My visit at the ER was smooth and simple. Kate was so lovely, checked me in, logged in my insurance info, and gently told me that it'll be about 10 min. This was around 9:30 in the morning. I was then seen by a kind nurse named Steve, like extremely fast. He was informative, encouraging, and patient to hear of my emergency. I truly felt like I was being listened to. Afterwards, I met with another kind gentleman Sajjan, who was also so polite and friendly. He's the one who took my CT scan, and made everything really quick and simple. I'm also grateful for Doctor Le, who spent a lot of time being thorough and making sure I understood every detail of why I'm experiencing what I'm experiencing. And to watch out for new symptoms. This center has awesome staff! Everyone was great! Dr. Lee was fantastic! Turned out my wife had a painful kidney stone. 24 hours and we had no waiting, got right in. Much quicker, cheaper and nicer than a swamped emergency room at a hospital! I highly recommend them. They ran tests and did blood work and urine samples and a CT scan. They don't do invasive surgery but we didn't need that. With pain pills, the stone passed just like the doctor predicted. They spend time with you explaining everything, not rushing you. I will definitely use them again for any emergency care! Ten Stars!!! read more

Went to an urgent care yesterday and woke up the next day feeling worse. Came in to PrimeCare Emergency & they were thorough and caring and made sure I was getting everything I needed! My RN Shannon was great and made sure to ask enough questions to figure out what may be going on and brought me warm blankets. Iesha was very kind and empathetic, brought my friends and I snacks while we waited. Dr. Lee explained everything every step of the way and made sure I understood what was going even with my issue being difficult to diagnose. I went to PrimeCare a day after I saw another Dr. The previous Dr was very short and unhelpful. When I went to Dr. Lee, I was already feeling frustrated that the visit would end the same way. Dr Lee saw how much pain I was in and quickly helped me. He was very thorough and gave me instructions for everything. His nurses were very attentive to me so I could be comfortable. The visit alone left me feeling very happy with the service. Even a couple days after, Dr. Lee followed up with me to see how I was doing and if I had any other questions. Dr Lee is someone who cares about his patients and makes him such a great doctor! Very impressed with the service here. read more

I'm not from here, I was here taking a course and needed to be here for at least 10 Days. Several Days prior I ended up in the ER in my home town with a huge laceration to the back of my leg and ended up with 7 Staples! Long story short, one Day after class my leg was hurting so bad, and I was well overdue to get the staples out, so I drove about 30 min, to all the Urgent Care facilities, that were all closed due to bad weather. Well I ended up here Thank God, Nida the front desk person was soooooo sweet to me, getting me checked in even though She didn't know if the Dr would take them out, She called the Nurse up front to talk with me, STEVE RN, YALL OH My, ALL I'm gonna say is His kindness is as MASSIVE AS He is, REMINDS ME OF ZUSE They take me back, Zuse, I mean Steve comes in, then the PA OSMAN right behind Him, I pull down my britches, because I am in pain Of course, and at this point who cares? The PA say hold on, He goes and gets the tool, and one by one He takes them out! Relief, You guys have no idea! Lori the RT, gets my paperwork and prescriptions together and I'm on my way in less than an hour. By the way, Antibiotics, Zofran just in case and Ibuprofen for pain...No stone unturned! Vanessa was quick to get us checked in and into the exam room. The nurse Chakeria gave us the initial check up and was very friendly. Benjamin is a great people person making us feel comfortable and sounded very professional. Diana the lab tech gave us options on how we can get our results instead of waiting which I really appreciated. Tonight we 1st called to notify of vomiting causing dehydration. Front desk was like go to ER they are better equipped. Went to ER they sent me back saying not an emergency or broken anything minor clinic should help. Was here 4mnths ago n didn't have ins card tonite so I wasn't seen. Um..I wrk in medical n have UHC that can be verified w name n dob. How do you get treated if everyone is afraid of Covid or may not just wanna do their job. Patient come in with same complaints n she gets treated totally different. This should not be acceptable. read more

