Went in for some blood work today. It was super quick for being a walk in. I waited maybe 5 min max. The woman that took my blood was the most lovely woman ever. I didn't catch her name but she short blonde hair with black glasses. She was just amazing. I'm not good with needles and it's hard to find a vein in my arm, but she did it in one try and helped me relax. Thank you for making this an easy process. You better hope you get that woman if you hate needles like I do. read more

Worst experience, I came in today for that should take really 1 minute I leave a sample and they do paperwork. This is for a new job hire onboarding. I have my 10 month old with me and the lady is completely rude. Older Caucasian needs to learn mannerism. Not only did she violate HIPAA by blurting out to the waiting room to why I was there. I have had screenings done before and I have never had an issue with having my NEW BORN child with me. Ridiculous. read more

Had a pretty bad experience here at Quest today! I signed in on the iPad at 4:15pm with my driver license. They stop taking drug tests at 4:30pm so I know I was cutting it close, but needed the test for my new job. There is no staff at the front. At 4:45pm the staff comes out and says they can't see me because it's after 4:30pm. I told them I signed in earlier and was on the wait list. They told me they came in the lobby at and there was no one in there and that I never signed in. I understand it's late in the day, but no need to lie to me! At least come out and tell me they didn't have time. Attached a text showing that I was waiting. Would not recommend this place, there's another lab just down the street called Labcorp that I had a great experience at! read more

Husband went Saturday for blood testing and a 24 hour urine collection container. Lab staff instructed him to check in when collection is completed and a lab member would call him back to collect the specimen in about 5 min. We arrived at 0830, spoke with a very loud employee who said we needed an appointment! to drop off a specimen!! The next available appointment was 1040 and here we sit! This is beyond ridiculous! I'm spent!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, EVER!!! Had we known we needed an appointment we would've scheduled it two days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I've gone to quest for the last three drug screens. I get the logistics and all but seriously I have to make an appointment, (if there are any available!) So I can spend 30 seconds peeing into a cup. But that isn't the half of it. You CANNOT get anyone on the phone, there's NO ONE at the desk, all that's there is an iPad and hope you can figure out what test you need since apparently I work for free to quest registering myself in. Now today's experience. My doctors office was unable to get blood. They strongly suggested quest as it's their preferred provider. ​it's 7:15 AM. So as I've seen with other patients...while walk ins are welcome, they are not prioritized, so you can walk in and wait the ENTIRE day!!!! So tell me why there are 13 quest locations, and while not all are down the street they aren't all that far....ALL of them have ZERO spots for today. 20 seconds to stick and draw blood and you have ZERO appointment spots between 13 locations. Once you get to the back the employees are great....it's the company and how they are running it that's the problem. Hire more than two people to each location. He'll hire a receptionist so the phlebotomists don't have to come to the front and halt patient care because no one knows what test they are there for! Jesus yall need to do better! read more

This was honestly a horrible experience when it comes to patient care. The staff was ready to clock out and they all had EXTREMELY horrible attitudes specially the lady that took care of me. Not only was she rude but was yelling to the other nurse that she was trying to get rid of the next patients because she didn't want to deal with any of it and she said all of this screaming and constantly repeating it. Imagine having your blood drawn by someone with a crappy attitude like that. Save your visit to this clinic, specifically the 8th avenue one in Fort Worth. read more

If you need your blood taken with a smile, then this is the place. Hard to find so I suggest you call for directions. I got there 15 minutes before closing due to not finding it easy. My nurse, Angie, was very pleasant and hospitable. Her customer service was AMAZING! She inquired about my blood and how difficult it was to make sure get it done on the first try. THAT SHE DID! Today June 23 at 4:50 pm we were sent down here for blood work. You come in and you have to sign in because no one is at the front. I've noticed whoever draws the blood or does the testing goes to the front and do the front desk job. She's probably tired and stressed from her doing all this as she was not as pleasant in her words. People could be going through a lot and a pleasant smile and kind words can surely help. read more

Horrible expirence, I've never been at a location was looked so profesional but their service is horrible, arguing first that my id was expired when it wasn't, the arguing about how my signature wasn't right, my own signature wasn't right. Never coming to this location to test again. I've always go drug test for different new jobs or positions, and first time I have to expirence someone waisting time and arguing about nonsense. read more

Tammy is the best and willing to deal with kids both of my boys have autism and struggle with anxiety it was the first time I was taking my son to get his blood work done she was amazing! She talked to him told him everything let him press on where his name was and was very gentle! I had my second son my youngest had to go get blood work done! I prayed she would be there again I bypassed 3 other locations because I hoped she would walk out youngest with ASD through it without a traumatic experience! She was there and came in and helped him he was very scared she was amazing and walked him through it as well! When he was done she gave him stickers and he was so proud of how brave he was he told Everyone about it! The drive and time was Worth it! Thank you for being kind and patient with my Boys Tammy and I will come back to this location especially for you! If we ever have to get blood drawn again! read more

Went to have my pre-op blood drawn. The blood was contaminated, lost, poured down a drain, placed in the trash, basically they have NO idea. When attempting to contact them they hang up on you or put you into a full mailbox. This was not just one vial of blood but 6 to 8 vials with poor off. Hospital, the doctor and I were not able to get an explanation. read more

Do not use this company if you have United Health Care/Golden rule. They will not take the insurance carrier. Also they will not tell you this at the time and will charge you $400 plus for regular lab work. The employees are unprofessional and did not care about the patients. The customer care department was rude and uneducated on the policies. I called in several times and got three different answers along with employees that had attitudes. I would not recommend this company and would look into LabCorp instead. read more
