I came in this morning with a food allergy test kit from my doctor. The front desk woman was tending to another person so I sat down to create some space. I was immediately greeted by a technician who noticed my box kit and gave me paperwork on a clipboard and pen to fill out. I spent some time listening to the African-American woman at the front desk and was impressed by her patience with hyper-verbal, language barrier and nervous people asking/talking/being pushy about their lab work. She spoke to be understood, not simply to respond, and that takes finesse. The technician asked me which arm I preferred and was gentle with my desire to have a butterfly needle used. This means a lot to a person to be heard and respected of their wishes and not just rushed to get the job done. I was in an out of there in a jiffy, even with others coming in and going out. Terrible service...I had blood work drawn and it was never received by the processing lab. The specimen was never sent...ANY LABS has no way of tracing/tracking it (no chain of custody process). Very poor service. If you try to call the location it is impossible to speak with someone. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible service. Had to take a drug test for an employer. Made an appointment online. Filled out the paperwork only (as recommended to cut back wait time in office) I scheduled my appointment during my lunch time so I wanted to make sure I cut back as much time as I could. Show up to the appointment, ONE person was in the lobby waiting and no one at the front desk. Okay cool. Someone comes to the front desk checks me in and tells me to fill out paperwork. Tell them I did it online and they said I still had to fill out some paperwork and handed me a clip board. So I sit down and fill it out and go figure it was the same questions. Okay well I go to the desk and and no one comes back to the front desk for 8 min well I go to sit back down. A person comes in, and another person comes in and they are waiting....finally someone come to the front desk and gets the two people checked in, then a couple comes in and another person comes in. Well the person who originally gave me my paperwork comes out and makes eye contact with me and says right this way....so I get up and hand him my paperwork. He looks at the paperwork and says "oh not you, it's going to be a moment" I was surprised and confused. So I go sit back down....then the other person get seen and then the couple and then the other person...at that time it is 40 min past my appointment time and the lobby is all clear and I am the only one waiting. So I go to the lady at the front desk and ask what was going on. And she respond with "oh I am just now looking at your paperwork" like what!?! Why!?! So I am really upset, I told her that it was my lunch break and I was going to go pick up something to eat as I had only this hour to do all. She said she would call me....well I leave and get to pondering so I called back to figure out why I wasn't seen at my appointment time. Her response was "We don't follow or honor appointment times - it is only first come first serve" So now I am getting super mad....like what? Then why offer appointment scheduling. Well I tell her even that doesn't make sense because I was the second person in there and then 5 people walked in behind me and all got seen before me. So I guess she was trying to make me feel bad because her next response was "We are very short staffed and we can't help the wait" i mean really? That doesn't explain the fact that everyone else was seen before me. Very poor customer service. Would never ever come back. Clearly they made a mistake and refused to take credit for it. Be careful if you do get lab work hear if they can't manage paper work at the front desk, I would not trust them with lab results. read more

I wouldn't let them draw blood on my dog here. My son had a very specific and very expensive blood test kit that needed to be drawn at precise time and being off certain medications. They couldn't find the orders, they stuck my son, did not get enough blood, I got all the way home, had to take my ill child back to get stuck again. I asked if they got enough this time and her response was "we think so". not acceptable. do yourself a favor and go to a reputable lab facility, this box type stores are joke and the people running it are clowns. UPDATE: they sent by sons blood in an EXPIRED tube, so the lab through my sons specimen out. read more

This facility lost a time sensitive lab test. This is unacceptable for this line of business. Do not use this facility. Wow.....just wow.

Very disappointed in this establishment. Went in for a sneak peak gender test on a Friday morning and was told it wouldn't take long to get the results. Tuesday evening rolls around and I still haven't gotten an email so I called. They said we would get the results Wednesday and if we didn't to call back the next day. I called Thursday afternoon at 2pm and was told that they didn't know why the results weren't in and would check on it and give me a call back. Thursday at 5pm we called to check in with them and were told not to call back again until Monday. We asked how long it typically takes to get results back and they said 3-4 days or at most a week. We have gotten so many different answers from the same people and quite honestly it's been very unprofessional. Definitely feel like we should get our money back for how many different answers we've been given. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Edit: They refunded us our money Sunday night 12/26. I called the next day and was told they would check on my results and give me a call back. They never did. I'm assuming they're not going to give me the results to my gender test, nor answer my questions about whether they even sent off my blood sample. read more

I paid for a blood test and the result was back at this place after 2 weeks, but they never emailed it to me. They said they don't do it manually. I guess if your looking for a professional place to do your test, don't come to this establishment read more

Awesome place. I just as in and out in 15 mins. Dixie was so sweet and talked me though the blood draw. I got my results the next day. I live that they email them to you. Great place check them out if you need any type of blood work done with out a dr. read more

I was exposed to Covid 19, I called to schedule a appointment. I went in, I got my test, they told me they would get in contact with results with in 40 mins to an hour.. i get done, drive off and about 20 mins after leaving, I get a call from them telling me my test was "invalid".. and to go back to the location. I go I back and get another test, no biggie.. a few hours go by, nothing. I call because I was told 40 mins to an hour.. voicemail was full.. waited a few hours and called back, I finally got a answer, I asked about my test and they took forever to get back to me about it, the guy came back on the phone telling me everything is delayed & he wanted me to come back for a THIRD test!! And this test would be one of the instant Covid 19 test.. though, everyone I've talked to here was super nice & honest, I was a little confused and very upset with this situation, I get it if ur short staffed but come on :(( read more

I have to tell you that the service here is superb! Dixi was so helpful and informative. It was around 4:45pm and I went to Quest Diagnostics and they were closed. I called this place and they were still open til 6pm. I got there to get some blood work done. This place was clean and the service from Dixi was awesome. Got my results the next morning! The prices are also good compared to other places. I will definitely be back if I need more service. read more

This place is awesome, prices are affordable! Even with insurance the prices here much cheaper. Dixie was so helpful and got the blood drawn without any issues first time. Many places have a hard time finding my veins but Dixie didn't have any issues. I was able to get in by 5pm and got my results the next day at 10am. Dixie even called to say she sent the results because she knew I needed ASAP. They are open later than other labs. Would definitely recommend them!!! read more

While I originally posted a great review it was under false pretenses. I went to get a rapid test and paid $129.00. I was told they were confident in their tests and as I hear rapid tests do not always come back correct but if you have symptoms it will tell you if you have it. I did not have the 129.00 to give away. I trusted the then and took the test and was happy it was negative. I then thought it was allergies. Next day woke up no smell and no taste. I went and retested free at a clinic and I was positive. While there there were many people with the same hope as me and taking the test as well. I just wonder how many people actually had it and tested negative on their test. The lady that gave me my results went to hand me a paper and said I almost gave you someone elses results oopps. Now I wonder how careful they were in the testing area. I am upset as they make you feel so comfortable and assure you of the tests and even say they take them. I feel I was taken advantage of for 129.00 and it is ridiculous. I want my money back for your dollar tree fake tests you perform. Again O know the rapid is not as accurate but when you have many symptoms it should be positive. I took the same nose swab and it was positive. Did you even test my swab or did you mix it up? I want my money back and think it is wrong to have a fake drive up lets take your money and pretend to test you or mix up your test with someone elses. read more
