I started seeing Dr. Ian Adrian after giving birth to my daughter. I had horrible low back pain. This office was in Mesquite and not far from where we lived at the time (about 11 years ago). My first visit was the longest which is to be expected, but he took NO X-Rays and of course scheduled many future visits up to 3 times per week. The frequency of visits didn't bother me as I know that's how chiropractic works. The problem I had was the fact after each visit I experienced MORE pain. I told him I was in additional pain and he would tell me that's normal and just part of the process. It would seriously take all I had to get off that table, to a chair, out of the building and into my truck, where I would sit and CRY in the parking lot until I was able to drive home. Then I had to deal with getting out of my truck and into my house. Each morning after one of his adjustments I would come home in more pain than I can remember and that's after 2 more surgeries, another childbirth, kidney stones and gallstones! I know he does a lot with his kids' sport teams and is probably a good guy but I felt like he was killing me everytime I went there. I finally got smart enough to go to a traditional spine surgeon and got injections to get the inflammation down and pain medicine until that worked. I felt that Dr. Adrian failed to properly diagnose my back problem or was riding me out for a longer period of time due to the fact I had Microsoft Employee Health Insurance. To be "fair" my father-in-law loves the man and thinks he is the best thing on the planet for his hip pain. So maybe he has furthered his education or gotten better over the past 11 years since my last visit? read more

I went in to see a chiropractor for neck pain. As always I base my reviews on quality of service and overall satisfaction. I can without a doubt say this was the best place I've gone to to see someone in the medical field. From getting greeted by the friendly receptionist to walking out with my new appointment date in hand i was treated very well. Woke up this morning and was great. After sitting for an hour I got up and my back had gone out. Went by the office around noon just to see if they were open (being the day before Thanksgiving). Not only were they open, but they got me an appointment and took care of all my insurance for me. I saw Dr. White. Great guy. I work in a medical practice, so I know how hectic they can be, but Dr. White acted as if I was his only patient. Very clearly explained my problem to me (with visual aides) and told me how he thought it would best be treated. Cracked my back a couple of times and it was instantly better, though I still had sore muscles. My pain was pretty severe, so I know it will take some time to fully get over it, but Dr White was absolutely great. The staff was efficient, warm, kind and professional, all while maintaining patience with my VERY slow moving self! This was my first visit to a chiropractor and it was as smooth as butter. I scheduled another appointment for next week already to be adjusted again and have a treatment (love the ultrasound!). read more

3 months ago I woke up and couldn't move my head as I had terrible pain in my neck. I couldn't stand the pain so decided I needed to see someone about it. I had never been to a chiropractor and honestly, I was a bit leery. A co-worker referred me to Adrian Chiropractic and since their office was close to home I decided to give them a try. I was a bit scared and nervous about the first visit. I didn't know what to expect or how I would feel. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and their patience with me. From the nurses and technicians to Dr. Ian Adrian, they were all very professional and took the time needed to answer my questions. They took x-rays and explained what was going on with my neck and spine. While I was in more pain an hour after the procedures, I was warned and given remedies to help alleviate the amount of down time I would experience. And they were right! By the next morning, I was able to move more and my range of motion was better than it had been in weeks. I went 3 times the first week, 2 times for the next few weeks and now I'm there once a week.
