She was unpleasant,told me to shut up or basically stop talking so she could do her job and shoved the needle into my arm...it was very painful...I was trying to ask pertinent questions,and politely asked if she would use a butterfly as the last time Labcore drew blood they used the usual needle and it caused a massive hematoma in the needle site causing me to go to the emergency room..this person did not care and kept telling me to shut up so she could do her job...when I asked her if the results would go to my doctor she rudely said," have you ever had blood drawn before"...instead of answering my question...I told her I have a right to ask questions.....never will I ever go back to this place...shouldn't even be in business...I give it a No star rating! When I arrived I was looking for it in the little strip next to the Walmart. No. It was inside the Walmart!! The clinic is way too small and crowded. I think the Walmart restrooms might be bigger than the clinic itself. Definitely feels like an incubator for sicknesses. That's just how I felt. It's like a pack of sardines. Now let's get to the customer service. The tech that called me back was super kind and very friendly. I saw a lot of bad reviews about the customer service. I have no complaints there. The clinic could use a little cleaning up. Also, the wait was terrible. I checked in at 11am and didn't get seen until 12:45pm. Good thing they have a check in system where you could go home or run errands while you wait. I've never had to wait that long for labs. I'd never choose that location again honestly. I don't want to go inside a Walmart of all places for any type of lab work let alone get there to find the clinic waiting area is the size a small restroom. I'd drive across town for a bigger clinic. Again, great tech with good quality customer service. Location is just the deal breaker. The stars are for the tech.

The Person that was going to do the test was almost 2 hours away from Dallas, we had bad weather so she had to cancel my appointment. I was very desperate due to alleged dad leaving to Colorado the next day. I called Lloyd Thomas (Owner) he listened to my frustration and was so nice to us that he ended leaving his son's game to perform the test after 6:00 pm on a Sunday.
