When I arrived, there was one other patient in front of me signing in with the tablet mounted perpendicular to the wall about four feet off the ground. I guess they have trouble with tablets walking off. We were the only ones in the facility. He was over six foot tall with a bad back and was having trouble filling out the form, so it was taking him awhile. While I was waiting to sign in two additional patients came in with appointments scheduled for 2:30 and 2:45. I was finally able to sign in but was made to wait until both patients that had come in after me were done. Again, I was seven minutes late so after nearly an hour's wait; I left. The entire time I was waiting the receptionist was slouched down in her chair looking like she was half asleep until one of the male techs came over to talk to her. They had a very unprofessional conversation loaded with curse words. It was like they were at home. If you have a choice use Touchstone or Envision, they don't penalize you if you're a few minutes late and have a staff that is actually professional. I can't give zero stars so they received one.
