went in my place. Be prepared to wait and watch that screen like a hawk otherwise they will take whoever walks through the door even if their name doesn't match the one on the sign in. Good luck! read more

This facility is not even attempting to clean rooms between each patient. There was no social distancing. There was no concern for the health of their patients. I took my 90 yo mom in for a blood draw and one patient was leaving as we were going into the same room. Nothing was wiped down. While we were in there another patient strolled in with her cup full of pee and our nurse took it and put it on the counter where she was working. She told mom she was done and left the room and came back with her next patient before we were even out of the room. She even laughed about the fact there was no social distancing here! No surface was ever cleaned as we went in or came out. This is unacceptable even without COVID. Please, if you are concerned about your health at all, don't go there. I'm reporting them to OSHA. read more

The worst. Every time I am here, I have to sign in twice to make sure I don't get passed over. I always come prepared, sign in with my ID & insurance card. This last visit, I arrived at 9am with an appointment scheduled for 9:40am. I had been sitting in the waiting area for 40 minutes when it was by pure happenstance that I overheard several other customers who had been waiting were being passed over because their names simply dropped off the waiting list. I got up to check mine and even tho if h I had a text message confirming my 9:40am appt, my name did not appear on the list. At 9:48am, I had to sign in again with no clarification whatsoever as to when I would actually be seen. read more

Rude front desk woman with no professionalism and NO niceness. She is pretty skilled at pretending she doesn't see you, when you go up to the front desk though. This is the one closest to me, but I will drive twice the distance to the other location and hope that they know how to treat their customers. I don't even think I would trust them to do lab work if this the attitude in this location. I drove a little farther to the Randol Mill location and they were very nice and professional. If I could give them a zero I would. I have always had my test results returned to me online in several days. Over a week ago I went, PAID FOR MY LABS, and STILL DO NOT HAVE MY RESULTS. even through my dr does!? How does that happen? Several emails to the facility and NO RESPONSE! If they can get him the results, WHY NOT ME THE PERSON WHO PAID FOR THEM? The folks here working are typically OK...the last one was a bit dull and when I asked her to send the results to the dr as soon as they could because the Dr.s office told me to tell them that, she chastised me and said "THEY MUST PUT STAT ON THE ORDER IF THEY WANT IT FAST!!!" Going someplace else next time. These guys are not good. read more

With this whole Coronavirus is going, we all are freaking out and of course I did when I started having a sore throat. I just wanted to make sure so I went to an urgent care nearby my house and told them that I wanted to be tested for coronavirus. They informed me that Quest Laboratory has it. So I went here, the check in was an easy process. You just need to put in your name and time at the kiosk. There was no one when I arrived at the clinic. I waited for a few minutes and a staff member came out. She had an attitude already and she told me where to go. I went and said down and told her that I started having a sore throat and a slight fever and wanted to be tested for coronavirus. She stood up real fast and raised her voice at me saying "we don't have the test here and you need to exit the building right now". So rude! And she didn't listen to what I was saying and just rushed me out the door. She turned around and said "spray please" like I really do have coronavirus. So that's how a patient is treated? It was so unprofessional and heartless. What if that was someone that really had it? At least show them where to go and listen to them. She is in medical field. She needs to be compassionate as well. It makes me feel bad for other people that being treated badly like that. I am very upset and have never been treated like that in a healthcare setting and hope this is the last. I hope that the management really takes this into consideration and have their staff members treat all patients equally and kindly! read more

April was Fantastic! She really cares about each person that comes in. She's very good at her job.She and Hy were exceptional & very kind, knowledgeable & professional. They are very supportive. Great Teamwork at the Arlington,Texas Location on Arbrook. It's unbelievable that any customer would give them a poor review. I believe the poor review is due to the patient not being prepared. I had a time. You need to have an appointment. You need the necessary paperwork either brought in or sent ahead of time by your doctor, company, and our insurance company.. these professionals are not clairvoyant. They need to know what test need to be performed and who to send them to after the results have come back. You have to be an adult about it and learn to sign yourself in by yourself and you need to be 15 minutes early so you have time to sign in and relax so your blood pressure will not be sky. They work hard to learn how to properly test you in all arenas and deal with you and your attitude, Good attitude and friendliness are mandatory. Gotta Love Them.. HELLO!!?? read more

I am extremely grateful to Nyeshia at the Arbrook location, who went out of her way to get my husbands wellness completed. we had the appt at 4:40 but i was informed by the tech that i had the wrong form. i was so frustrated as i had trouble getting the form on my work website but then got in and thought i had the correct form. the tech told me to call quest and get them to load a request. but i would have to make a new appt. Nyeshia intervened and provided me with the number i needed to call. my husband and i went back to the car and called the number. the lady was extremely nice and stayed on the phone with me until i confirmed they received it. Mind you it was already like 4:50 and they close at 5. Nyeshia said she would handle it and get it completed. She showed compassion as she could tell i was frustrated. My husband is disabled and hard to get him up there for appts. She went out of her way to ensure his wellness was taken care of and i could meet the deadline. Thank you Nyeshia for doing the right thing for your clients. You are a great example to all others on how to handle situations that come up. Our Visit was 3/26/21 approximately 4:55pm. We arrived within 5 minutes of closing. No one was at receptionist desk so we checked in at kiosk. A nurse/phlebotomist came out stood at the door and just looked at us without saying a word. I said hello, can we get lab work done we just left the doctor's office? She reached for our papers and rudely replied, "I'm not going to tell you no" and walked away. Then another nurse came out and said we cant help you we are closed someone forgot to lock the door, you can come back tomorrow. I asked are you serious? We were in here before 5. She said yes, I cant help you, we are closed. Just blatantly RUDE! This is so UNFORTUNATE & UNPROFESSIONAL of these 2 individuals. They are definitely in the wrong line of work. Maybe they were ready to start their weekend. I will never return there again. The previous reviews of poor service was in fact correct! I pray that my feedback will drive management to address my concerns and take actions to improve customer service. Patients deserve better!!! read more

