Made an appointment to be seen before work and ended up getting called in 30+ mins after my scheduled time. Needless to say I was late for work. My tech Donya was nice though - very pleasant and quick with the blood draw. It didn't hurt and once I was done I was able to go on my way. All in all, the wait was kind of long but the actual service was good and I got my results quickly. read more

Horrible customer service, and I had an 1:00 pm appointment to boot. By 3:00 PM I still have not been called bak for my lab draw. After waiting 2 hours after my appointment time, I had to walk out. By the pissed off looks and misery embedded in the faces of the Quest Nurses working their, it must really suck for them too. I was shock how every nurse called on a client with a piss poor attitude, and I don't give a shot attitude. It must be hell working for Quest, especially their lokation.. Nurses do better for yourselves, find a place that treats you decently. Other thing I noticed, the latter in the evening the longer it took nurses to call clients back. NEVER USE QUEST, ANY QUEST!!!!! read more

This location is super convenient to my home, plenty of parking, staff are pleasant/friendly, they tend to be pretty close to on schedule for appointments (I think the longest I've ever waited was about 15 minutes). DEFINITELY recommend making appointment online. The only negative is I wish they had more extended hours- if they could be open some Saturdays, open later one night a week. Would be so helpful as I have to take sick time off every time I need bloodwork, which is a bummer- 4 stars because of this read more

I schedule my appointment ahead of time. This keeps you from having a long wait time usually. Donia is great. She draws the blood quick, without sticking you multiple times. She doesn't hurt you. She is always very pleasant and friendly. read more

employees here go to lunch at the same time and will have you waiting more than 2 hours and will give you an attitude for asking questions

I've been working on my iron and checking my bloodwork weekly. As long as you make an online appointment, you will get in quickly. No fault to anyone, it just depends on how many walk-ins there are that day. Service is always nice, I've been assisted by 3 different nurses. Only downside I had was for some reason my first visit, perhaps because I paid in person, I wasn't charged until almost a whole month later. Other visits I ordered online beforehand and no issues. read more

extremely rude and arrogant staff. responds like a bully to simple question about the test

You might as well not bother making an appointment here as they will take a walk-in over your appointment time.

I had an appointment at 10:50am. Upon arrival I checked in and noticed there weren't any seats, so I selected the option to sit outside and receive a message when it's my turn. I waited over an hour and half just to find out she called for my name at 11:00. But I didn't get a message until 11:09. I explained to her it took me 30 seconds to walk in and she kept saying that's my fault. What's the point of having that as an option if you don't message them before you "call" them. The lady was so rude and sounded like she hates her job. Absolutely disgusting behavior. read more

Absolutely ridiculous that only a tv on the wall repeating info and a kiosk are there to answer all human interactions. Doctor says drop off specimen first thing in morning to quest, however if you arrive to do so, you will be met by that tv and kiosk only. Don't try to call, Quest does everything possible to hang up on you if you dare try to press a button that could potentially get a human. All phone options lead to other automated messages. Pay a bill, automated message, need a question answered - automated message, need a human - automated message. Quest is in the horrible customer service of no customer service and instead using technology that has no answers to real people in real time following real directions from real doctors. I made over 15 phone calls that never ever got to a human no matter what combo I tried. I used the kiosk at 7:01 am to find that first available appt that day was over 8 hours away. I made the appt. Come to find out that you must have an appointment to even drop anything off. I WOULD HAVE FULLY COMPLIED PRIOR HAD ANYONE OR ANYTHING AT ANY POINT SAID SO. Instruct and communicate to doctors. That paper you force them to turn in with the specimen is a perfect place to spell out your demands. Any sign in the place stating these things would also work. Instead, cold technology wasting time for lack of communication and information. Waste of time for the patients, shows no concern for who has to use them. read more

This particular branch is a joke! I will never return to this place...ever! I made an appointment days in advance, get there 20 minutes early and walk into a lobby room full of people, registered and waited outside 15 minutes past my appointment time. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! read more

