Her spirit made the room feel very - warm which was amazing . Laura, my technician, took extra care of the "girls" & made me feel very comfortable. Her hands were warm & didn't make me jump with each touch. That makes a WORLD of difference when doing a mammogram...especially since I'm sensitive to cold hands. They were also very informative as what to expect, what not to do etc. - Additional medical history/screening/e-checkin... super easy. Some stood with their arms fold and did not care at all! The room I was place in a room that was dirt and dry blood stains on floor and sheets. dirt sheets hanging out the hamper. I have pictures of all. I waited for 2hrs before no one came in. I left but before I left, I ask someone to come in the room to look at it. I ask her would she let there Mom or dad or yourself stay in this room she look shock. I told her I was leaving. The young lady told them that I was leaving because of the matter and the treatment. As I was leaving I watch one lady eating at station others just standing around. I Loved this Hospital but will never come back. My Doctors are there, I left and went elsewhere....
