The cedar Hill location closes at 4:45 every day even though the closing time posted is 5 PM. When I asked about this, the staff told me proudly that their supervisor is the one that instructed them to close early every day even if patients are outside, wanting to get in. I arrived at about 4:40 PM and felt completely rushed by the staff. When the first draw was unsuccessful, the staff told me I might just have to come back another day since I couldn't get any blood to draw. On top of all of that, I have to take off work tomorrow to go into the lab because my lab work was never forwarded to my doctor. I've tried to call the office, but no one ever answers the phone. read more

The worst experience of my life........horrible attitude of the phlebotomist...she was alone , no help ,not even at the front desk! She was unpleasant,told me to shut up or basically stop talking so she could do her job and shoved the needle into my arm...it was very painful...I was trying to ask pertinent questions,and politely asked if she would use a butterfly as the last time Labcore drew blood they used the usual needle and it caused a massive hematoma in the needle site causing me to go to the emergency room..this person did not care and kept telling me to shut up so she could do her job...when I asked her if the results would go to my doctor she rudely said," have you ever had blood drawn before"...instead of answering my question...I told her I have a right to ask questions.....never will I ever go back to this place...shouldn't even be in business...I give it a No star rating! I see that they are rated 2 stars... Wonder who did that? This is my spot! I have to get labs drawn like every 2 months and these ladies are phenomenal. Yes, it's in the hood but I love my hood and I love these ladies at this LabCorp. I don't like needles but they are just about always accurate on the first stick with me. I was in a rush knowing I had to be at work at 10am. I arrived the front desk rep was nice and speedy with assisting me get checked in! Also my technician Marina made my morning by providing quality service in a short amount of time as well! I will definitely be back to this location. After reading what other people wrote I wanted to express my experience the last time I was there hoping that LabCorp will see it. The associate checking in patients was not pleasant but bossy and negative. I had an appointment and was told they would get to me when they get to me. I have to take off work in the mornings to do my labs prior to eating so appointment times are very important. I don't feel like one person can run that office. Previous visits there were at least 2 people in the office. All the pressure makes for a very unpleasant experience for the patients. It did come to my attention that compared to the last time I was there this office is very short staffed and none of the associates seemed too happy. I hope LabCorp reads this and works out their staffing issues. read more

Horrible service. So frustrated. I waited for over an hour for my test, I kept seeing people that arrived after me go in quickly. Very incompetent staff, I wish I had gone somewhere else! Once I got back to get my blood drawn, I told the phlebotomist that I needed plasma instead of serum and she gave me a look and said "I know!" My arm was sore afterwards. I gave it an extra star bc she was quick in getting the vein and blood drawn, that's it. read more

Terri Lewis, the African-America female who took my urinalysis, was by "far and wide" the rudest person I've encountered in the city of Dallas. She verbally corrected and belittled every move I made during the three minutes I was in her proximity. From taking out my wallet and and placing it in my hoodie pocket instead of my pants pocket, to reaching for my hoodie too quickly after signing all the release paperwork, she fiercely bestowed a verbal correction on me a dozen times or more. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Lab. I will also be submitting a formal complaint to LabCorp directly. Note: I took notice to her being very friendly to the elderly African-American gentlemen who went prior to me, and extremely rude to an older white women before him. Hmmm... I set an appointment online the day before for 3pm and when I arrived, I checked in. Although there were about 8 people in the waiting area ahead of me, I was done within about 15 minutes because I made the online appointment. I highly recommend making an online appointment if possible to avoid long waits. The staff there was professional and friendly. I have been to this location many times in the past and have never been treated poorly, although there have been long waits if I did not make an online appointment ahead of time. read more

What a poor excuse for a medical lab. I scheduled an appointment on line for 9:00 am last Tuesday. I didn't get called back for my blood test until 9:40. Forty minutes after my appointment time. The music was blasting so loud that there was a guy talking so loud on his cell phone that he had to shout to be heard and I heard everything that his buddy said. Is this a medical lab or a bar? There were 3 ladies working and the one who drew my blood left a bruise that is 3 inches wide and 5 inches long, 8-day's later. The only thing missing from this joint was a "Tip Jar". Is there any one who supervises these faculties? I realized that this place is located in the ghetto, but it's supposed to be a medical facility. I recommend that you drive the extra 25 or 50 miles to avoid these horrible disorganized individuals and there loud music. read more

I have been coming to this location on a regular basis. I have tried other locations but this location as far better service than the ones located in the hospital, Staff is courteous and efficient. I get in and out with little effort. Kim is the best. read more

I am writing this review in the regards to LabCorp at Methodist Charlton Hospital. If you like being treated with respect and dignity do not come here. The women who work here are very rude to the clients who come here not only myself but many other people I saw treated like crap today including elderly. I was in the office waiting for at least 30 minutes witnessing this. And then when the lady finally slammed the window open and yelled at me to come back she did not understand how my insurance/HSA worked nor did a another lady. They insisted that their system did not work that way... What way idk... I've been to this dump on several other occasions, each time using the same insurance and payment source. They argued me and even made a nasty remark ....."oh well, let Lab Corp just bill her then"! The only decent person I came across was the one who drew my blood. I wish I had gotten her name because one of the other phlebotomists was the one who made the rude comment. Lawd, I could go on.... Don't go!! I will switch Dr's if they don't send me elsewhere next time!! read more

Horrible service! Appointment was at 11:00, was called back at 12:10. You could hear the staff talking to each other sounding like the were playing around. Appointments obviously don't mean anything here. I will go out of Network to keep from having to go here. They need training classes on professionalism. read more

Zac S,, I totally agree with you on the rudeness factor. I hate going to this facility but, it is the closest to my home. Not only are they rude, they act as if you are a burden to them, or they really don't want to be there. I have yet to see one of them smile and greet a client in a professional manner. As a senior, I expect to be addressed as Miss/Mrs, not by my first name. If I am there as a patient, why can't I use the restroom? You are here waiting sometimes hours and the restroom is off limits. "0" I wish these reviews actually mattered...The bedside manner is horrible here. I went in 15 min before my appointment I scheduled online and 2 ppl we're waiting in the lobby while Lisa and Markita we're in the back walking around. 2 came and they finally called someone and still haven't checked me in. When Lisa came to the front I said I have a 2:00 appt and she said " you're not going to get seen at 2 just because you have an appointment. Her attitude was repulsive and went into the back and talked to Markita and she came I to the front with an attitude when worse than Lisa's. At this point I'm asking her what's the other woman's name and she didn't say anything so I asked again and she still didn't say anything. The 3rd time I asked and she said Lisa. As I was finally called to the back at 2:22 she said fill this up as much as possible didn't ask me to wash hands before going in or anything as I know the procedure for this. When I came out I asked which copy do I sign she continued to ignore me and took her time putting stickers on the container and finally said sign here this is yours. I told her if you don't like your job quit because your attitude is repulsive and I wouldn't want to be in your presence more than 1sec and I'm sure these customers don't either if this is what you're like daily read more
