My wife was coughing with fever, tested positive for flu A at this urgent care. They took her right back to the room. I also asked them to provide a test for me as well since I was not feeling good as well. Nurse Practitioner Ashley was kind with a great bed side manner, very knowledgeable and professional. Sophia the nurse as well as the attendant Chris were also very kind and helpful. This was our first time to use this location in Lancaster. I would like to commend the workers at Care Now. Jordan was the first person I had contact with. He was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. Then there was Sophia! Such a gem! She was empathic, and she has a great personality. She was so bubbly, and she even listened to my boring stories! I don't know the physician's name. I had exceptional care today. I was honestly not expecting it, being Monday on a holiday week. I was met with compassion and customer service at every step in my appointment. What could have been half of my day in the emergency room, was an hour and a half in and out bandaged up with my prescription waiting at the pharmacy. I like to update my review my experience today was terrible. The young lady at the front desk was very rude and combative. She treated me like I wasn't a human being . She was very unprofessional. She was rolling her eyes talking to me like a child and this is very unacceptable at a business. I will never return back to such disgrace and distasteful establishment again . I hate I had to experience anything like this especially when I'm not feeling well. I had a great experience before in the past and I hate I had this terrible experience. Office experience was horrible, instead of the Medical Receptionist doing her duties she decided to get personal. Instead of taking a medical approach she wanted to insure me "I'm apart of a problem" which changed the rules of the facility operations. My medical concerns weren't even addressed at all, which is mind blowing to me. I never been put in a situation like this. No care was received for my inner ear abscess. They are just as bad as Care Now. I asked the receptionist if they were capable of draining my inner ear abscess and I was told yes. Then after I paid and was escort to a patient care room I was told they will not drain it and they only offered antibiotics which I turned down since Care Now offered the same non-treatment two days before for which I was prescribed an antibiotic. I had explained all of this to them and they did not care and they refused to drain my abscess which was my sole reason for going to their clinic. It was painful and I wanted it drained professionally. The receptionist lied to me when she told me that they could drain my abscess when she could have simply deferred my inquiry to someone else. Nice clean was very short wait time. The check in took forever. The front desk lady took forever to give me back my insurance card and ID. Normally they scan it in while you are filling out paperwork but each time I went up to pay copay and give paperwork back she still was not done with it. But doctor was nice and overall nice to have a urgent care so close. We only really went for X-rays my son got hurt at the soccer game against DeSoto. I will definitely keep them in mind for future visits. read more

I was in this urgent care three time. Today is my third time??? Second I been there was horrible experienced I had. The front desk lady name Jessica was totally rude and yelling at he like Hell?? She messed up my medicine the second time I been there. She suppose not to be there if her attitude was too nasty!?? She told me I have a balance of $40 from my last check up. I ask her was I'd that for and if she can print it for me so I can look at it. It's sounds like she doesn't wanna do the job and her facial expressions was mean. If you have a problem at home do not bring at work. The LPN spoke with me and she said she can not see me if my issues was the same . They are both mean n no respect at all. The LPN also told me if am not happy go to other urgent care and she said if I have complaint go ahead and do it. Mean people no compassion at all? I will not recommend this kind of facility to anyone. They should go back to school again. read more

Although I have insurance and a PCP I didn't feel like waiting for a later appointment due to the pain I was enduring at the moment. There were 3 women behind the glass that acknowledged me and try to speak to me from behind the glass and at a distance at that. I couldn't hear them. So I sat down for 10 mins and was never provided assistance. They literally sat in their chairs instead of getting up and collecting my information. If I could give half a star I would. read more
