I thought a concierge service would be a good option, so completed all the forms online and was notified via email that I was approved as a client, and to contact the office to schedule my appointment. Since I was in town the following week, I left a voicemail to request an appointment that following week. I received a voicemail back sometime later advising that they can't set up that appointment until June (it's early April at this point, mind you). Well, to me that's not a concierge service, so I emailed to advise that I was not interested in proceeding with the service/process, and to please cancel my application and also confirm that I would be refunded for any charges. Crickets. I resent the email two days later, and five days after THAT someone from their office (unsigned email) advised that I can call Jan to confirm the service was canceled. I replied to request they simply confirm the cancelation via email, and Jan did so a day later. In my experience, every interaction with the front office was painful. It seems as though they have no processes at all and there's just constant 'dropping the ball'. In the defense of the doctor himself, he WAS immediately responsive when I did loop him in on my emailed cancelation request, but the rest of the team doesn't live up to that or what's written on their website. This doctor may be fine, but the staff are a letdown and I'm now looking for another PCP!

I had medical records transferred from my prior Dr.'s in California and awaited my appointment. Leading up to the day I never received a confirmation call, a call about blood work or any communication. I had a feeling something was not right. And then at 7:30am the morning of my appointment the office called me saying that the Dr. was not going to be in that day and they had to cancel and would call me back to reschedule. And here it is almost a month later and I have yet to get a call. I was talking to my friend who referred me and she actually went to her appointment the day before mine only to find that the office door was locked!! And nobody called her. The Dr.'s may be great but an office that is so mis-managed and doesn't care that people need care is unacceptable. Now I am well over my one year physical and have to go back to finding another physician. TrueMedicine - either shut your doors in this location or be attentive to your patients.

This isn't to say it's what you want to hear, but that you should hear. But even with having to be a little tough at times with patients like me that is afraid of getting blood drawn, she still makes me glad she is my doctor. Because she will make sure that both her and her wonderful staff will not let me forget what lab tests I need done. I saw a different GP in Southlake before coming to see Dr Sharif and it's because of this other doctor that I know I'm lucky that Dr Sharif is on my side. The other doctor didn't care at all what happened to me during one of the most stressful times in my life. The other doctor didn't want the complicated patients. But Dr Sharif doesn't seem to shy away from patients that may be hurting both physically and mentally. Anyway, Dr Sharif is by far the best GP/Internist I've found in the area. Thank you Dr Sharif and staff for being there for me during both the good times and bad. Stay safe and healthy during these unusual times. :)

I am trying to be a grown person, doing grown people things, so I finally decided to find a doctor…read more And not because I was dying or broken, but to establish a history and find someone who will care about things like my potassium levels. I didn't even know I had a potassium level. I decided on this location purely because it is close to where I live and I am trying not to give myself excuses to bail. I swear I am not afraid of doctors. I found Dr. Robinson on my insurance website. I could book my appointment, fill out my paperwork before I came in, everything was easy peasy. I didn't have to wait long before I was taken back and everyone was very friendly. It wasn't long before Dr. Robinson came in and sat down for a chat. I was shocked. She wanted to go over all my history. Like, all of it. She checked all my vitals and did her doctorly things. I don't know that I have ever spent that much time with a doc, or I should say I don't know that a doctor has every spent that much time with ME. I even agreed to a tetanus shot, and got a sucker. Because I'm brave. I didn't know I was going to be giving up blood and had had a coffee, so I had to come back two days later to give it up. The nurse I had seen previously saw me waiting and stopped by to say hello. All in all it was a lovely experience and I promise I will come back.

I was told they were up to date every appt. I have no clue how they could let this happen. I have 4 kids. We have never missed an annual checkup. Have been going to the pediatrician here for 15 years. Started with Benzick and the last few was with Hunt. Between Benzick and Hunt we moved out of state. The pediatrician out of state was amazing with letting us know which vaccines our kids needed. For some reason they had a hard time getting a hold of this office (SFM) to get their records. They pushed for months and finally got them. THEY got them. When we moved back to go to Hunt I noticed they never had any vaccines due. I figured they knew more than me and I trusted their process. I'd ask when they'd call to confirm the appts if any of the kids had vaccines so I could prepare them and every time "nope none this time!" The only one they said was due was my 14-15yo but never the littles. The schools started giving us a hard time saying the kids weren't up to date. So I argued with them like an idiot saying my kids are absolutely up to date. Turns out nope. This office never gave them their vaccines. When we tried calling them to let them know and ask why.. crickets. This office ghosted us. Not one call back from someone who could explain this and we called a lot. My kids could have gotten serious diseases because of the negligence at this office. They never once told us they needed any, they just never kept up with it at all! Every single time I called I asked who had what due and they'd always say they're good. I thought it was strange but trusted the doctor would know and would let us know when they had more coming up. Benzick was good but Hunt's team and records people need to be retrained. How do you go about doing a whole wellness exam and skip the part that keeps them safe? I feel like I put too much trust in this place and shouldn't have. I should have asked Google or ChatGPT which vaccines were due for a 3, 4, 5 etc y/o before their appointments and what to expect so I can do their job for them and walk them through the whole exam. Thank god for school nurses, of all people, who caught this. They educated us more about our kids' missing vaccines than this Dr office ever did!

Dr. Hall's approach is to advise and treat you to prevent illnesses and will allow you to improve and extend your life. Her process and care are probably something that you never experienced or knew existed. Her annual physicals include extensive blood analysis to identify hidden issues that can be corrected before they become a problem. Her specialty is heart health, but she is well versed, educated and certified in many areas of adult human physiology, and medicine. Her staff and office personnel are very pleasant, well trained, and efficiently organized. You will never wait longer than five minutes to see the doctor once you arrive for an appointment. Also, never once was I not able to book a same day appointment. This is one great benefit of having a Concierge Membership. Regarding results, I just completed my eighth year of her care and physicals. Due to her consultations and advice, my recent health report is the best it has ever been. It has been a journey, but well worth it. Her tests have allowed me to balance my body's nutrients, vitamins, pharmaceuticals, exercise, etc. to the point that my arterial age indicator is fifteen years younger than my actual age of sixty-nine years old. You only get to live once! May as well make it a long, healthy, and enjoyable one. Ron R. Southlake, TX
