They redid the moisture barrier and left it in a unworkmanlike manner. They refused to come back and fix it. Why? They cancelled a job for which I paid a down payment without letting me know. Why? I was told we don't work on things we didn't install. Poppycock. Why give the estimate in the first place? And they HAVE worked on the bulkhead before, which they did NOT install! I called to ask why my work was cancelled and why they never came back to finish the job. I asked proactively if they were cancelling my sub pump maintenance appointment for next year, which they did, and never told me. They said they will no longer do business with me and nothing more. After I paid them %1,000s, being a customer since 2019. They installed 2 dehumidifiers, sub pump, back up battery, bulkhead moisture barrier and basement wall moisture barrier. John from the Hooksett office gave me a quote for work, see my earlier review, which they later took back. Huh? What the heck is going on with this company? He said they don't really do much with fieldstone foundations (which would have been very beneficial to tell me over the phone) but that he was going to talk with his boss and that I shouldn't worry because they wouldn't "leave me high and dry" (no pun intended.) He then excused himself once again to call someone and then a few minutes later comes back to tell me there isn't really anything they can do and we should contact someone who specializes in fieldstone foundation repair and then leaves. Drycrete might be a magnificent company to do business with and their work might be first rate but, from my single encounter with them, I was not remotely impressed and it was a grand waste of my time.

All the bricks were pulled up and the highest standards used to reset and set brick. A cement curbing under the brick not only secured brick but provided a means for directing run off water. The brick was also power washed. (Unfortunately, other remodeling elsewhere created dust and dirt on brick afterwards but that will be hosed off.)
