The bid was for a great price, he was there when he said he would be and got the job done in a timely manner. I also created some porch overhangs after the roof was done, he was able to come out and put some shingles on those, too. He also took care of some broken rafters so the roof looks good and flat. But more because of his honesty in not trying to sell me on things that I did not need repaired or replaced. His team of roofers were very friendly, professional and cleaned up nails and debris before they left. I saw before and after pictures of the completed work and I was very pleased with the quality of repairs. A few weeks later, I asked Jamin if he could come back for a minor spot repair on my shed roof drip edge flashing. He fixed it for free which was very nice of him. I recently had an issue with one of my solar tube that Jamin had installed when we replaced our roof. After a few years, the fan stopped working. I called Jamin to take a look and it turned out the motor died. Jamin found out it was still under warranty and worked with the vendor to help me get a new one. I'm a pretty avid DIY'er (the leak was associated with solar panels my wife and I installed last fall), so Jamin provided some tips of things I should try on my own first, and walked away without charging a diagnostic fee. I have many good things to say about Jamin. First time when Jamin came to my house to give me estimation, Jamin already left me a great impression: Jamin is a punctuate and honest guy. Because I had two bad experiences with my solar installation and air conditionar installation previously, I wanted to be very careful to choose the roofer for my skylights installation.
