Went here for a Covid test, NO OTHER REASON but a Covid test. They have charged my insurance $10,000, and currently, I apparently owe them $3,000 for the covid test. Be aware. I had a second test done at CareNow and did not receive a bill like this as all. Same test. Same process. https://www.nbcdfw.com/news/nbc-5-responds/nbc-5-responds-how-does-a-50-covid-19-test-cost-insurance-more-than-10000/2457945/

I'm a nurse at Harris and have recommended it to so many coworkers - staff is warm, friendly, and everyone we've interacted with has incredible bedside manner. Doctors have all been very relaxed, knowledgeable and compassionate, and the front desk lady makes you feel like an old friend. Pricing is super reasonable and straightforward, it's been cheaper and MUCH better quality than Breeze down the street. We are always out in 20-30 minutes from when we walk in the door, and we've left feeling taken care of and listened to. I make fun of my husband because he is low key hyped to go any time there's a reason to.

They bully anyone who feels they are ready to leave into making them stay or they will contact the police and have the courts demand them to stay even longer. Family can't call and actually speak with anyone as you have to leave a message and then no one returns a call. If a patient tries to check themselves out they are bullied to stay or the doctor says it's my right to hold you an extra 24 hours. This is the most ridiculous piss poor excuse for care I have even seen! Horrific place and service!

I found another patient whose experience lined up with me, excuse me if any similarities arise. Wrongdoings: .They was no communication to my parents, they only information they received was from my 10 minute twice a day phone calls. They received a total of 2 calls, both from the hospital concerning switching/adding medicine. When they asked how I was treating, no response. When they came to pick me up since there was no communication, the therapist promised to return, she did not. Nor the doctor or my caseworker. .They REFUSED to for me meds though I requested it in the morning hours, only supplying it to me at 8:45-9:45 (or later/not at all) right before bedtime. Once, they gave me Trazodone, when I requested it at night. They gave it to me, while I was ASLEEP! That's how long it took. .When I was getting blood drawn, I looked out of the way. Since I'm scared of needles/blood. The staff made fun of me looking away, asking if I'm scared with a mocking tone. .When I complained about my meds not working, and still hearing voices, Doctor Nikalapu didn't up my prescription from 2mg to anything. He knew I was struggling. .They never gave me a Texas Education Agent, which was on the Teen Bill of Rights. I am now more behind on school work. So I have right to sue according to my rights being violated. .After I asked for pads, they gave me one. Despite my heavy blood flow. .I was suffering from a HEAVY flu, from my mom, a they wouldn't give me medication/nasal spray till I saw the doctor, who I had to approach on my own terms as she was talking with staff ONLY, and would not come frequently. .PCAs' were always on their phone. .There were rats/cockroaches in our rooms.

The hospital itself is clean and well kept. However finding staff in the halls is sparse. You need someone your best bet is to hit the button on the bed. The biggest issue, and in all of the hospitals we have been to for my heart issues as well as my wife's health complications this on is by first the worst we've experienced, for having what could be a serious health issue, the whole time we were there it wasn't treated with any urgency at all. Hit the ER at 2130 hours, admitted around 0330 for seizures of unknown cause. No EEG or MRI in the first 24 hours. We kept mentioning the migraine headache she had, no relief and no understanding. So someone can be in extreme pain and have some serious health related issue and it's a "ho hum" response to testing and getting answers. 36 hours later we finally get an MRI. Almost 48 hours later the EEG and answers to the MRI. The Neurologist, Dr Niar, was a complete seemed so incompetent, we saw him once a day around 1130 or 1200 hours. On top of that, the god complex was horrible, he didn't like questions, he didn't like to be questioned, he didn't answer anything about other possibilities, and on day two he actually walked out on us as we were inquiring about the diagnosis. He caused more frustration and gave NO answers. No plan. No direction. We would have been better Googling symptoms and self diagnosing. She spent 3 frustrating days having episode after episode with no relief and no remedy. End of the visit, they couldn't find a cause and sent her home. What Dr does that? Ugh. These Dr's have forgotten that this is a service related industry where the patient pays the bills, they aren't God and they are supposed to show confidence and provide some sort of plan or answers, these Drs at this hospital did not do any of that. Add insult to injury, this wasn't our hospital of choice, we requested the Paramedics take her to UT Southwestern where her dr's are already helping with with this issue, and they go lazy and took her here instead. This is not a place I will ever wish to return or would ever want to send even my worst enemy.

