It is complete rip off, you go for one treatment they insist on having your credit card, and they will start charging you monthly hundreds of dollars. You call them and complain about the charges and they tell you you have to sign a cancelation and that will cost you two more months and if you don't sign they will continue to charge you hundred dollars every month. This was the most expensive one treatment I ever had . Be very careful with the Latina sitting at the front desk. She is the con artist who will ask you to sign waver of liability of the treatment but in reality she is making you sign a contract. She dos not show you the documents because it is on the computer and you are signing digital. It is a con job and horrible treatment. Those guys are totally unprofessional with no credentials. This is one of those take your money quick scheme for 1st time visits. I been to several chiro's before and know what quality to expect and this did not come close. The chiro barely worked on me, He had me lay in his bench and just compressed the bench 3 times really fast in 3 different spots and then did my neck real fast with his machine. I would say overall he spent like 10 minutes or less on the actual procedure. Other chiros I been to physically put their hands on you, he didn't. I was super excited to see that this new Chiro opened in the Mesquite area, as not too far from my home. I decided to check them out because my usual Chiro is about 45 minutes from me, so distance became a factor even though he is A+. At any rate, I booked an appointment at this location thinking my experience would be similar to my current Chiro's office. I was totally wrong, I went on a Monday, forgot the Chiro's name but he saw me for a period of about 6 minutes or less for the same amount I pay my regular Chiro for about a full 20-30 minutes treatment. What a waste of $29.00, first want to say the Chiro Doctor was extremely rude and condescending. He had absolutely no bedside manners. Like the other reviewer mentioned, he scolded me for looking at my cellphone in the waiting area. This Chiro doctor was disrespectful and rude to say the least. I asked about the popping when stretching and his response was "old age" as if I'm an elderly person. I Google his response and to be a Doctor he was way off, here is what Google said: "The small popping and cracking you hear is the sound of bubbles in fluid surrounding the joint in the cavity popping." Where did these people get their training or degrees, mis-informing customers isn't that smart these days with the internet. Be very cautious of this business they are out to put you on a treatment plan that will suck $39.00 at each visit, or want to tie you into a monthly subscription for $79.00, waste of time and money. I wanted my neck, shoulder and upper back adjusted and he made it worst with his little instrument, barely touched the areas. I will need to go to a qualified Chiro to fix the state he left me. Went to the Mesquite TX location numerous times. LOVED the Doctors there, very pleased with my treatment!!! I no longer need thier services and I filled our the cancellation from in November 2021. I was still charged fee in December 2021, I called and they said yes, I was cancelled, sorry for the charge, they refunded it immediately. Just checked my bank and see that I was again charged for January 2022 AND Feb 2022 (I missed seeing the January charge) and now here I am again chasing down two months refund, after being told that my membership has been canceled, but obviously it has not!! I can't remember the doctor's name but he did my fiancé right. After 2 continuous days, his back was back to normal. We bought the membership so that he can go at least 4 days a month. It's totally worth it. My fiancé's back was in so much pain for months and it had gotten worse (procrastination at its best). The place we chose originally happened to be closed but Joint Chiropractic was open and I was surprised to see that walk-ins were accepted. The doctor was funny, friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. He's with each patient for 15 minutes at most. The front desk staff is also very friendly. The location is very clean. We are from Michigan, so it would be nice to have a JC there for when we travel. $79 per month is a very good investment on yourself. read more

Worst chiropractor that I've ever been to! I went there because they had a $29 new patient special, but I ended up being charged $118 after my first visit. Normally it takes 2-3 adjustments to fix a pinched nerve, but this guy spent less than 2 minutes per session and hardly did anything, so it took 7 sessions before the pinched nerve finally got better. At one point he even tried to send me to an orthopedic surgeon! Why would I see a surgeon over something as minor as a pinched nerve??? I wonder how many other people had needless surgery because of this guy's incompetence. Then they also put me on a monthly membership plan without my consent. If I hadn't read the fine print then they would have continued to deduct money out of my bank account on a monthly basis. On top of everything else, the guy is a total jerk! He never smiles, never makes small talk, and he was in a bad mood every single time that I saw him. On my last visit he stopped me while I was walking out the door and said "If anyone asks you about your visit here, and you tell them that it wasn't helpful, then that's a lie." I was like, "Umm...okay." I got out of there as quickly as I could and I will never be going back there again. And I guarantee it's only a matter of time before their business manager, Claire H, responds to this post by giving me a bunch of lip service like "Sorry to hear about your experience, but we always strive to maintain a professional service....blah blah blah." But she won't make any attempt at all to give me any sort of refund or compensation. read more

First experience and The Joint, and any chiropractic office, and it ruined it for me. I went in open minded and hopeful that my pain would be treated. Upon arrival, there was no receptionist at the desk (assuming she was at lunch) which didn't bother me however after waiting for ten minutes and then another five while the person who was there before me got helped I sat and looked at my phone patiently waiting to be helped. The chiropractor who came out to finally help us scolded us for looking at our phones and said "if you're gonna say you have back pain, I'm going to ask why you're still looking at your phone" .. maybe because there's nothing else to look at in your office? And because I want to? But I let it go. He then proceeded to ask me what my issues were. I went on to explain that I had some back problems prior and only received massage therapy then I down the stairs a few Months back and my back and shoulder are in pain. He said "and you haven't done anything about it? What are you? A boy?" .. didn't find that funny and I think he took notice and said "that's just what boys do. Get hurt and then never get it checked out and say they'll just tough it out." Personally, I am not a big fan of doctors at all and it took me about 5 months to even consider coming in due to my anxiety so that felt great to hear. Kidding. To top it all off, the doctor then said that he is unable to help me due to my shoulder and wishes me the best of luck since I need a specialist. Well thanks for nothing. I visited this location on Sunday for an adjustment. My neck became stiff overnight. This happens to me a couple times per year. After being asked by the chiropractor what I do for work and how long, I informed 20 years auto technician (I'm 38) and the chiropractor said "in management hopefully?" I responded, "no". He responded, "You're pretty much done. You're shelf life is up. You're body is worn out." I was told to go home an ice my neck and then come back 3 more visits the following week. What a waste of time and money. I came to this establishment for an adjustment not your opinion of my state of health without any diagnostic information to validate or justify your opinion. Every other Joint location I've visited have always been beyond professional. EDIT: In response to Claire's reply... I can understand needing a few visits to a certain extent. My biggest quib is with the chiro telling me I'm worn out, shelf life is up and that I need a career change up upon the initial correspondence prior to laying on the table. That's just poor bedside manner. The fact that you did not address this is further confirmation to not visit your store. read more
