Horrible. Do not come here. Called 21 times and was forwarded to a voicemail everytime. I was calling to ask "Do i really have to wait 2 hours to drop off a stool sample". After calling for my 21st time I was informed by Jennifer that there is no drop off for tests and if I dont like that response I can do a standby or go home and make an appointment on line. Again, im not obtaining blood work or anything, just dropping off a poop sample. Do not waste your time here. The employees are lazy and the thought of them walking out their office door to the waiting room to pick up a "drop off test" was too much for them. Wouldnt trust them with my tests or allow them to draw blood here. They really wanted me to wait 2 hours to drop off a test when their paperwork told me I could go to any diagnostics and drop it off with no wait. Liars and laziness here. Did not see one worker while I was in the facility. You just sit in a waiting room behind a locked door. There is no desk or human interaction. Good luck getting a hold of a human on the phone as well, any option on the phone is automated except option "6" and Jennifer made sure to forward me to voicemail 20 times before answering. read more

So I was worried about the low review scores and I chose to go based on location. Super easy to get to and close to home. I did not make an appointment, which they allow, but I didn't know beforehand. Check in was easy with the kiosks they have. Super quick. The waiting room is nice too. Within minutes I was being called back. Knowing that I need to be hydrated, I was prepared. Sat down, answered just a few questions, then gave 4 vials for lab work. Even talked some football with the worker who knew how to do things. Like no restabbing and didn't fumble with anything. Omg I was like, there's no way they should have a low review score. Went in today to get some blood work and Porsha took really good care of me! My appointment wasn't until 1:20 but I checked in at 12:30 and she took me back very quickly. My doctor hadn't sent my labs in yet so I had to email them to her and she was so understanding and helpful. I've never had a bad experience at Quest but felt I should share. I have to get blood work every six weeks and will definitely be returning to this location since it's closer to my house. I normally go to the one in Keller because it's next door to my doctor but since this one is closer to me, I will be going to this one from here on out! read more

If you could leave zero stars I would....worst service!!! I came in as a walk-In, as stated they do, lady was absolutely rude! I came for a urine test for my employer - the employee told me they don't do urine tests only phlebotomy. I told her I was trying to get it done but I made an appointment through their website and put the service that was listed...and that I would just come on my appointment time and she was like "you can come but we aren't going to do it" The attitude i received from her was unbelievable!!! I am just trying to do what I need to for work and she just turned me away. I really needed to get into the lab for just some quick medical testing as per my doctor's order. But why is it that I have to wait 2 days to even get in? By the time I can get my tests, the Dr. won't receive the results in time for my appointment. When I tried calling in person, not one employee answered the phone. I've been to 3 Quest locations around the area. This is by far the worst. It's closer for me, but I will definitely drive 15-30 minutes to the others just to avoid this place. The people here aren't friendly. The lady who took my blood sucked! She mentioned that my vein was puffing up during the process of taking my blood, yet continued to take tube after tube of blood. Very unprofessional! Not only did it hurt, but 2 days later it still hurts! Take it from me, go to the other locations! They're a lot nicer and know how to do their job! read more

One of the phlebotomist was not wearing a mask only a short plastic face shield. Same phlebotomist was not wearing one last month while I watched her take samples from another patient. I emailed Quest about it then but I guess they don't care. This time I left and went somewhere else. They do covid tests at this location only a few doors down and this health care employee doesn't even wear a mask. It's a dangerous place to go - I will drive extra ton avoid it even though this place is only six blocks from my house. read more

So I came here for the "required" testing for my insurance. The lab technician got me in almost immediately. A short sweet Hispanic lady. She did the whole thing and I was out the door in 5 minutes. I came to this location despite so many bad reviews because it's closest to my home and I needed it to be quick so I could get back to my kids. Big mistake. I typically have my labs done in house for my pcp and specialists. For this occasion, I was needed a repeat test without needing to be seen again 3 days later. Therefore I was given the option of choosing a lab closer to home. I found this one, read the sordid reviews about staff with offensive attitudes and decided that I still would rather deal with that than trek downtown again on a day off. I made my appt the night before. Checked in using my iPhone in the parking lot. They texted me when it was time to come inside. I wasn't in the waiting room for 15 seconds before I was called back. The lab tech/ phlebotomist was friendly and told me whatever I needed to do. I did just that and was in and out. My only observation was that the actual office/clinic needs updates and upkeeping. That's not a staff problem, that is a neglectful owner(s). Anywho, hopefully this one review gives a little bit more insight to those who read such things. read more
