I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the unethical practices and…read morelack of professionalism exhibited by your establishment, particularly by the owner or manager from this office. As a former client of [Affordable Chiropractic, I feel compelled to bring to light the deplorable conduct that I have experienced during my interactions with your office. Despite seeking treatment for injuries sustained in an accident, I have been subjected to coercion, intimidation, and harassment by this office in relentless pursuit of payment, even before my case has been resolved. First and foremost, it is imperative that we understand the gravity of the situation. The chiropractic treatment provided by the Chiropractor has been grossly inadequate and negligent. Despite my repeated requests for proper medical care, including a basic X-ray to assess my injuries, these requests were callously ignored. The failure to conduct necessary diagnostic tests and provide appropriate treatment is not only unethical but also constitutes a breach of professional responsibility. It is deeply concerning that this office has repeatedly contacted me, demanding payment for services rendered, despite the fact that my case has not been resolved and my insurance claim remains pending. This aggressive behavior is not only unethical but also in direct violation of professional standards and legal obligations. I refuse to be intimidated or coerced into paying for services that have not been properly rendered or resolved. I demand that you cease all attempts to collect payment from me until my case has been resolved satisfactorily and in accordance with ethical and legal standards. we are taking to social media to shed light on the unethical practices and lack of professionalism at this office. It is my hope that by sharing my experience, others will be warned and spared from similar mistreatment and exploitation. I urge who ever is the owner of this office take immediate action to rectify these issues and restore integrity and professionalism to your establishment. Failure to do so will only further tarnish your reputation and undermine the trust and confidence of your clients. My team will be posting the voicemail left by your office including emails. It is imperative that we do not allow anyone to take advantage of situations such as this one. By allowing unethical practices to go unchecked, we not only undermine the integrity of our healthcare system but also perpetuate a culture of exploitation and injustice. The question we must ask ourselves is: Why would this chiropractic office seek payment before my case is even closed? Such behavior not only demonstrates a blatant disregard for ethical standards and professional integrity but also raises serious concerns about their commitment to the well-being and best interests of their clients. We cannot afford to turn a blind eye to such egregious misconduct. It is our responsibility to hold establishments like this accountable and demand transparency, fairness, and justice for all.
