Jps hospital aka Death Camp

Murderers! Killed my father doing a surgery that was never approved by his medical poa. They held him hostage and wouldn't let us in to see him. He couldn't stand walk or talk due to stroke years before. They didn't give him pain meds after cutting a hole you could stick your fist into. They left it open and while packing it They punctured his colon. They collapsed both his lungs incubating him incorrectly and between that and him becoming toxic due to them puncturing his colon he died 3 days after the surgery and we were never allowed in to see him even though his disability requires his representative to speak for him. He went in for constipation and they were supposed to treat him with water, debriment. They did an entirely different procedure and Killed him. Though he was completely paralyzed on the right side of his body, they put restraints on both hands, leaving bruises on his arms, one of which he couldn't even move! No pain meds because they said he never asked for any, he could not talk! Murderers! Held my sweet daddy hostage, let him suffer to death from injury caused by their student doctors who were unsupervised, and kept us from seeing him and being there with him leaving him to die alone! Death camp! Shut it down! They are not held accountable for what they do to your family or you! They are disgusting!!!!

I'm here once again lol. I must say my left knee replacement was a success. I didn't have any issues staying in the hospital for 2 days besides the swelling in my leg. Everyone was great. The staff stayed on top of things and my recovery time here for those couple of days was good. Physical therapy, anesthesiologists team and the nurses all made sure we worked together for a successful stay and recovery time. They kept me informed and updated on my care, meds and any changes. Today I'm here to get these pestkie staples out I think they are the worse lol... I a lil worried because there are a lot of them and looks like it's going to hurt .. I'm going to need McAlester's sweet tea with lemon after this appointment to feel better...

Waiting in the hall, doctors and nurses come by and visit, bring you news, check your injuries and encourage you to wait patiently.

Staff at the information counter was very nice and helpful. MRI area was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Got in and out fairly quickly. Only drawback, is there is NO patient or client parking. The one parking lot in the back is for staff only and the door that faces the parking lot is only accessible by access badge. Park back there and you have to walk around to the street front entry. They did have free valet parking for patients, but that parking is across the street, several on the street itself. The young woman parking and retrieving the vehicles looked college age, with a TCU shirt on, being so young that was concerning for me, I didn't feel comfortable with someone parking my expensive vehicle on a street or in a tight parking lot. Outside of not having a parking lot, the experience was really good.

I have to say that everyone, from the security staff as you walk in, to the intake staff upstairs to the clinicians once you been called to have your infusion. Everyone has always had a cheery disposition and have been most helpful. Thank you Moncrief Cancer Center for such compassionate staff and great processes.

Any time I needed her she came quickly. My sleep study was a good experience however I did have an issue with the paperwork which had nothing to do with the staff at this facility. my doctor ordered a titration test not a basic sleep study. When I got there someone who coded in my information did it incorrectly so I almost got the wrong test until I spoke up and I'm very thankful that the staff member was willing to go pull up my order from the doctor to confirm that in fact I did need a titration test.

Sleep clinic technicians were nice enough. But the sleeping area is below average, the pictures on…read morethis google profile were not accurate to the actual setup. Very generic room with very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. The mattress was cheap motel quality and the bedding situation was very poor. I would recommend bringing your own bedding & pillows to help improve your sleep, the mattress still sucks regardless. You would figure that a sleep clinic would have better sleeping conditions considering how much money they charge. I asked about my sleep results & equipment I was told I would receive the morning I completed the testing and was told they don't do that and was sent home. Told them I received instructions via phone & email that I would get results and equipment if needed at the appointment and was told that they don't do that by the technicians. An hour after driving home I got a call from the clinics respiratory therapist telling me the technicians were mistaken and I was as indeed supposed to get my results and equipment like I was originally told them. I had to drive back to the clinic in Fort Worth rush hour traffic and get everything. Very frustrating *Update* Retested at a well established clinic and tested negative on sleep apnea with a 1.3 AHI, these guys made this process more complicated than it needed to be and refused to offer a retest, but instead tried complaining to my company about receiving negative feedback & insisted I was a poor patient who couldn't except bad results and needed to be satisfied with my sleep apnea diagnosis. They since have deleted their comment on this review for whatever reason. Apparently them sending me an unsolicited $50 visa gift card was supposed to make up for these issues and keep me quiet. This clinic is definitely not worth the hassle & hostilities from management. If I were to have listened to them and not retested I would still be on unnecessary treatment equipment. Second opinions are necessary especially when you are dealing with unprofessionals like this place has. Do yourself a favor & go to North Texas Lung & Sleep Clinic, Dr David Ostransky is definitely not retired and still treating patients at his Hulen clinic, plus they have a much nicer sleep situation including private bathroom & showers for after your study. All done in house with clinical testing options onsite.
