This place can't serve a walk in under an hour if it meant their lives. I've sat for over 2 hours waiting while seeing multiple empty rooms waiting for the next appointment to come in and I just don't get helped. Something has to change with management or employe scheduling because it's beyond ridiculous that a patient has to wait near 3 hours for just blood being drawn. read more

Quest is a bit of a punching bag.... Maybe for some good reasons, but beyond those reasons there are some hard working people doing the best they can with what they have to work with. I haven't ever seen them be rude, but they are assertive and direct. Neither have I ever had them miss the vein more than once or foul up my tests. They care they give is pretty solid. Here's a pro tip: create an account and make an appointment. It's really the only way to go. if you are a walk-in, you're liable to wait long long time. read more

The majority of the patients are older and some are hard of hearing but the employees are just absolutely rude to them. They cut you off when you have a question. I had never experienced such an unprofessional attitude. I understand there is quite a busy tempo. As a medical professional you should try to accommodate and help your patient. read more

If you have time to wait for next available appt than I'm sure it might be great. However if you have to go in as a walk-In prepare to feel punished for it. I sat there for 2 hours after walking in right at 7am when they open. Needing labs "ASAP". Not gonna happen here. read more

The company has changed to appointment only. Firstly, the availability is scarce. Secondly, the appointment user interface is very user-unfriendly. Several times it failed to offer an "ENTER" button. In the date section, it did not provide direct entry. To scroll, it would only move one month at a time- no rapid scroll. I'm 74. Are they kidding? I have a new birthday-Yesterday. I've used Quest Diagnostics for years and have been satisfied with their service. It's sad to see this deterioration. My review is not reflective of the Azle location. All of these issues are corporate. read more

They really need someone that can help the older people with the technology they use for checking in. There was an older woman who had been sent from fasting blood work who had not attempted the check in kiosk. She had I guess asked for help getting in from one of the people from the bai calling people back. The worker was very rude and short with the woman and would not even help her schedule an appointment, just sent her out with the number to call to schedule an appointment. The woman was apparently diabetic and her blood sugar was getting low. One day the worker will be old and when someone is not patient with her, I hope she remembers she's getting what she gave. read more

Phoebe took care of my visit. She was awesome very kind and sweet may experience was nice and easy.

My only complaint is the website didn't tell me what I needed to be able to get the blood work done that I needed. The lady I saw did have an abrasive personality, but that doesn't bother me. There were a few ladies in the lobby waiting and another one walked in as I was going to the back. The doctor informed her that if she didn't have an appointment, they probably wouldn't be able to see her since it was within a couple hours of closing. Then the lady started going off on the doctor throwing a minor tantrum about how dumb it was that people with appointments took priority over walk ins. The doctor was blunt in her response, but I wouldn't call it rude. The doctor asked me what I was there for and I told her. She informed me that she was unable to do it that day, but told me what I needed to do to get it properly scheduled. Decent place, but has bad customers that don't feel comfortable around forthright personalities and some don't care to make appointments to save lots of time, but complain about the wait time. Give it a chance. Don't listen to all the bad reviews. Just be prepared. People have different personalities than you. Shocker, right? read more

They got the job done or I assume because I haven't received the results, but the facility is dirty and unpleasant. There's a video playing about cleaning practices with COVID but you could see a day's worth of finger smudges on the Sign-In computer screen. read more

Ok, so I have only been here twice to get blood draws per my doctor's request, but I have to say both times I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The phlebotomist said that there are days it's not quite so smooth but, for me, it has been great! read more

We use the Azle location almost every time we need to get bloodwork done, and we always make appointments. We never have to wait more than a few minutes to get in for our turn. We also go to the Boat Club location in Lake Worth. Both locations operate very efficiently! If you don't take time to make an appointment in advance, which is so easily done online, then YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR TURN. read more

whoever the supervisor was on 2-6-23 was very rude. she said there were no walk ins which is understandable, but she helped 2 people from what i saw make a appointment for that day they just had to wait until after 3pm, it was about 11 at that point. my boyfriend sat in the lobby for a hour and a half until someone came and said "no walk ins if you're trying to you might as well leave now." she said they were short staffed but from what my boyfriend said when she called his name just to kick him out they had 3 more nurses in the back. there was also a family waiting for a blood draw they got there at 11 and had to wait until after 3 to be seen, mind you there were no patients in the back. we had came in and out multiple times and when the supervisor helped someone else make a appointment but wouldn't help my boyfriend he walked out and told her "okay whatever i'll come back later" we both went back in and the supervisor called his name like she was about to do his drug test but instead she said "are you kaydon?" he said yes and she proceeded to say "we will not help you because of the way you acted" when nothing was said and we were sent there by a company for a drug test with paperwork from them. overall it was terrible and i was only in there for about 30 minutes of the 2 ish hours my boyfriend was inside. we were not rude at all. read more

Come here every year for labs and even with an appointment the wait is usually an hour. The place stinks. The lab techs are jackasses.