I was desperate to find a doctor that would see…read morethat I was a concerned mother in need of someone who would continue my son's prescriptions for asthma inhalers, without trying to drag me through the mud with accusations of not finding a good pulmonary doctor or applying for state welfare for medical care, mandating additional tests, talking down to me, or playing experiments with my son's care by putting him on the newest/latest drug (or even one that the Dr. got kickbacks on for prescribing). When I spoke to Dr. Samadi, it was surprisingly pleasant. He was straight forward, listened to us, expressed an interest in becoming my son's primary physician (if only I was interested), did not question me on our choice for inhaler, and spoke to both my son and I as if we were intelligent, respectable beings. My son is 13, going on 14 soon. He deserves to be treated with respect regarding his own health, and spoken to in a mature manner. I find often doctors will talk "around" the patient instead of to them, if they are a child, even if they are a teenager. Dr. Samadi did no such thing. We saw a listing of prices before we stepped into the doctor's office, and knew right up front what our expected costs would be. Since my son was having an asthma attack on the spot, during the visit, Dr. Samadi offered a steroid shot for my son, and told me the price up front as well. My husband and I ran the numbers for our finances when Dr. Samadi gave us a few moments alone to privately talk, and we found that we could afford it. As agreed, the price was exactly what we expected, and my son got immediate care. Dr. Samadi provided enough prescription for my son for two months, which gave us enough time to save up the $250 for the first of three visits for doing a thorough physical examination for my son, to make Dr. Samadi his primary physician. Usually, the Dr.'s we've seen will only give my son one month at a time, which means sometimes my son will lapse a week or two if we can't swing the hefty doctor office visit fee. And usually, the doctor is never the same at other places, so we find it hard to know that we can trust who we are dealing with. Plus, we almost always get flack for being "cash customers". He also gave us a prescription for nebulizer treatments since we let him know we have a nebulizer and use it, and in addition to his maintenance inhaler, he gave us another rescue inhaler to travel with us. He really has no idea how handy those were for us, as we had to lapse 10 days because our pay check came in 10 days after my son's maintenance inhaler run out - and we had to use those other treatments to float us through and keep my son well until we could afford to use the refill he gave us on the maintenance inhaler. Dr. Samadi impressed me greatly with his direct way of dealing with us and eased my worries of having to fight with, yet another, egotistical doctor who would treat his patient like some idiot. He did great, and is the doctor my son and I chose together to be who handles my son's asthma needs. I appreciate him and his facility. Today, we go for our first of three visits to make him my son's primary physician. When I can save enough money up, he will also become my daughter's primary physician. Thank you Trinity XpressMed and thank you dear Dr. Samadi. If you only knew what nightmares I have been through with my son and the medical system, you would know why your facility and the way you treated us means so much to us. The first day we visited you, in our distress and panic, thinking our son would wind back up in the hospital again - you have no idea how scared I was, and how incredible good I felt after we left your facility later that evening. I actually cried at the relief of finally finding a good doctor once again. You were kind, gentle, direct, respectful, and informative. I couldn't ask for a better doctor for my children.

Went there for a Workman's Comp Injury and as soon as she walked in looked at my husband and asked if this injury was for assault. Did she not bother to look at the chart to familiarize herself? Insulted, and in front of our two kids as well was beyond unprofessional. I let her know I had video of the accident to help her attend to my injury -- she watches it and then asks "How did you know to take video and photos of your accident?" Well, I guess she doesn't know that most all retail stores have surveillance and um the video was of a monitor and the footage.... I didn't know to record it or take pictures, the store did... this was just an awkward weird moment when I had to realize she wasn't all there. She goes to check my ears and shoves the instrument in so hard the cover got stuck in my ear but she didn't notice, she moved on to the next ear until I told her "Wait, the cover was stuck in my other ear." Then she didn't even check the other ear. She checks my eyes but right now I have a sensitivity to light so I'm blinking a little but she grabs the bottom of my eye to pull it in annoyance and jams her finger in my eye!!! Then says "You can't open your eye? Why can't you open your eye? Okay I'll write you can't open your eye!" It took all my strength to sit there in silence. She has me lay on my back and asks me to lift my legs as high as I can. "Is this all you can lift your leg up to? I told you to lift it as high as you could, why can't you?" Okay I am in here for a concussion and a lumbar strain.... what is the deal with this woman? Then she asks me how I was hit, like was I standing or sitting... didn't she watch the video or listen to me when I told her before. Then she asks if my head hit the sidewalk? No, did you not see the footage -- she wasn't listening or paying attention to anything. She asks are you taking prescriptions? "Yes, the nurse wrote it on my chart." So she just stared at me until I pulled out my emergency room papers to which she goes to copy them. I speak to my family members and decide this is not happening, she will not be treating me because she is incompetent. I walk out to see the nurse and want to see the manager, he goes to get her and the doctor comes back very aware something is wrong. We tell her "We're waiting to see the manager." She says then "I am the manager, I'm the one in charge so you'll have to talk to me." We gathered our things to go and I see the nurse in the hallway and tell him about what she just said and he's like "No, our manager is on her way." The manager was apologetic but really?! Not being treated there by any physician! She doesn't need to be practicing and no one needs to be seen by that woman. I feel sorry for anyone who accepted her behavior and her incompetency!!!!! BE WARNED!!!!
