I went in May, I created an account, I took some hormone tests, I could not log into my account for the life of me... I checked email and text and the text was the wrong number. When I told them I needed to change it on their form (because you never get to talk to a live person - ever) they said no I needed billing. And sent me a link to billing. First they sent me a link to reset my password but to do that you have to be able to log on! I did think that I had an appointment set (after waiting 2 hours in the waiting room for a walk-in appointment, suggested by my doctor upstairs - and they consistently moved me back in line every time someone with an appointment came in so that I would not be able to get in all day). But when I went in today for my so-called appointment at 2:00, it didn't take. The lady who is calling people back did manage to help me to get one with a confirmation code as a guest with no insurance. Hopefully I can be tested tomorrow otherwise it's LabCorp from now on. I still can't log on!

Had a prescription refill. Received several notifications that the medication was ready. The attendant gave me a BS explanation, which I didn't buy. Next time I will know to wait a day after it's supposedly ready before picking up. Really it's no big deal. Simply strange! Staff at the information counter was very nice and helpful. MRI area was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Got in and out fairly quickly. Only drawback, is there is NO patient or client parking. The one parking lot in the back is for staff only and the door that faces the parking lot is only accessible by access badge. Park back there and you have to walk around to the street front entry. They did have free valet parking for patients, but that parking is across the street, several on the street itself. The young woman parking and retrieving the vehicles looked college age, with a TCU shirt on, being so young that was concerning for me, I didn't feel comfortable with someone parking my expensive vehicle on a street or in a tight parking lot. Outside of not having a parking lot, the experience was really good.

Amazing staff and processes…read more My wife comes here every other month for an infusion. We've been coming here for these for about 2 years now. I have to say that everyone, from the security staff as you walk in, to the intake staff upstairs to the clinicians once you been called to have your infusion. Everyone has always had a cheery disposition and have been most helpful. Thank you Moncrief Cancer Center for such compassionate staff and great processes.

My sleep study was a good experience however I did have an issue with the paperwork which had nothing to do with the staff at this facility. my doctor ordered a titration test not a basic sleep study. When I got there someone who coded in my information did it incorrectly so I almost got the wrong test until I spoke up and I'm very thankful that the staff member was willing to go pull up my order from the doctor to confirm that in fact I did need a titration test.

Just to begin...three months in and I have yet to speak or hear from with a doctor ( I was given a name but am not certain that he actually exists). After receiving the referral from my doctor it took TMD two weeks to attempt to contact me. When we finally did make contact the scheduling staff (one person in particular) was impatient, extremely rude and very unpleasant. As a customer, I have never been treated with such disrespect. The technicians at both sleep studies were great - too bad everyone else involved in the process could not be as professional and easy to deal with. I was told that my test results showed my sleep apnea to be severe and that treatment should begin ASAP. After another two weeks of dealing with scheduling team, the second test was confirmed. That was five weeks ago. A week following the second test I received an email stating that an order had been placed with Clearview Medical for my equipment (the experience with Clearview is another very frustrating chapter in this excruciating experience). So, three months after speaking with my doctor about a sleep study I still do not have a CPAP machine nor do I know when I might receive one. I am now completely convinced that TMD is much more interested in getting dollars from insurance companies than in providing patient care and treatment. Based on my experience, should your doctor recommend Texas Medical Diagnostics for your sleep study you should not just request, but DEMAND another referral. I certainly wish I had read referrals and investigated before beginning this ordeal.
