Since I couldn't go inside with her, I trusted that the front desk staff would help her check in. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My mother, who is in her 60s and is not very tech-savvy, asked for assistance with the check-in process. Instead of being treated with patience and kindness, she was met with rudeness and spoken to in a condescending manner. She was made to feel embarrassed, belittled, and as though she was stupid simply because she needed help. Spanish is her primary language, and although the employee assisting her was also Hispanic and spoke Spanish, my mother still left feeling ridiculed and ashamed for not fully understanding everything that was being explained. She became so upset by the interaction that she walked out of the facility and called me in tears. No patient should ever be made to feel worthless or humiliated for asking for help, especially when assisting patients with the check-in process is part of the front desk's responsibility. I understand that healthcare workers can be busy, but kindness, compassion, and respect should never be optional. Older adults and patients with language barriers deserve patience and dignity. I sincerely hope this facility addresses how patients are treated so that no one else has to leave feeling the way my mother did.

When I arrived, there was one other patient in front of me signing in with the tablet mounted perpendicular to the wall about four feet off the ground. I guess they have trouble with tablets walking off. We were the only ones in the facility. He was over six foot tall with a bad back and was having trouble filling out the form, so it was taking him awhile. While I was waiting to sign in two additional patients came in with appointments scheduled for 2:30 and 2:45. I was finally able to sign in but was made to wait until both patients that had come in after me were done. Again, I was seven minutes late so after nearly an hour's wait; I left. The entire time I was waiting the receptionist was slouched down in her chair looking like she was half asleep until one of the male techs came over to talk to her. They had a very unprofessional conversation loaded with curse words. It was like they were at home. If you have a choice use Touchstone or Envision, they don't penalize you if you're a few minutes late and have a staff that is actually professional. I can't give zero stars so they received one.

When I arrived I was looking for it in the little strip next to the Walmart. No. It was inside the Walmart!! The clinic is way too small and crowded. I think the Walmart restrooms might be bigger than the clinic itself. Definitely feels like an incubator for sicknesses. That's just how I felt. It's like a pack of sardines. Now let's get to the customer service. The tech that called me back was super kind and very friendly. I saw a lot of bad reviews about the customer service. I have no complaints there. The clinic could use a little cleaning up. Also, the wait was terrible. I checked in at 11am and didn't get seen until 12:45pm. Good thing they have a check in system where you could go home or run errands while you wait. I've never had to wait that long for labs. I'd never choose that location again honestly. I don't want to go inside a Walmart of all places for any type of lab work let alone get there to find the clinic waiting area is the size a small restroom. I'd drive across town for a bigger clinic.
