I picked this location based on mileage from the site. That itself was very inaccurate. The one in Charlton Methodist was closer to me. When I arrived I was looking for it in the little strip next to the Walmart. No. It was inside the Walmart!! The clinic is way too small and crowded. I think the Walmart restrooms might be bigger than the clinic itself. Definitely feels like an incubator for sicknesses. That's just how I felt. It's like a pack of sardines. Now let's get to the customer service. The tech that called me back was super kind and very friendly. I saw a lot of bad reviews about the customer service. I have no complaints there. The clinic could use a little cleaning up. Also, the wait was terrible. I checked in at 11am and didn't get seen until 12:45pm. Good thing they have a check in system where you could go home or run errands while you wait. I've never had to wait that long for labs. I'd never choose that location again honestly. I don't want to go inside a Walmart of all places for any type of lab work let alone get there to find the clinic waiting area is the size a small restroom. I'd drive across town for a bigger clinic. I just my 4 year old son's appointment Anissa was helping us today and she was very nice on the other hand the other lady bleach blond short Hispanic with alot of silver jewelry she came to help Anissa and was not pleasant at all!!! She was annoyed that we were even there out appt was @ 1:40 and my son is 4 it was a lot of blood work for him but in my opinion he was doing great and she was annoyed that we were there doing the blood work because it was time to clock out at 2 I will not be returning it felt super rushed and he is my son very unprofessional hissing and rolling eyes she just wanted to clock out but she could of had way more compassion !!! read more

Wife Brought my 1year son today to get some blood work done (doctor requested blood sample). How can you get mad at my son for reacting to a needle ?!? Quest Diagnostics - "Where the needle inserted" - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Lancaster, Texas

We went to the location in the Lancaster Wal-Mart for my husband's labwork. They got him in and out quickly but they did not put any pressure dressing on his arm and he came out to the waiting room with blood running down his arm. He knocked on the locked door (there is no customer interface, you check in at a kiosk) to alert the tech. A lady with very long, blonde braids answered the door and was VERY RUDE. I understand that they do not want patients knocking on the door but I am pretty sure they do not want them bleeding all over the waiting room either. This lady opened the door but did not say one word to us, she just rolled her eyes and sneered. After she saw the blood on his arm, she still treated him horribly. I will never go back to this location because of the way he was treated. I tried to complain to Quest but Google has new ratings turned off for that location and I could find no email address to let Quest corporate know either. read more

I was in the waiting area waiting for my wife I was the only one in the waiting room so I had my mask down. One of the nurses came out talking to a patient with her mask completely off. she looked at me and yelled aggressively for me to put my mask up. It was unacceptable because she was rude and wasn't wearing her mask. my wife said that none of them wear mask back there. they are a bunch of entitled jerks. Do not bring your loved ones there to be treated horrible. They have no compassion for any one. A very sad place. read more

Quest is the rudest most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with and the one in Lancaster is the worst of the worst. No one speaks where I can understand them, they will not answer questions. you can never talk to anyone until a lab tech comes out and then good luck.They don't go by appointment or who is in order on the list. This week we were number 2 but they went down to number 7 and 9 and then said it was because they have the same name. most of us don't have a choice on the labs we use and Quest totally takes advantage of this with horrid customer service. This place is so unprofessional! Went to take a drug test for pre-employment and was not able to take the test. Made it to the facility at 3:20pm (the place closes at 4pm) and informed the lady that my paperwork should be in their system for test. This African-American woman rudely told me that she does not do drug testings after 3:30 pm and rudely closed the door in my face. I tried to get her name, but of course she ignored me and did not have a name badge on. The customer service at this facility was not great at all. I will never come back to this place, nor will I refer anyone to this location because no one deserves to get a door closed in their faces! read more