Staff is not friendly, definitely need training working with the public, or find another job! I got there 20 minutes after opening because I had another appointment & work as well. I called my Dr. exactly at 8 to make sure the orders were sent. Once I got called back the lady rudely told me to sit in the chair, I told her I was there for a urine sample, not even listening, she told me to sit there again, I repeated I was there for a urine sample. Her immediate response was for a drug test, I said no for my urologist. She went online & said we don't have an order for that. She didn't bother to call them ( as their recording says they can) she told me I could go wait again, which I couldn't. I called my Dr. myself, they said it was definitely sent. I went to the one on Randall Mill which was friendly & fast. Don't go to this location, they definitely act bothered to help you! read more

This was our first time to use this location it wasn't their fault that our doctors orders had not gone through, something to do with the interface(word to the wise get hard copy from your doctor and don't depend solely on electronic request) but had to start all over with our appointment, get in line again just because it took me five minutes to call the doctor and ask for the order, to be resent many of the reviews I've read are true these people are not friendly and they talk over you when you're trying to say something one person in particular. Not a great first experience with this place. Phlebotomist need to have better personal skills. The second phlebotomist that we were called by would not come in the room till I moved to the other side of the room for 6 foot distancing them when we walked out I had to walk right past her to leave the room what sense does that make did my germs leave once I walked in the room first. This company deserves a - million stars because of illegal activity!!!! My daughter came into the facility, was cash pay, (online there are cash pay prices) she did not realize that she could be offered a discounted rate for paying up front. Anyhow, the "four" blood tests that were ordered by her doctor were charged and paid at $380 and she thought everything was taken care of. My daughter did make sure to ask if there were any other costs or out of pocket expenses she would need to pay and they told her that she was paid in full. She brought the receipt home and I looked it over (I have done billing and know insurance codes etc.. and have that experience for over 25 years so this is nothing I am not used to reviewing,) and I was not concerned. We received the results of the blood work from her doctor's office and it was the four tests the doctor had ordered and then there were all of these other blood tests that the doctor did not order. I started going through all of the blood work and I called the doctor's office and the Nurse stated that within my daughter's chart the only blood work that was ordered were the four tests that my daughter agreed to and paid in full for. I told the Nurse that there were multiple other so-called tests that were ran and why this happened and she stated that the doctor would not order tests unless he cleared it with his patient first. Then, the next day we received a bill in the mail from Quest, totaling almost $1300!!!!!!! I was appalled at this and then when I went through all of the billing codes, not only did they charge for bogus tests that the doctor did not order, they duplicated the same tests, (a couple with different names, but the codes were the same price and same test that my daughter already paid for). This is sickening that a so-called medical lab could go as far as to try to take advantage of a young person, (I am sure it is not just my daughter) but, also, they have an address and phone number listed to call a grant opportunity in Florida that will cover the expenses. They are actually ripping off the government for money illegally!!!! I looked up Quest and they have been sued for medical negligence for more almost 600,000,000 since 2004 and it seems that they are still doing the same scam and trying to get away with taking advantage of the system. I called the billing office and this is where the story takes an even worse turn. The so-called billing "specialist" is extremely unprofessional and when my daughter has the woman on speaker phone, she explains that she received this large bill and that there must be a mistake and the lady puts my daughter on hold. The billing person comes back on the line and tells my daughter that not only is the bill owed, but, she now owes around $1700!!!!! I almost flipped my lld at this point. My daughter said hold on, there must be an error, I have duplicate charges that I already paid, as well as several tests that my doctor did not authorize or ask you to do and now you are adding more fees that I don't owe? The lady then said hold please and connected us to the Florida government facility to get a grant to pay for the bill. The billing person did not try to ask any questions, she did not try to help in any way she just connected us immediately to this grant foundation to get money that they are STEALING FROM THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR BOGUS BLOOD WORK THAT WAS NOT EVEN ORDERED!!! THIS IS CALLED MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, ROBBERY, PATIENT ABUSE, AND SO MUCH MORE!!! I am filing a claim with the better business bureau as well as I have contacted a medical malpractice lawyer to check into the illegal activity taking place at this facility. I would not recommend using Quest Labs for anything. They obviously are doing illegal things and still getting away with it to a certain degree. If you look online, they are being sued all over the country for this same activity. I would love to speak to a manager at this facility to see where their head is at, because people will be going to jail for such abuse of people and trying to steal government money. People, please be careful!!! I can be reached via email that should be listed attached to post!! Hopefully they will take care of this issue before legal action is taken. Angela Norris read more
