I went in May, I created an account, I took some hormone tests, I could not log into my account for the life of me... I checked email and text and the text was the wrong number. When I told them I needed to change it on their form (because you never get to talk to a live person - ever) they said no I needed billing. And sent me a link to billing. First they sent me a link to reset my password but to do that you have to be able to log on! I did think that I had an appointment set (after waiting 2 hours in the waiting room for a walk-in appointment, suggested by my doctor upstairs - and they consistently moved me back in line every time someone with an appointment came in so that I would not be able to get in all day). But when I went in today for my so-called appointment at 2:00, it didn't take. The lady who is calling people back did manage to help me to get one with a confirmation code as a guest with no insurance. Hopefully I can be tested tomorrow otherwise it's LabCorp from now on. I still can't log on!

I'm glad they had a video for her to watch, but I would've liked the office in general to be more kid friendly. I really enjoyed speaking with her. When I arrived at the office this morning, the two young ladies at the desk were polite. I was taken back almost immediately by my radiology tech, Chelsea who was wonderful to work with. She was informative, pleasant, gentle, understanding and patient. I really enjoyed my visit today from start to finish, which is very atypical for me when having to deal with medical procedures. Last minute our usual location called me and moved my son's X-ray to this location. Still very…read moreclose to my home so I just switched my plans and headed there. The staff was super accommodating and very personable with my adult disabled son. They already had all his info and the staff who did the scan was super caring, chill and eager to help our situation. We also had a few funny moments from my son so the appointment was very light and positive. This location is actually more convenient to the other so this will be our new X-ray home! It's so nice to be so welcomed especially at the end of the work day. Thanks guys!
