I have been to three physical therapy facilities in the area for various injuries. I went to Green Oaks Bedford on the advice of my Podiatrist for therapy for a torn tendon. The other two facilities had fancy stand alone buildings, so at first I was skeptical of the center being located in a strip center. However, Green Oaks Bedford was by far the best physical therapy I have received. My PT, Alex, was brilliant in not only accessing my needs, but also looking at my whole body- including any other limitations I had. (bad knees) She is extremely knowledgeable and is a warm, caring person. Corey, another PT at this location, has a great sense of humor and at the same time was very professional and hard working in taking care of my injury. Inshall is gifted as a caregiver. She is kind and energetic, She sees that you might need an extra pillow or help with your shoes without you asking. I credit the professional and friendly atmosphere and quality of care to Michael, the manager. He leads by example and keeps everything running smoothly in a busy environment. He did not personally attend to me, but others I chatted with told me he worked miracles on their rotator cuff and hip and back injuries. I am happy to have graduated from physical therapy and thankful for the wonderful recovery I've made. However, I will miss the people at this facility and will definitely choose it again and will recommend it to all my friends. read more

This was my first time having physical therapy and I'm so glad I went to Green Oaks Physical Therapy. My husband had been there before and told me don't worry - the PTs (Paige and Alex) are great! He was right! I saw Mychael for my first visit and he really set me at ease. Paige took it from there to get my shoulder back on track. Everyone became like family and they made things fun. The staff is excellent - they know their stuff and are on top of helping you through the treatment and get better. Paige and Mychael are the ones I worked with and they are simply awesome. They are caring and are great at helping people get through whatever brought them there with a bit of humor. I know I feel 100% better for having been there. If possible, I would give ten stars. The physical therapists and assistants at Green Oaks know what they are doing, and they genuinely care about their patients. I went to Green Oaks for therapy post-ACL allograft surgery, and they got me on my feet again, functioning at 100 percent. My job schedule can be unpredictable, and they worked with me to get appointments. The ladies handling scheduling were always kind and understanding and helpful. I am forever grateful to Green Oaks Physical Therapists and assistants and schedulers for their help, encouragement, consideration, and knowledge. I have been to 4 different Physical Therapy facilities in the last several years. All have been good, but this one is great. Corey and his team work together to ensure that I was being cared for quickly and professionaly. I always arrived 15 minutes early and treatment began immediatly. My 1 hour treatment usually ran 1 1/2 hours. I was scepical of PT for my back pain as I have been through 15 sessions prior at other facilities with no relief. After 3 sessions at Green Oaks, the results were positive. After 5, most of my pain had gone away. I could not be happier. I have been fighting this pain since 2016. Green Oaks PT in Bedford, TX is terrific! From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated with courtesy and respect by the entire staff. Each and every employee is so friendly and caring. Emmit is my PT, and he takes time to explain things carefully, so I feel at ease as a patient. Everyone that works there stops to greet me and helps me feel comfortable and confident. These guy's are the best of the best. They helped me recover from a shoulder injury that required surgery. They are very professional and know exactly how far to push you and understand your injury and show compassion for what you are going through. They love their chosen profession and it shows. You are kindly greeted each time you show up, they laugh and joke around, making PT interesting and fun. Scheduling is easy and accommodating. Green Oaks and it's staff are wonderful and warm people that helped me get through months of therapy. They took me from a wheelchair to walking. I broke my femur and could not put weight on my leg for three months. Alex and her crew took me through all the steps to get me on my legs again. The front desk is very helpful in making appointment or re-scheduling. The PT who treated me are very professional and know their job. The PT instructors are trained for our years in PT Colleges and have to undergo rigorous training. The clinic is spacious and friendly with latest state of the art equipment. I recommend th patients to strictly follow the guidelines by the PT instructors and do continue to practice at home for optimum results. I would recommend this clinic for all physio therapy needs.
