The people at the testing lab were great: professional, helpful and good at their job. Booking a time was very hard. The chart offered a time, then a message appeared that the time was taken. It was not, as it turned out. I got my blood drawn as a walk-in without trouble at the same time. The booking system has to be improved/ redone/ error checked. read more

Quest is our go to for all things bloodwork. In which I'm never a fan of but they seem to make each stick less painful here. I love the fact that my doctor just sends them his orders via computer and I walk in anytime during business hours with very little wait, they verify who I am and it's a stick and pee and thats it. The office is clean, well stocked with magzines and the staff is nice. Parking is in a small shared strip and very limited. read more

I will admit the website is a little hard to figure out. The central call taking center was helpful. The biggest plus is the facility itself. Clean masks required, easy easy check in , taken within 5 min of appointment. Screen keeps you updated on where you are on the waitlist. Technician was awesome. Took blood from a traditionally difficult patient with easy. Vicki was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. Inspire of the website. I would recommend them. They charged me for services that were covered by my insurance and wanted payment in advance. When I called to get it straightened out they hung up on me. I went through my insurance company and although they agreed to rescind the charge the CSR with Quest had an attitude about it. Mistakes are understandable. Good manners are free, folks. I set an appointment to have my 4yo pre-verbal autistic son bloods drawn for the first time in his life. I was nervous and ready for a battle. Vicki (hope I spelled her name right) was so sweet. She understood how nervous I was but reassured me that she would make sure my son was ok. She showed me how to hold him safely and then started singing to him while she slipped the butterfly needle in. (He has great big veins.) He didn't even notice the prick!! I was so surprised because he is a fighter and don't really like being touched by strangers. Vicki was the real MVP and blessed our life so much by simply being a great person and an awesome Phlebotomist. Please give her a RAISE now! I have a small 9 mos old and very little time/memory to leave reviews but I had to write a review for her incredible ability to strategize, reassure, and execute. Wait time was too long given that there were less than 5 people in the waiting room when I showed up to take a drug test. Lady at the front desk was hard to understand and became agitated with me when every time I asked her to repeat herself.. its' not my fault your accent is tremendously thick. I could tell her and another employee said something negative about me as I was coming out the bathroom. Go somewhere else when you need to get a drug tested for an employer. read more

Workers here are rude. Came into an empty room with no one at the front counter. I am used to seeing someone up front so i wasn't sure if I needed to let anyone know I was waiting. I waited at the front for ten minutes while I could hear and see a worker in the back. After a lack of acknowledgement I called back there to ask if anyone was working up front. she yelled back.. "sign in and sit down! I'm sure there is a sign that tells you that!" so unprofessional. read more

I have been to this location over 9 times. Every visit the techs are extremely Rude! I have given this lab several chances due to the tech were able to poke me one time in order to collect blood. Therefore I deal with the Rudeness. Today is the last straw. Too many times I hear & see the tech being rude & talk very Nasty about the patients. The techs spoke very badly about patients once the patients leave among themselves and in front of other patients and to me as well. My thought process if you are bad mouthing other patients to me I know you bad mouth me as well. I was Shocked!!! So unprofessional. The techs simply do Not Care about the patients nor do the Techs want to be at the Lab. What I witnessed techs do not care if patient never comes back! I guess no one has ever explained to them about job security. No patients! No job! There is one tech in particular. African American, short hair, heavy set. So rude. She talks bad about patients, she does not look at you not answer questions. She makes comments wanting to go home, cannot wait to get out of the lab, tired of patients , rolls her eyes and so Unprofessional. Not to mention the long wait. No one ever at the desk when you arrive and sign in. You wait an extremely long time before anyone even looks at the sign in sheet. If you hate your job, hate the work place, hate the patients it's Not the job for you. Work somewhere where you can be considerate and professional and Stop bad mouthing your patients. Lab Corp will lose a lot of business nor will I ever go back. I will not spend my money at a lab to be miss treated. This have been going on for quiet awhile and Lab Corp is Not changing the bad behavior. read more