I have been to this location twice to a drug test and have not got it done yet!!! first time I got there before 4pm only to find out they stop "taking appointments" at 3pm a couple days later I get there about 2 :30pm and sign in, then staff comes out at 2:58pm and says if you are a walk-in waiting for drug test you will not be seen today!?@?@!? WHY does their system let you check in, only to tell you 20 minutes later they can't see you!!!!! You have wasted 20+ minutes of my time waiting!!!!! read more

My previous experience at a Quest Diagnostics for a routine labwork draw near my home was not a good one. This week, I'd had a medical test involving a needlestick almost every day and I'm not an easy target. Today, I'd been stuck twice in my Cedar Hill doctor's office and they couldn't get the job done, so I needed to go to a Quest lab again. There's at least one in every suburb and still fasting (it's noon now), I took off for Mansfield. The other closer labs that were more highly rated were permanently closed. Go figure. This one, off of Highway 287 on Country Club, in a strip center near the Tom Thumb, was easy to find with plenty of parking. There was no one in the small office, just signs directing me to sign in. A brightly lit sign in computer on a pedestal directed me to type in basic personal information and informed me at the end that people with appointments would be taken before walk-ins. Okay. Oh, it wasn't talking to me. You had to be able to read and select your numbers and letters and press continue or next, as well as the information at the end. There was an elderly couple in the waiting room. I asked them if they found check in easy. It was the wife who had checked in and she had no difficulties with the process. I wondered though about people who cannot read, the blind, the wheelchair bound or who have many other disabilities, including something as simple as trying to stand there in crutches! I still hadn't seen a staff member yet. I noticed my name had appeared on the custom TV screen with what looked like possibly a wait time. Other people came in and signed in. A staff person appeared and called for the elderly woman. Another one appeared and called for someone who signed in after me; I'm guessing with an appointment. More people came in and signed in. More names appeared on the TV and then someone came for me. I never did see anyone appear in that little office. I had my labwork orders in hand. My phlebotomist was either good or lucky and thankfully, he got all my many tubes of blood. He had to leave the room for a butterfly, though. Then he had to leave the room to help someone else. He had to answer the phone and deal with that. He had the tourniquet on three times and was ready to draw twice and had to stop. Not very efficient. The penny pinching company is saving by not having a helper/supply tech/phone answerer person; but wasting the phlebotomist's time and the customer's time. Typical for a healthcare provider. The phlebotomist was professional, courteous, friendly and expedited his work as quickly as possible. Five stars for him. Absolutely. read more

I've been to many different Quest locations all over the USA, this location by far was the fastest service provided by the most friendly and professional staff I've ever encountered at a Quest location. I walked in without an appointment and checked in via the kiosk. As soon as I was done, my name was called. I needed urine and blood work for a work physical and I was in and out of there in less then 20 minutes (maybe even less then 15... I wasn't watching the time but man was that fast!!) The young woman at the desk was very nice and the phlebotomist (a young man) was also very nice. read more

GO TO LABCORP! I went for a specimen drop off. It takes 2 minutes for me to walk in, hand them a frozen specimen for testing and leave. I followed the computer check in and if you click the "?" It takes you to a list of things you can be there for that do not require an appointment due to how little amount of time that it takes. After I checked in, they walked out and instructed me that I did it incorrectly and I need to set myself up as a walk in. After following their orders. They said they couldn't or wouldn't take my frozen specimen until 3 when they had time to do so. (3 hours later) my specimen would have been invalid if I waited 3 hours and it thawed. They need more training in their own system. Apparently they do not know their own policy's. I'm headed to Labcorp and will never be back. read more

It has been a week and no blood work results yet. They cannot even explain why results are not back and you cannot talk to a person, only robotic answers online. If you go to the location, you cannot be seen by an employee unless getting tests run. They have been paid but have not produced any results yet!!! Opt to go elsewhere if given the opportunity!!! read more

