I went here to get labs done for my upcoming surgery I needed everything on the paper work completed other then the COVID test I get my blood drawn which went well the lady got it on the first try which never happens to me Next morning I get a call saying. That the lab said I did not have enough blood to do all the tests so I would need to come back in I went in this time it was a different lady and it was not so quick but she drew my blood for the second time I even asked her does this happen because not having a enough blood seemed odd she said yes sometimes I leave and receive my labs results next day so they results were forwarded to my doctor so that I could be cleared for surgery I get a email saying that my HIV test was missing so I review the copy sent to me and not only was it not completed but the paper work says that my blood from the original blood draw could not be used because "specimen received in a unspun tube not compliant with the tube manufacturer" so I was lied to and someone dropped the ball in the office that drew my blood I call the lab I believe in Austin the number was on my paper work and they did confirm that the HIV test was not even requested I call back to any lab and ask why the HIV test wasn't preformed and was told the male receptionist said I told him I did not need it WHAT never did I say that The lady on the phone said she noticed it on the document I gave them but when she asked him (INSTEAD OF ME) he said I didn't need it I asked for supervisor because im pissed and my results are suppose to be to my doctor that day The lady says if can come back in to get my blood drawn she will have the lab run the test so I inform her they still have my blood so just put in the request ( I confirmed with the lab already) So maybe about 5 minutes later a manager calls asking what he can do I asked if he could put a rush on it because I needed them same day he says he can't Offers a refund which I still haven't received and to complete the HIV test for free Oh I forgot I wasn't even charged for it which was pointed out to me and I was also told I should have looked at my receipt THAT I NEVER GOT Then the manger precedes to tell me the male receptionist said I did not want it and again I said I only told him I did not need the COVID test because I had already taken a test The manager said he would call my surgeon to take responsibility for the error which was never done because you know what happen MY SURGRY WAS CANCELED F this place and I better receive a refund fast or I will dispute the transaction with my bank read more

I went to this place to get glucose monitoring test for gestational diabetes. I'm used to getting it done at my OB's office but since I switched my care to a midwife and she's located in another state, she recommended i find a place that could do it. I googled spots and this one came up. Very inexpensive so I made my appt. When I went in, i found out after I'd gotten the first draw that I actually hadn't requested the right test. I was confused because after the blood draw, she said, "ok you're done!" I said, "wait, I don't have to drink anything?" And she confirmed at that moment that I didn't schedule for the right test. She quickly corrected what needed to be done but it meant I would have to be pricked 3 more times. A slight inconvenience for my own misunderstanding. I drank the liquid and got my pricks done and I was free to go. Thank you to the techs and the owner who made the process quite easy once I realized my mistake. I appreciate you very much and will come back any time I need labs done outside of my regular care. read more

Went in at 11:13 am which is 47 minutes before they close on Saturday. I am a nurse and I need a drug screening prior to starting a new job. The young ladies at the front desk refused my business because I didn't come a whole hour before closing. That is unacceptable. If they are going to make rules like that, they should have that posted online and not in fine print on the front door. This is bad business. I will be using someone else. read more

5 star service here from setting the appointment to the test to the customer service interaction throughout. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Before i found Any Lab Test Now (which was less expensive btw), I had called planned parenthood about std testing. Lady on the phone was just doing her job and had zero trucks to give, to be pg about it. PP said i'd be there hour and a half even with appointment. Told me prices were between x-x, $75-192 more expensive than Any Lab Test Now. When i asked plnd prnthd how id know the price, i was told it was up to the nurse. Uhh ok. Skip those jokers, and come to Any Lab Test Now! I'll be back for micronutrient and general health blood panel. read more

I got my blood drawn 2 and a half weeks ago, and was told I'd get the results in a week.... I called at 10 days to check on my results, and they had been sent from the lab, and would be there within 5 days... we're sitting on 17 days. I called today, and they said they'd check the mail because they SHOULD be in by now... so far, no returned call. I wouldn't do business with them again, and I'm out all the money for my test... just waiting at their mercy. read more

Truly a good experience for my wife and I. Jennifer was both knowledgeable and courteous. We had a lab report that needed a second opinion and Cecil the owner went out of his way to be kind and make sure we were helped! My wife needed a second blood test and thank the Lord we received great results! Amazing to have blood work done one day and next day to get the results! Fast and efficient. And again, Jennifer is an excellent tech. Neither my wife nor I could feel the stick of the needle and for my wife who has small veins often difficult to find... first try no stick! If I could give this place zero stars I would. From the moment we walked in, the lady with her sunglasses still atop her head at the reception desk continually complained to anyone who listened that she was the receptionist, lab tech, and phlebotomist that day. I was appalled that she so openly threw the company under the bus. But it gets worse. We had a baby with us who needed his diaper changed, and although we had a changing pad, she insisted we change the five-month old on the floor in their restroom (no changing station) or on the floor of Starbucks restroom (also no changing station). But, the best part was that we'd called the day before and made an appointment. She never once said it would be awhile, but we figured something was up when a white older lady came in without an appointment and was helped before us and the two black couples also there first. Thirty minutes after our scheduled appointment, still no word. At 45 minutes after our appointment we left. She didn't even say goodbye! So why does 45 minutes late matter you ask? Well because she told us the baby couldn't eat anything or drink anything until he had his lab work. That just doesn't work. read more
