I would strongly caution anyone considering care with Chase at this orthopedic practice. My…read moreexperience with him was deeply unprofessional, dismissive, and hostile. After waiting over a year to get MRIs for a follow-up appointment that he advised to review the progressing arthritis in my knees, I was shocked by how little care and respect I received. Despite my documented medical history following 10 years of military service like prior imaging, ongoing treatment with a chiropractor, podiatrist, spine specialist, and physical therapist - Chase never once examined my knees, touched them, or attempted to assess my condition. Yet, in his notes, he falsely documented "no weakness, no swelling, no tenderness," even though he never looked at or physically evaluated my knees at all. He dismissed everything I explained about my history of pain and injury, losing my ability to run without pain as well as documented history of shin splints, ankle and spine injuries. He brushed off my questions, and repeatedly implied that my advanced arthritis was simply "something people get." I noted that it is atypical for someone in their mid 30s to experience this level of deterioration with no history of surgeries, athletics, major injuries or accidents. When I asked for medical documentation and an explanation in plain language of my MRI results, he refused to provide meaningful answers. Instead, he flooded the record with commentary that made it seem as though I was exaggerating symptoms to seek benefits, rather than addressing my very real, documented medical condition. He told me "I will not tell the VA your military service caused arthritis" was not only inappropriate but incredibly disrespectful, given that I never asked him to do that and the fact that no other medical professional has ever treated me this way. Every provider provided an unbiased diagnosis of my conditions based on lab results and discussing my symptoms. Chase didn't suggest any follow on treatments and didn't speak with me (a recurring patient) for 10 minutes. I left the appointment feeling dismissed, disrespected, and frankly targeted. His lack of examination, his misleading documentation, and his hostile attitude were completely unacceptable. I will never return to this orthopedic office, and I would encourage others seeking real medical care to look elsewhere.

When I started PT in January for my a broken left distal fibula (post-surgery) and torn ligaments in my right foot, I couldn't walk. I was mostly in a wheelchair and just barely starting with a knee scooter. Within three weeks I was able to walk in with a walker. We eventually had to add my left shoulder back into the mix because I reinjured it getting out of the wheelchair. Cut to now, not only can I walk, but I can jog and move my shoulder mostly without pain (which means I can sleep again!). I cried the other day after a workout because I was just so thrilled to be able to get back to exercising. This place doesn't treat you like a patient file, you're a person to them, they listen and accommodate and push you and they are the best kind of people. A big thank you to the entire staff that worked with me and helped me walk again, Emmitt, Paige, Myke, Fawn, Mena, Ava, Gabi, Amy, Rohit, JJesus, Diana, Sam, Rico, Gigi, and to the lovely ladies at the front, Anne Marie, Susan, and Norma. I owe you so much. =)

If I could give no stars I would. First of all, my therapists were great. The situation that…read moreoccurred after therapy though, BEWARE! I had a hip surgery in 2020 for which I required physical therapy. I received physical therapy for approximately 3 months. I was told during that time that I HAD to do a minimum of 3 months of physical therapy for my recovery by my physical therapist and that I would not be released from his care until doing so. Nearly 18 months later, with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from Greater Therapy Centers, I received a defaulted bill in the mail for $5600. Apparently, my insurance stopped covering my physical therapy halfway through my treatment more than a year ago. I still paid a co-pay at every visit and Greater Therapy Centers never communicated with me in any way before I received the bill in the mail, which was a shock. The day I received the bill, I called Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford and spoke to the office manager, Stephanie. I requested a letter from my physical therapist stating that my treatment was medically necessary in order to file an appeal with my insurance company for the denied claim. I received no explanation for why they had not communicated with me about the denied insurance benefits from more than a year ago. Almost a month went by after speaking with her. During that time, I called Stephanie several days a week with only a "we are working on it" response. I informed her that time was of the essence, as the bill was due and I needed to file a claim appeal. After no help with the letter, I showed up at the Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford office in person in order to get this letter nearly 6 weeks later. I was informed that the letter had gone to HR for "processing and auditing" and that they would be in touch. I demanded contact information for someone higher up that could process the letter or at least give me a status update, as I was running out of time. I was given contact information for someone named Terrance Nicholas that was 'supposedly' the manager of Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford. I called and left voicemail messages for Mr. Nicholas twice daily begging for him to please call me back regarding my physical therapists letter. This went on for nearly 2 weeks, with no response and no further communication from Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford regarding my letter. When I called HR for Texas Harris Southlake (their HR processing company), I was told they have never received such a letter and it would not have to go through HR. Texas Harris Southlake had never received anything from Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford or communication of any sort of a physical therapist letter. Long story short, I NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE from anyone at Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford. I was forced to file my appeal claim without a letter of medical necessity from my physical therapist because time ran out and, surprise surprise, it was denied. I now owe Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford $5600 for physical therapy that was claimed to be "not medically necessary", even though my physical therapist at the time told me that it was the protocol that I had to be cleared after 3 months. Don't trust this clinic to be communicating with your insurance company at all or to communicate if you have an outstanding balance. I wouldn't trust that they are even checking if any of the services are covered. I received their bill in the mail more than 1 year after my insurance denied their claim. If you don't want to have an unexpected surprise several thousand dollar bill in the mail, I suggest you go somewhere else.
