I am waiting for my prescriptions while feeling horrible and nothing...I've called twice, all my labs are in...I cannot get help. no return phone call, nothing. in the meantime, I'm at a loss for help and have been charged almost $250 and a months wait with no help. My mother was a patient at this clinic. There was nothing but problems trying to get any routine prescriptions refilled. My mother has now been without her Thyroid medicine for 3 days and still no refill called in even though she has been requesting the refill for 8 days. read more

My experience was beyond disappointing from the start at this location. I have been in healthcare for more than 30 years and patient care has always been my biggest priority. With that being said, I know things can be busy or staffed and be shorthanded, but I'm not sure if that was the case. From the moment I walked in for my 1st appointment I felt very unwelcome! The receptionist barely acknowledged me was short unfriendly and almost seemed just irritated to be there. I have excellent insurance and I'm ver knowledgeable with insurance. She just told me my copay was $99 with no explanation, to me that was more than normal but I paid and will confirm with my ins EOB the costs. One of the responsibilities of a receptionist or front office is to set a 1st impression of a practice and this was a big failure on her part. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant, the PA was great, knowledgeable and explained everything well. The second nurse that took my blood was outgoing and friendly, this gave me hope about my future appointments. I scheduled my follow up for a week later to review my results. On my second appointment there was a different receptionist and she was more pleasant. I was brought back quickly and a new nurse came in took my BP and explain another provider was here today than the normal one. She left saying she'd be in shortly. I waited 50 minutes no one ever came check in on me or explain why I was waiting so long! I would have been ok if someone came in, apologized for the wait and gave me an update but that never happened. After a hour of nothing I went to the front office and asked for a copy of my test results and said I've been waiting a hour no one has come in, I'll find another office. I was more shocked by the total lack of professionalism when she never once apologized and just printed my results out and handed them to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. It's a corporate medical office and you would think they'd have better trading in place for their team. This was my worst experience ever and I still don't know what I paid for? Update!!!! As I thought I received my EOB today and they charge my ins more than $800 for a visit with a PA and blood work. Per my EBO I was only to pay $24. I'm not dealing with these people that abuse medical billing codes. I'm filling a complaint wit BCBS. I'll let them deal with their billing department. Always check your benefits and EOB most of these large Corp managed care facilities are run by business people that expect you not to catch their misuse of billing! read more

Went here for labs and hormone check. My thyroid and triglycerides weren't great so adjustments were made and I feel immensely better already. They didn't push hormones as I don't need them and made me literally feel better by getting my levels back to where they need to be. read more

Came here to get complete blood panels done. Was told 350$ covered: The initial blood works includes the following labs: Total Testosterone, Estradiol, SHBG, TSH, T4, T3, Folate, B-12, Progesterone, FSH, LH, CBC, Vitamin D, Lipids, and a CMP. The provider may order additional labs after discussing your medical history and symptoms.  When i came back at my follow up appt, I found out they did not test for V D as advised. They also did NOT cover all the lab works that came back abnormal. The only thing the P.A discussed was 1 of my results, and focused in on that, while failing to tell me about the more serious abnormal ones(Not going to discuss my results in detail online). I reached out to someone in southlake and was told the manager of this location would be in touch shortly and 2 days later i still have not heard back...what a scam. The staff turnover is frequent. Other than Lilly, the majority of the staff is unfriendly and dismissive. Moe is extremely rude and prioritizes new patients over existing ones. For the most part, I have dealt with the negative experiences here because it's convenient to my home. I won't be returning to the Mansfield location. read more

I went for a bloodwork follow up. It was time to refill my thyroid and estrogen meds. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my RX's. They only had my thyroid meds. The pharmacy called and I called Her Kare also. I spoke to someone Literally three times and 2 out of 3 of those times , I was assured it would be there same day. Never was, so the 3rd time I was told they would ask the Dr to resend it. Still another wasted trip to the pharmacy. I have been out of my meds for a week now. And no promise that it will be sent to the pharmacy. Beyond Frustrated ! Now I see why they have so many bad reviews. read more

This place has changed my life! I was so fatigued that I was sleeping my life away and feeling so depressed. They are literally changing my life with their hormone therapy! I had gone to several other doctors about my hair falling out my nails being brittle and several other health conditions that I was having the other doctors had run previous test but never could come up with an answer for me as to why all of those things were happening to me. When I went to her care they did a full and complete blood panel as well as tested my thyroid with all the thyroid test possible to take. I have bad white coat syndrome. So doctor visits create alot of anxiety for me, I was very nervous going in for my annual wellness check. .. Especially trying a new place. As soon as I walked in the door a very nice girl at the counter greeted me. She did a great job at easing my nerves.. Probably not even knowing she was calming me down but her sweet demeanor definitely helped my anxiety. I waited maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room/exam room for my initial visit and again for my follow up. The office is extremely efficient, clean, and well organized. Both of the nurses that took my vitals and bloodwork were super sweet and very friendly too. The nurse that took my blood did so without me having any pain or any feelings of discomfort. My Physician was Lou. She was wonderful. She sat with me and discussed all my concerns and answered all my questions. She was compassionate and thorough, she too made me feel at ease with the whole process. I left HerKare feeling a sense of wellness not only physically but mentally. As many people know finding a place to go where you truly feel cared for by the office staff, nurses, and the Physician is nearly impossible to find. Disappointed- The office staff is friendly however when I initially called I said I needed to REFILL my thyroid prescription so I was coming into get my labs done and I asked for the cost they told me, However they did not inform me that they would not be able to fill any type of prescription if I were hyperthyroid so not only did I waste my time I wasted $$ now I am paying double-I wish they would tell new patients if they were hyperthyroid that they (HerKare) would not be able to write or fill any prescriptions.:/ read more

I have been going to Her Kare in Mansfield for over a year. I am very disappointed lately, regarding staff turnover , especially nurse practitioners. Given all the recent changes, it is really disappointing to see that the wait time has drastically increased. I literally had to leave the exam room and find an employee to remind them of my appointment time. The staff is not following through with Medication refills and it is terribly difficult to reach an employee via phone call. I unfortunately called the office on three occasions, only once was able to actually speak to an employee, who stated she would send over refill request immediately. Only, to be informed by pharmacy, it had not been sent, despite their and my repeated requests. So sad. They were so professional, caring and exceptional. read more
