I called Integrity to move a piano. I fully expected two very large people to muscle the piano around, but what I got instead were two highly competent folks of average size who had the right equipment and expertise to do the job efficiently and cleanly, with a minimum of fuss. We were moving the piano onto recently refinished floors, and they took exquisite care to make sure the floor still looks brand new after they were done. Communication was prompt, efficient, and courteous, and they always let me know exactly when to expect the next call, text or visit. Alan and his team are careful with the correct moving equipment and very professional with their moving/delivery practices. He was very communicative with me through the entire process and shared info on when he arrived at the pick up spot, when my piano was safe in his truck, and finally when he was on his way to my house. He asked great questions ahead of time that helped me and him prepare for the delivery day. He also mentioned that he had truck repair issues on the delivery day and went to rent a uhaul truck to complete the work. He has very competitive pricing! My wife an I hired Integrity to move us from Maple Valley to Puyallup. We agreed on an 8:00am start time and they showed up right on time. They were extremely careful with our belongings. Shrink wrapping and covering with blankets. They also strapped the load as they went so our things wouldn't shift in the truck. We were very impressed with the whole experience. They are very professional and so efficient. I tried to help but I couldn't keep up with them. I don't ever plan on moving again but if I did, I would definitely call them. Very clear on what they would provide & their pricing and they stuck to their word. They were also anywhere from $100 to $500 cheaper than multiple other companies. I called all in Pierce County & a few in King County. They were available on relatively short notice, and then super flexible when we had to slip a couple days, to deal with an emergency.