The lady in the front sat on her phone and made phone calls to friends/family after I asked for a cup of water because I had to do a drug screening, and never even got it. Log in at the kiosk with your name, or QR code. You can also make appts online. Don't bother calling no one ever answers if your trying to verify you have lab orders. Make sure you have your paper copy for lab work or just have your doctors email you a copy! Because if you don't you will wait 2 hours. It's sad that we have to remind our doctors office to put in the orders and then we have the orders sent then get forgotten at Quest because our paper work wasn't in then you wait another 45 minutes. LOL get your paperwork then it will be a breeze!!! You can easily be out in 20 min. read more

previous reviews made me think i'd be waiting forever! couldn't be farther from the truth. make an apt, have your ID, you'll be in & out

I would give zero stars if I could. I have chronic lung disease and am required to give regular (minimum 4x a year) sputum samples for my Drs to have tested. For an assortment of reasons I have a very very difficult time producing a sample big enough to test. This most recent time I had to withhold treatment for 2 weeks until I could produce one. Finally did and delivered it to Quest within an hour of collection. They then mishandled the sample and the lab refused to test it because it sat at the Quest location without being refrigerated for hours. So now we don't know the newest cause of my lung infections and I had to withhold treatment for basically no reason. But they still charged me my copay despite no services received due to their negligence. read more

This review would've been 5 starts if it hadn't been for ONE employee who ruined the entire experience. This petite Hispanic woman was one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I've never had so many issues trying to do a pre employment drug screen. read more

This place is the worst. There is a Hispanic lady that was very rude in front of everyone in the waiting room. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am in HR at my current employer and we send plenty of employees to drug test with Quest but I will make sure that we change labs IMMEDIATELY. read more

Went in 02/28/23 for a pre-employment screening. I made an appointment online just a few hours prior to my arrival and the process was extremely simple, I was impressed with the fact that I was able to come in on the same day. I was called back exactly at my time of appointment, the staff was a bit straight forward but friendly. They conducted business in an extremely professional manner and maintained a positive attitude with me and each other. In and out in less than 15 minutes, I would highly recommend this establishment. read more

I have had blood tests every 6 weeks at different labs for 18 years. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They were rude and very disrespectful. I had a one-second yes/no question. I ask 3 different people and they just stared at me and walked off. Didn't even acknowledge me standing there. The phlebotomist that was appointed take care of me kept raising her voice and was very impatient. She kept saying we don't have time. One of two vials had very little blood in it and I'm concerned that there may not be a sufficient amount to run the test. She should have used another vial. She asked me to hold my arm up at a weird angle. She pressed on my arm and it moved down. Yelled at me. I have been upset all weekend. I am battling cancer and kidney failure. I don't need this!!!!!! Absolutely horrible! The service here is shocking, there were ten people stuck in the tiny waiting room and we could hear all the workers in the back laughing and joking about not wanting to work. Every time I've come in for a simple blood test that should only take ten minutes, it ends up taking an hour and a half because the employees are slacking and they don't know how to get anyone's paper work faxed. Shocking me how the hell they were even hired in the first place. DO NOT COME HERE. PERIOD. read more

The employees in here are very rude and lazy. Every single one of them seemed to hate their job. They are very unprofessional. If you need some sort of lab test save yourself and go somewhere else. Not only are they super slow every time I come, but there is definitely a lack of polite people skills every time I am here as well. Great staff! I was a walk-in and they saw me right away & she was great at drawing blood.

Not my first time here and yet to see any improvement in this place. Not sure how you stay in business when you are calling in one person every 30 minutes. Customer service is another story and there is none. The people that work here make sure they move as slow as possible because there is no initiative to moving faster and they are not friendly and appear to hate their jobs. read more

My doctor wanted me to get some labs drawn, and told me they would send the request. Before driving 30 minutes to this lab, I called 3 times trying to make sure they got my doctor's orders. I never got a phone call despite leaving messages. So I drove there hoping they would have it. They did. I got to the front and the lady asked me if I had my lab order. I told her no, that I tried calling several times today to make sure it was sent over electronically. She said "we don't answer our phones and don't return phone calls until the end of the day". Seems silly to me. She found my lab order and went back. I don't expect these people to be nice, as they draw labs, but I've always had phlebotomists make some bit of small talk. Nothing here. It's ok, I was in and out and didn't wait at all. The location is close to me, but service is definitely lacking! read more