I love the staff at PrimeCare Emergency Center and I am so grateful that they are available when I need them for me and my son emergency medical needs. I have visited this facility at least three or four times for myself and the service has been consistent, courteous and proficient. Most importantly when I took my son to be taken care of, Dr. Litchfield, Kim & DJ all listen to my concerns and the staff was very sympathetic and promptly cared for my child. I will update my rating once I receive my final bill. I came in the center this evening due to stomach pain and nausea. I went to Neighborhood Doctor but they referred me to urgent care and gave me the address of PrimeCare Emergency Center. I came in and asked if they are in my insurance BCBS network. The lady named Tori said no. I backed out right away and wanted to go to Medical Center Arlington (which is in my network). Tori told me that it will be more expensive to go there while I will pay the most for today treatment at their center $250. Also, the $250 is worth 1 year of free visit if I need to c9me back in the future. She said it's a promotion for new and returning patients called Prime Care Plan. I repeatedly asked her again and again to be sure that it's only $250 with no future financial obligation, she firmly said yes. I got treatment and the staff were nice and effective. I was released to go home about an hour. I went to search for the website regarding the Prime Care Plan to read more about it. I couldn't find any information and couple bad reviews stating that they got scammed by the center with surprise bills. So I called Tori again and asked her one more time about what she was telling me earlier. She reaffirmed me that once I receive the bill (from the billing department or my own BCBS insurance), a patient advocate will contact me to enroll me in Prime Care Plan and will make adjustments so the maximum I will pay is $250 and nothing more, no string attached. I hope that is true. I am still wondering if anyone heard something like this before. read more

Had to leave and go to a different emergency care because wife was refused service due to her not having her insurance card from United even though she had been there recently. Was treated very unfairly after being told that they recommend that we go to a hospital emergency room they just really didn't want to deal with us at all. Got to the point my wife was upset and telling them how to verify her insurance with her ID and just felt like wow everywhere it's just unjust results from..... First time I've felt hopeless for my family after someone who's job and field of work is to make and help people feel better we felt so much worse after leaving there when they finally agreed to see her as a cash patient. I returned today to this facility because my previous visit went well. I'm changing it to 1 star because my visit today went horrible!!! I don't know if it's under new management or I just encountered really bad staff that clearly needed more training! I went in for chest pains & one nurse did an ekg that only seemed to last 5 seconds. I honestly don't know how she even got an accurate reading from it. Then to top it off, she left all of the stickers from the cords all over my body. I thought she wasn't finished with it until another Nurse came in and I asked if I could remove the stickys. She then stated she would draw my blood before doing a chest x-ray. I told her I have very tiny veins & typically nurses use a butterfly needle to draw my blood. She kept feeling around and started to prepare my arm for the stick. I asked her if she felt a vein as I wanted to make sure she did so I wouldn't have to get stuck multiple times. She said yes and stuck the needle in but couldn't draw any blood and proceeded to keep trying to move my arm around with the needle in it to try to get blood...after a few moments went by with nothing, she said another nurse was coming in to try but if they can't make it work they would possibly do an ultrasound. She left out without even covering where she stuck the needle with a bandage. The other nurse (who I asked for a bandage to cover up what the previous nurse did) came in and started feeling around for veins on my opposite arm. I told her also that a butterfly needle usually does the trick because of my tiny veins (I've never had this problem with any other facility). She really didn't comment on what I said and proceeded to start preparing for another stick. I asked her if she found a vein and she said yes. She stuck me lower on my arm which was extremely painful! I wasn't looking at this time but after she kept moving the needle around and seemed like she kept trying to force something to happen that wasn't working...I asked if she was getting any blood. She never gave me a direct answer but was talking about giving me an IV with saline...all of which I had no idea what she was talking about or what that had to do with drawing my blood. It continued to hurt really bad and I told her at least 4 times to take it out until I had to sternly order her to remove it, then she finally did. I stepped out to go to the bathroom which at that point I was told to give a urine sample and I did. A few minutes later that same nurse who just did the very poor attempt of an IV, came in stating she was going to now attempt to try my blood with a butterfly needle. I told her she was not sticking me again! She stormed out as if she didn't like my response. I was waiting for someone to come get me for my chest x-rays (remember I was there for chest pains), but a different person came in with a piece of paper stating I needed to sign it because I'm refusing treatment. I didn't refuse treatment...the 2 nurses were not skilled enough to draw my blood even after I mentioned multiple times that I've had no issues when a butterfly needle is used. I was stuck multiple times and ignored! Needless to say, I did not sign anything and left! This is the worst service and staff I've encountered. Never again!!! read more

This is a scam business. I went there after my primary care MD sent me there to get an ekg and gave them my insurance card at which time I was told that my insurance was accepted and to wait and see the doctor. Fast forward one month and I receive a bill of $1100 and being told that the emergency room is actually out of network and that my insurance will not cover the bill. These people are practicing devious business method and no one ever bothers to tell you even though your insurance is accepted and that later they may be out of network and you will possibly get a bill in the mail. Avoid this place at all costs. I will report them to every regulatory body that I can get a hold of as this practice is malicious and devious. read more
