When I got there, no one took my vitals -- no temperature, no weight, nothing. When I saw Janice in person, she completely ignored that information, barely looked at my skin, and insisted it was pityriasis rosea -- even though I explained that my boyfriend and my cats had the same spots. She brushed that off and told me it wasn't contagious, which made zero sense. I had to push back and practically fight just to get the prescription I needed. Once I finally got the medication, my skin started clearing up the next day -- proving my original provider was right. Janice was dismissive, defensive, and unwilling to listen. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone who wants to be taken seriously or actually heard. 0 stars if I could.
