My appointment was not until October 10th yet despite having seen them July 11th and today being 8/27 the staff still insisted on waiting. When confronted about this and mentioning leaving for another practice instead of apologizing and trying to make it right they just canceled my October appointment. This office used to be great when it was Bedford Family Medicine but since the change to Evershine I cannot recommend this practice anymore.

There was a small delay in seeing the doctor, however, I appropriate a doctor that gives her time to her patients. I may be the patient in the need of extra care some day. She is an…read moreInternal Medicine specialist and pays particular attention to life issues: blood pressure, heart, lungs, cholesterol, weight, etc. She's not necessarily the person to see when you have a sinus infection, upper respiratory infection, the flu, or a simple rash. For these things I go to a stand-alone clinic like Care Now. She's too hard to get in to see for something that requires immediate attention, but she's great if you have a chronic condition or as I said a life issue. She is fanatical about being on time. She sees you on time and expects you to be on time. This is most rare in a physician. As I said, she's all business and does NOT have a warm-fuzzy bedside manner, but I'd rather have someone like that who knows her stuff and isn't afraid to follow-through on things, and get to the bottom of an issue. Their office is next door to the hospital and convenient for tests, etc. It's part of a very large group practice with offices all over north Texas. I've used her for about 10 years and have no complaints. I recommend her if you're looking for a serious physician.
